"Deku," Katsuki huffs, poking Izuku, who tries slapping the man's hand away. "What?" Izuku asks after another minute of annoying poking, huffing at the blond, who slumps in his seat. "This is so fuckin' boring," The blond grunts, acting more like a child than a war-hardened barbarian prince. "Can't we do something else? We don't even have a say in this shit. Can't even pick what fuckin' flowers I want," Katsuki grunts, glaring at the two wedding planners who had ignored them for hours as they sat there, sitting pretty and quiet.
Izuku blinked for a few moments, eyes sliding over to the wedding planners who were in their own world, bouncing ideas off each other. "Okay," Izuku sighed, knowing Katsuki was correct. They had hardly got a word in, managing to wrestle their traditions into the ceremony and what food they wanted before their wedding planners took over.
It was a small win that they even got a few words in.
Izuku stood up carefully, slipping out of his chair so as to not disturb the wedding planners, but his husband-to-be didn't have that kind of grace, standing up in his chair and hopping off of it, taking his dainty hand in his own. Izuku felt the warm hand hold his own carefully, calloused palm rough under his own dainty, smooth hand. "Let's go?" Izuku nodded wordlessly, following the barbarian prince out of the castle.

The two walked through the castle garden, hand-in-hand, silent. Izuku marveled at all the beautiful flowers blooming around him, the buzz of the bees, and the chirps of native birds echoing around him. It was gorgeous. He simply followed along to where Katsuki, his betrothed, led him without a fuss, too busy marveling at the flowers around them.
"Deku," Katsuki's soft voice snapped him out of his own head, making him choke a squeak. His and the blond's face were inches apart, those deep carmine eyes staring into his own polished jade eyes. "Y-Yes..?" Izuku gulped, trying to scoot back, but Katsuki's warm hands around his hips stopped him. "Tell me about yourself," Katsuki spoke, leaning closer, making Izuku flush. "M-Me...?" Izuku pointed to himself, gulping audibly. "W-Why would you want to learn about me?"
Izuku asked, nervous. Katsuki leveled him with a blank stare, raising an eyebrow. "I'm set to marry you, Deku. I'd like to know the person I'm going to be spending the rest of my life with," Katsuki spoke, voice calm and confident, making Izuku's heart flutter. "F-Forever?!" Izuku squeaked, face darkening with a deeper blush, staring at the blond, who grinned.
"Yeah. Forever, dumbass. I ain't a damn quitter. I'm Bakugou fuckin' Katsuki—I don't half-ass shit," Katsuki purred, their noses brushing together, those beautiful carmine eyes glinting with nothing but the truth. It made Izuku's hands clammy, and his heart quickened in his chest, beating against his ribs like the ancient drums that played for his arrival. God, Katsuki is going to kill him.
He only met the man a week ago!
