Chapter Text

A Year ago.

(In Gotham over at Kate and Reagan's house soon after getting married both Kate and Reagan went out in search of a house to move them and KJ into after about two three months of looking for a place to live Kate

and Reagan finally found a house for them they quickly moved in with the help of everyone but Luke and some how managed to involve Sam's boyfriend and Tara's girlfriend who did everything but complain. One

day while they were moving things into the house Richie tripped and fall which got him and Chad to drop the couch.)

Richie: Ow.
Chad: Oh shit Richie.
Richie: I'm good. My nuts not so much.

(Mark having seen them drop the couch rushed over to them and helped Chad with it.)

Richie: Thank you.
Mark: No problem.

(He helps Chad with the couch once they get it into the living room they sit down as Richie stands up and looks around the house.)

Richie: This is a nice house.
Mark: Yeah. Not bad for the price they paid for it.
Richie: How much was it?
Mark: Just over a million.

(He looks at him along with Chad.)

Chad: Damn.
Mark: Welcome to the Crows District.
Chad: Shit.
Mark: Yeah. But it was nice place so.
Richie: No it's gorgeous.
Mark: It is. And stop looking around for my wife.

(He looks at him and laughs as he walks off with Chad.)

Reagan: You'd think the jealousy would end knowing you got the girl in the end.
Mark: I'm not meaning to show I'm jealous.
Reagan: She loves you.
Mark: I know that. She shows me all the time.
Reagan: Oh my god.

(They start laughing as they finish bringing the rest of their things into the house. As they were finishing bringing what's left into the house Mark's phone would go off but he choose to ignore it and kept up with

helping them. After three or four months of being in the house both Kate and Reagan had set up a one year birthday party for KJ as they were getting things set up both Mark and Sidney had arrived with their girls

and their son to help them out the best way they can as they were helping them KJ came down the stairs and Mark was able to catch her before she fell as she landed in his arms she started laughing at him.)

Mark: You're very rowdy.
Kate: She's a year Mark.
Mark: I'm aware of that.

(He picks her up and jokingly throws her at Sidney who laughs at him as he takes her back and kisses her head then pulls away from it.)

Sidney: You really are good with Kids.
Mark: I try to be. But then again not my fault their so cute. Right.

(KJ looks at him and laughs as he kisses her head again then hands her over to Kate who takes her and kisses her head as well then pulls away from it as she walks off and Mark looks at Sidney.)

Sidney: She's one hell of a mother.
Mark: She is. And so are you.
Sidney: I try to be.
Mark: We have three kids and we're still no good at it.

(She laughs at him as he looks off then he looks at her again.)

Sidney: Hey.
Mark: It's nothing bad really. I'm just thinking how nice this house is all.
Sidney: What?
Mark: Just thinking you know how it is.
Sidney: I do actually.
Mark: Okay.
Sidney: Mark!
Mark: It's nothing bad really. It's just she's a year and it's very hard to see her so grown up.
Sidney: Yeah.
Mark: And no I'm not gonna be putting her into the freezer Reagan and Kate would kill me.
Sidney: I bet.

(He lightly pushes her getting her to laugh at him as they walk off towards the kitchen to help Reagan and Kate finish getting things ready for her party.)

Later that day.

(Everyone of Kate and Reagan's guest for KJ's birthday party having arrived they were all standing around talking and joking around over by Mark and Sidney they were talking to the other's as their talking with

them Mark says something that gets them all to laugh and Sidney to hit him.)

Mark: See she hits me because she knows it's true.
Sidney: No.
Mark: Yes.

(She looks off laughing as KJ runs over to them and nearly falls over but Richie quickly reaches down and stops her getting her to laugh at him as he picks her up and holds her.)

Richie: Where you go?
KJ: Over there.

(He looks over at Mark's other friends and he laughs.)

Mark: She's got a crush on Haller.

(Mickey looks over at him as Sidney's trying to keep from laughing.)

KJ: Eww.
Mark: Eww.
KJ: Yeah Eww.
Mark: You you got a crush on his ex wife?
KJ: No.
Mark: Oh well then.
Sam: Na she's got one on Chad.

(They start laughing at his face.)

Chad: Why me?
KJ: No.
Mark: Okay she's got one on Richie.

(He looks at her as they start laughing again then calm down.)

KJ: No.
Mark: Okay.
Sidney: Na she's got on on Sam.
Sam: Hey now.
KJ: No.
Mark: You got one one Randy?
KJ: Ewww.
Mark: Oh my god.
Gale: Na she's got one one Sid.

(Sidney looks at her as Mark looks off trying to keep from laughing only to get hit by his wife.)

Mark: Ow.
Sidney: You ass.
Mark: I know.

(They start laughing then calm down as they continue to talk and joke around as Richie tickles KJ whose trying to get out of his grip. He puts her down and she runs off with him right behind her as she's running

away their all laughing at them as she's running she runs right up to Maggie who looks down and picks her up. Once she has her. KJ sticks her tongue out at him which gets him to laugh.)

KJ: Aunt Maggie.
Maggie: Yeah.
KJ: He was torturing me.

(Mark and the other's hearing that start laughing at his face.)

Richie: What? I was not.
KJ: Momma!
Kate: Yeah.

(Maggie puts her down and she runs over to Kate who picks her up and holds her.)

KJ: He was torturing me.
Kate: Oh really?
Richie: Man.
Mark: Dude she's one. She doesn't know the meaning of the word.
Richie: Oh. Well she's still a brat.
Mark: She's Kate and Reagan's child.
Kate/Reagan: Hey.
Mark: What?
Reagan: Veracity!
Veracity: Mark play nice.
Mark: Yes dear.

(She pushes him getting him to laugh at her then he picks her up and runs off with her on his shoulder which gets everyone laughing as he's running around the yard with her KJ along with Mark and Sidney's kids

are chasing after him as their chasing him he puts her down and she falls into one of Mark's friends and he catches her getting her to look up at him.)

Chase: Hey.
Veracity: Hi.
Mark: Oh look i made Vera fall for a cop.

(They both look at him as he looks at Calamity whose trying to keep from laughing.)

Veracity: Shut up Cal.
Calamity: What?
Veracity: What?
Beca: Hey do that again.
Veracity: Why?
Beca: So we can do this.

(She pushes Mark into the pool as he goes in they look over at him as he pops back up and looks at her.)

Mark: Oh.

(Then he swims over to the edge and gets out with Chad and Billy's help once he's out he looks at Beca and laughs.)

Mark: Damn Bec's.

(She starts laughing as she leans into her wife.)

Billy: Damn dude.
Mark: That hasn't been done since the USO tour back in 2017.
Stu: Really? that happened before?
Mark: Yeah. She actually did it to her wife.

(Calamity looks at him and laughs.)

Charity: Well in all fairness.
Mark: What?
Cynthia: She deserved it.
Calamity: I did. But they still laughed at me.
Serenity: Did not.

(She laughs at her as Reagan walks up to him with a towel.)

Reagan: You are right?
Mark: Oh yeah. That was a blast.
KJ: Ha ha Uncle Mark.

(He quickly grabs her and starts kissing all over her face getting her to laugh at him as he looks over at Sidney whose laughing at him.)

Mark: Hi ya honey.
Sidney: Hi.
Mark: I'm a little wet.

(She looks at him and he hears how he said it.)

Mark: Reagan shut up.
Reagan: I didn't say anything.
Mark: You were thinking it.
Reagan: Awe man.

(They start laughing then calm down as he let's KJ go and she runs off towards everyone else as they get back to her birthday party with the party continuing KJ got to spend a lot of time with her aunts and uncles

including her grandparents and soon after everything she started opening up her presents with present she'd open Mark would grab up the wrapping paper and throw it into the trash can only to have it thrown

back at him he turned and looked at Ryan and Mary who looked off.)

Mark: Okay.

(He grabs all of the wrapping paper and throws it at them.)

Ryan: Okay we asked for that.
Mark: Yes you did.
Ryan: Man.

(They start laughing as they continued on with KJ opening up her presents she got excited with each gift she opened and after opening all of her gifts she grabbed the one she really wanted and ran off with it

which made everyone laugh at her. All of this is leading up to two years later in Gotham over at Kate and Reagan's their both trying to get things ready for their summer BBQ as their trying to get things ready

someone knocks on the door. Reagan walks off towards the door and opens it to see Mark there and laughs at him she moves out of his way and let's him into the house as he walks in she closes the door behind

him.)

Reagan: You here alone?
Mark: I am.
Reagan: Where's Sidney?
Mark: She's with Gale and Dewey right now.
Reagan: Oh.
Mark: Yeah.
Reagan: How are Michael and Willow doing anyway?
Mark: Their good their actually looking forward to their wedding so.
Reagan: I'm sure Carly is too?
Mark: Oh she is. In between Wiley and Morgan.

(She laughs at him.)

Reagan: It must be really weird for Carly to have her grandson named after her youngest.
Mark: I was talking about her youngest.

(Reagan starts laughing then calms down.)

Mark: Little Morgan isn't much better but. Yes I was actually talking about Big Morgan.
Reagan: Good to hear.
Mark: Where's KJ?
Reagan: Her and RJ are still asleep.
Mark: Okay. Where's your wife?
Reagan: Cleaning off the grill.
Mark: Uh-oh.
Reagan: Yeah can you go give her a hand.
Mark: Yeah.

(He walks off to go and help Kate until Reagan gets Mark's attention.)

Mark: What?
Reagan: Me and Kate invited Mickey and his once again wife.
Mark: Okay. As long as they don't start doing it on your couches again.
Reagan: Tell them that.
Mark: It's your house.
Reagan: Yeah I know. Maggie said they'd behave themselves.
Mark: Okay.
Reagan: Oh and.

(He looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: You invited Sarah and her husband.
Reagan: I did.
Mark: Why?
Reagan: Mark come on.
Mark: No. He's been treating her like crap lately and I don't like it.

(Then he turns and walks off to go and help Kate out with the grill.)

Reagan: Shit.

Late that day.

(Kate and Reagan's BBQ is in full swing all of their guest have arrived after they had all arrived they all started talking and joking as Mark and Billy worked on the grill. As they were cooking Randy walked over to

them and started talking and joking around with them.)

Mark: Oh my god.
Billy: Right.

(Once some of the burgers and hot dogs are done Mark places them onto the pan and has Billy move it to the table inside of the house as he walks in Mark looks at Sam whose watching Richie with the kids again

and smiles at him.)

Mark: You are right?

(She looks at him and smiles at him.)

Sam: Yeah. It's just I didn't think I'd ever find anyone to really wanna be with me for well me.
Mark: What's that supposed to mean.
Sam: Oh come on we all know what my father and Stu did Mark.
Mark: I know that. But he's trying.
Sam: He is. And then you've got my sister and Amber over there.

(Mark looks at them and laughs.)

Mark: Yeah.
Sam: You and Sidney have been married for how long?
Mark: Almost nine years.
Sam: Wow. Nine years and she still makes you happy.
Mark: She does.
Sam: How long were you two together before you finally asked her to marry you?
Mark: Thirteen years.
Sam: Really?
Mark: Yeah. So in total we've been together twenty-four years.
Sam: Wow.
Mark: Yeah.
Sam: And she can still bring a smile to your face.
Mark: She can.
Sam: Anyway.
Mark: I'm sure one day he'll ask just don't rush it.
Sam: I won't.
Mark: Are right.

(They continue to talk and joke around through out the day their all talking and joking as their joking around they watch as the kids continue to play whenever their not playing their swimming in the pool which

Mark very happily got revenge on Beca for pushing him in a two years earlier she looked at him as they started laughing.)

Beca: Sarah!
Sarah: What?
Beca: He's an ass.
Sarah: She's known you how long and just figuring that out.
Mark: Right.
Beca: Yes I am.

(They continued to laugh at her as she got out of the pool and pushed Mark getting him to laugh at her. Through out the rest of the day as everyone continued to enjoy themselves everything was going just fine

until it wasn't and it only got worse once Luke arrived and tried to cause trouble for everyone there having enough both Mark and Richie grabbed him and drug him through the house and out of the front door

once he was out he slammed the door in his face.)

Richie: How long until he tries to come in again.

(Mark looks at the door and locks it which gets him to laugh.)

Mark: Very long.

(Then they walked off towards the back yard again and continued on with their day once the party was back in full swing more trouble only came along only this time it wasn't Luke it was Sarah and her husband

arguing which both Kate and Reagan went to break up but neither one of them were backing down until Mark grabbed Sarah away from him and he went to attack Mark only to have Michael and Chase shove him

away from him.)

Chase: You two have kids around. Look we don't know what's causing this trouble between the two of you and of all honesty I really don't give a damn. You're at someone else's house grow the hell up.

(He looks at him and then to his wife whose looking anywhere but at him.)

Tyler: Fine.

(He walks away as Chase looks at Willow and Michael who look off not sure of what to say to him.)

Willow: Well that wasn't awkward.
Michael: Yeah.
Chase: What the hell does she see in him?
Mark: Your guess is as good as mine.

(Then they got back to the party and it lasted for awhile until people started leaving once they were all gone and the only one's remaining were Mark and Sidney along with their kids who were still outside KJ and RJ.

As they remained outside the grown up's were inside cleaning up the kitchen talking and joking around as their joking around Katie walks into the kitchen and over to her parents.)

Katie: Mom.
Sidney: Yeah.
Katie: When can we go home?
Mark: You okay?
Katie: I'm not feeling to well.

(Mark walks over to her and feels her forehead.)

Mark: Sid she's burning up.
Sidney: Okay.
Mark: I'm gonna go get Tatum and Neil.
Sidney: Okay.

(He walks off to go and get their other two kids. As he walks off Reagan walks around the counter and feels her forehead again.)

Reagan: Why don't you guys stay here tonight. And I'll go call Mary.
Sidney: No it's okay.
Reagan: You sure?
Sidney: Yeah.
Reagan: Okay. Well i can always send Mary over to your guys place in the morning.
Sidney: Yeah that be great.
Reagan: Okay.
Kate: Besides it gives her time to spend sometime with Ryan.
Reagan: Are right. I hope you feel better.
Katie: Thank you.

Over by the sliding glass door.

Mark: Tatum!
Tatum: Yeah.
Mark: Get your brother we're headed home.
Tatum: Okay. Come on Neil.

(He gets up and walks over to her as they both walk back into the house as Kate walks out to go and get KJ and RJ once has them they walk back into the house and she closes the sliding glass door.)

Mark: You ready babe?
Sidney: Yeah. Come on honey.

(She grabs up her things and throws up which gets Mark to rush over to her and looks her over.)

Mark: Katie!
Katie: Daddy.
Mark: It's okay honey. Sid!
Sidney: Reagan!
Reagan: I'll get a room set up for them.
Sidney: Thank you.
Reagan: Anytime.

(Kate tosses Mark the paper towels and he start cleaning her up along with Sidney once she's all cleaned up and Reagan's got a bed made up for her Sidney took her upstairs to get her ready for bed once she's

changed in bed she kissed her head then pulled away from it as she turned and walked out of the room.)

Later that night.

(Down in the living room on Kate and Reagan's couch talking about Katie and what happened to her and not really knowing anything they both went to sleep for the night in the other's arms.)

Meanwhile upstairs.

(In Kate and Reagan's room their both getting ready for bed after finally getting KJ down for the night as their getting ready their talking.)

Kate: You think it might be something she ate?
Reagan: More an likely. But then again she seemed fine after throwing up on the floor.

(Kate looks at her and laughs.)

Kate: Reagan!
Reagan: I don't mean anything by it. I'm just as worried about her Kate.
Kate: I know that.
Reagan: Ass.

(She throws one of the pillows at her getting her to laugh at her.)

Kate: Yeah yeah.

(Once they were both ready for bed they got in and Reagan shut off the lights and they both lied down and continued to talk until they both fell asleep for the rest of the night.)

Back downstairs.

(Mark and Sidney are asleep as their sleeping Sidney digs herself deeper into her husband who smiles at her as they continue to sleep Mark wakes up for a short while and runs his fingers through her hair getting

her to smile in her sleep after a few minutes they both fall back to sleep wrapped up in each other's arms worrying about their who had suddenly come down with a stomach bug and just hope it's nothing to

serious. And hopes that whatever it is that Katie has doesn't get passed onto Kate and Reagan's kids. For now all they can do is hope she's feeling better in the morning and they figure out what it was she ate

before they were getting ready to leave. Bur for the time being their enjoying being in each other's arms and be very grateful to the three amazing kids they share together. Them along with Reagan and Kate know

anyone who tries to break them up won't have much luck in doing so. Doesn't matter what they do in the end. Because both Mark and Kate know who they want and it's the two women they married.

Chapter Text

(Over at Kate and Reagan's house Mark and Sidney are there visiting them along with their three kids their all in living room sitting down talking and joking around as the kids run into the room Mark quickly gets

up and goes to grab KJ who runs around him laughing as he looks at Kate who starts laughing as RJ runs by him he goes to grab her but she even runs by him which gets them to laugh even more at him.)

Mark: I see how it is.
Kate: Oh Mark come on. Their kids.
Mark: I know. Their your kids.
Kate: What? Hey.
Mark: What you saying you and Beth weren't like this growing up?
Kate: No.
Mark: Really?
Kate: Yes.
Mark: You do realize i have Vera on speed dial.
Kate: And you would call her just to be an ass?
Mark: Yes.
Kate: I was half expecting him to say that he was married to Sidney is why he's such an ass.

(He looks at her and then to his wife who looks up at her.)

Mark: Babe I'd never say that.
Sidney: I know that.
Mark: I blame Woodsboro.
Sidney: Oh.

(Kate and Reagan start laughing then calm down as Sidney looks at him.)

Mark: I'm so dead.
Kate: Or she'll just put a stop to the sex.
Mark: Oh god. I'll be just like Mickey.

(Kate's trying to keep from laughing.)

Mark: Never tell him i said that.
Kate: I make no promises.
Mark: Of course you don't.
Kate: What?
Mark: What?

(He lightly pushes her back getting her to laugh at him.)

Kate: But at least you love your wife.
Mark: I do actually. She makes me happy. Sex and all.

(Sidney's trying to keep from laughing.)

Mark: I'd say more but she really would stop the sex.
Reagan: And Kate Kane if you go any further with that. I'll do the same thing.

(Kate looks at her as Mark starts laughing at her face.)

Kate: Man.
Mark: Oh wow.
Kate: Shit. What would you say?
Mark: I'm not saying it. I said it to Dewey once and Gale threatened with Bodley harm.
Kate: I would of paid to see that.
Mark: Of course you would of.

(Then he sees one of the girls and quickly grabs her which gets her to laugh at him as he kisses her head then walks over to Reagan with her which gets her to laugh.)

Mark: I have an RJ gun.
Sidney: Oh-no.
Mark: What?
Sidney: You're cute.
Mark: Why thank you. But she's cuter.
Sidney: I know. But not what i meant.
Mark: Oh. Do you think I'm cute?

(RJ laughs at him as he kisses her head again then pulls away from it as he walks over to Sidney.)

Mark: Better be fast Sid she'll kill you with all of her cuteness.

(Sidney starts laughing as he jokingly throws her at his wife and she catches her once she has Mark walks over to KJ and grabs her getting her to laugh at him he puts her up to Kate who laughs at him.)

Kate: Hi.
KJ: Hi. He funny.
Mark: See even KJ thinks I'm funny.
KJ: Yeah. Funny looking.

(He gets her in her sides getting her to lean over getting him to laugh at her as he continues to goof off with KJ Sidney puts RJ down who runs off towards Mark who had put KJ down and quickly grabbed her again

and starts kissing on her little face getting her to laugh at him as he put her down again as Mark grabs up his and Sidney's son and holds him as he kisses his head then pulls away from it.)

Mark: How are you?

(He smiles at him as Mark looks at Kate.)

Kate: He's got his mother's smile.
Mark: Right.
Sidney: Oh my god.

(He looks over at her and smiles as Mark walks him over to her and hands him over to her she happily takes him from Mark once she has him he kisses her then pulls away from her getting her to smile at him as he

kisses his son's head again then pulls away from it as he pulls his phone out and brings up the camera to take a picture of Sidney and Neil once it's taken he walks over to Reagan and shows her the picture seeing

it she smiles at it.)

Reagan: Oh wow. That's a really good picture.
Mark: Right. I love the camera on this phone.
Reagan: I bet.

(He looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: What?

(Both Kate and Reagan look at him.)

Mark: What?
Kate: Mark your face lights up the minute she walks into a room.
Mark: She makes me happy. And I'm not allowed to smile when she walks into a room?
Reagan: We didn't say that.
Mark: Oh.
Reagan: Growing up i was told didn't matter how happy you were.
Mark: Okay.
Reagan: Well it didn't matter how happy you were with the person that you're with.
Mark: Are right.
Reagan: You would someday be a better parent than you are a husband or a wife.
Mark: Someone actually told you that?
Reagan: Yeah. And wanna know who said it?
Mark: Those assholes who raised you?
Reagan: Yes. And boy am I glad their no longer in my life and that Oliver's family took me in when they did.
Mark: Well if there is one thing you can say about Moira Queen is that she doesn't take shit from anyone.
Reagan: Yeah. But then i look at you with yours and Sidney's kids and think they couldn't of been further from the truth.
Mark: Okay.
Reagan: You're both a great husband and father. You love your wife as much as you love your kids.
Mark: Yeah well. My family wasn't very well known to have great relationships and for the longest time until I met Sid. I never wanted to be in a relationship.
Kate: But now that you're in one?
Mark: I'm glad I finally took a chance and told Sidney how i felt about her.
Reagan: Yet here you are with three kids and very sweet woman.
Mark: I am. She makes me happy. I love her and our kids. I wouldn't trade either one of them in for anything.
Reagan: Not even later on down the line where a younger woman whose gorgeous and wanting to get into your pants.
Mark: No. Not even then. Sidney's it for me. I've known that since the day i met her.
Reagan: You met her back in the 90's.
Mark: Your point being.
Reagan: Okay good point.
Mark: I get what you're saying.

(Then they hear something and walk over to what's going on Mark seeing it walks up to her.)

Mark: RJ!

(She turns and looks at him.)

Mark: What you doing?

(She shows him and he laughs at her.)

Mark: Now you know your parents aren't going to be with this.

(She looks at him and smiles as he looks at Kate whose looking at the spot where she drew something.)

Kate: Man.

(Mark looks at it and starts laughing.)

Kate: What's so funny?
Mark: She wrote Batwoman.

(Kate looks at it and smiles at it which only makes RJ smile even more at her as Kate grabs her up.)

Kate you're lucky you're cute.

(She laughs at her as Kate kisses her head then pulls away from it.)

Mark: Well you won't have to worry about when she grows up on who her favorite super hero will be.
RJ: Batwoman!

(Kate looks at her and smiles as she kisses her head then pulls away from it. As they continue to talk and joke around Mark walks over to the wall snaps a picture of it and sends it to Kate who smiles at him as he

starts cleaning it up. Once the wall is cleaned up they hear a scream outside and quickly run off towards the back as they get there they see someone running off with one Mark and Sidney's girls and quickly take

off after him as he gets to his truck and he's able to get her into it Mark slams him into his truck sending him over as he goes down Mark quickly opens the door on the truck and helps his daughter out.)

Mark: Tatum come here honey.

(She quickly puts her arms out for her father and he takes her out once she's out he hands her over to Kate who walks off back into the house with her as Mark stands looking at the man on the ground who quickly

gotten up to go after him as he got Mark quickly grabbed him and quickly threw him over to shoulder to the ground once he's down Mark looks up at Kate who looks annoyed as their standing out there the police

arrive to take him into custody once they have him both Mark and Kate talk to them then they leave the house with their suspect in the back of the car as they both walk back into the yard and he closes the back

gate.)

Kate: Mark he almost took off with your daughter.
Mark: Yeah.
Kate: Did you recognize him?
Mark: Yeah I did. And I have a feeling Maggie and Mickey aren't going to like it.

(He grabs out his phone and calls one of them.)

Sidney: Mark!
Mark: She okay?
Sidney: She's freaked out. But she should be okay.
Mark: Oh thank god.

(She smiles at him as she realizes something.)

Sidney: What?
Mark: The man who just tried to take off with Tatum was someone both Mickey and Maggie thought was still locked up in prison.
Sidney: Babe who the hell was it?
Mark: Jason Jessup!

(She looks at him and then looks off as one of them answers their phone.)

Maggie: Hello!
Mark: Hey Mag's.
Maggie: Hey you are right?
Mark: Not really.
Maggie: What's wrong?
Mark: I found out where your prisoner went.
Maggie: Who?
Mark: Jason Jessup!

(She falls silent on the other end.)

Maggie: Where the hell is he?
Mark: He's here in Gotham. Wanna know how i know that?
Maggie: Yes.
Mark: He just tried to take off with my daughter.

(She puts her head down annoyed.)

Maggie: Fuck. Okay we'll be on the first flight out there.
Mark: Are right.
Maggie: For what it's worth Mark.
Mark: Yeah I know.
Maggie: Okay. We'll see you guys soon.
Mark: Are right.

(He hangs up with her and looks at Sidney.)

Sidney: They coming?
Mark: Yeah. And she didn't seem to happy at the fact that he came after another child so quickly.
Sidney: Why's he even out?
Mark: Because Mickey's an idiot.

(She laughs at him as they walk off back towards the house. As they reach the house Mark walks over to his and Sidney's youngest daughter who runs over to him and he quickly picks her up and holds her as she

lies her head down onto his shoulder.)

Kate: She's been a little freaked out since the police took off with him.
Mark: Are right. It's okay sweet girl.
Tatum: I know.

(He kisses her head then pulls away from it as he looks at his wife who smiles at him as he keeps ahold of their daughter. He walks over to her and hugs her getting her to smile even more at him.)

Reagan: Nothing like nearly losing their daughter.
Kate: Yeah.
Reagan: Hell Kate i remember when Mark's father was married to Kimberly Andrews.
Kate: Yeah.
Reagan: Yeah. She tired to pull the Mark will never get married card with him.
Kate: Really?
Reagan: Yeah.

Flashback.

(To ten years ago. Mark walks into his father's house as he walks in he closes the door behind him once it's closed he walks off towards the living room and opens the door to find his father there talking with Bo

and Nora hearing what he's saying Mark looks off annoyed.)

Nora: You realize Asa gave me this house in his will.
Clint: Yeah while we were together.
Nora: I'm not giving up the house. You and your tramp can walk right back out that door.
Kim: How dare.
Nora: How dare I what? call what you are?

(As their arguing is going back and forth Bo looks over at him and waves which gets Mark to smile at him he nudges Nora who looks at him and then over to Mark.)

Nora: Mark!
Mark: Nora!

(She walks over to him and hugs him then pulls away from him.)

Nora: When did you get here?
Mark: Just now. And some of the things you were saying to my dad's flavor of the month. Wow.

(She laughs at him.)

Nora: He said he would drop whole thing with the fuel usage for the jet if i give him back the house.

(Mark looks at her and nods his head at her.)

Mark: Did he now.

(He looks at him and then looks off.)

Mark: It's amazing how big of a dick you become when you get your heartbroken or when you get washed up strippers into your bed.

(Kim looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Kim: You've got a lot of nerve coming here and talking to me like this.
Mark: Any why the hell would i care if i hurt your little girl feelings?

(She goes to hit him as Bo pushes her back.)

Mark: Oh did i strike a nerve.
Kim: You're an asshole.
Mark: Wow. Great come back Kim. Where'd you learn it. Slut's r us.

(Nora and Bo are trying to keep from laughing along with Natalie who had just walked into the room.)

Mark: You know Grandfather would be very disappointed in you.
Clint: Why would you say that?
Mark: Because you're trying to take back a house he had willed to Nora in his will. All so you could move yourself and your gold digging girlfriend here in.

(He looks at him as he looks off.)

Clint: I.
Kim: This is funny coming from a man whose to chicken to ask his girlfriend of a eleven years to marry him.
Mark: My girlfriend?
Kim: Yeah. I mean i hear eleven years is a long time to wait to get married. How do we know she's not gonna dump you and go to that Kincaid guy?
Mark: Because Mark Kincaid is in LA and has no say in who Sidney sleeps with. And as far as that comment about being to chicken to ask my girlfriend of a eleven years to marry me. Is so far out there even for you Kim.

(She looks at him and then looks off.)

Nora: What?
Mark: I mean you are talking about my girlfriend Sidney Prescott right?

(She looks at him and then looks off.)

Mark: Because she's actually really no longer my girlfriend.
Kim: She finally dump you for someone better?

(Mark looks at her and laughs off the insult.)

Mark: I asked her to marry me two weeks ago.

(She looks at him and quickly shuts up.)

Mark: Hey what you know Natie.
Natalie: What?
Mark: She does have a mute button.

(She looks at him and trying to keep from laughing.)

Mark: What's the matter Kim no witty come back.
Bo: Well all i gotta say is it's about time.

(Mark looks at him and laughs as he shakes his hand.)

Mark: Yeah. I can't wait.

(Kim looks off annoyed.)

Mark: Anyway. I just thought I'd swing by and tell everyone.
Nora: That's great. It really is great news.
Mark: Yeah. Oh but Sidney did have one condition.
Clint: And that is?
Mark: We invite you to the wedding.
Clint: Okay.
Mark: Leave the gold digger at home.

(Then he turns and walks off as Clint stands there not sure of what to say. End of flashback.)

Mark: Yeah that was one afternoon i had fun sticking it to Kimberly Andrews.
Sidney: And I never said that.
Mark: He didn't have to know that. Right?
Tatum: Yeah.
Mark: Yeah.

(He kisses her head then pulls away from it as he kisses his wife then pulls away from her as he keeps a hold of her and their daughter as Katie walks into the room with Neil in her arms.)

Kate: He's such a damn good father Reagan.
Reagan: I know he is. Seeing that look in his eyes when he realized who it was wasn't much fun for me.
Kate: Yeah.

(She smiles at her as KJ and RJ once again run by them and Mark puts Tatum down as she runs off after KJ and RJ.)

Sidney: She's feeling better.

(Then they see Neil running after them and Mark looks at her.)

Sidney: You know how he is. He likes follow in his sisters foot steps.

(Through out the day Mark and Sidney remain there with Kate and Reagan talking and joking around with only to have the joking around stopped when Maggie and Mickey arrived to talk to them Mark got up to go

and talk to them while they were in the other room talking they both looked at him and then to each other annoyed.)

Mickey: I'm sorry Mark. I did something stupid and I can't say it was a very good idea not have him pay for bail or that he'd be a flight risk.
Mark: Mick you've been a defense attorney how long now?
Mickey: Long enough to know not to let a murder suspect out of prison knowing he was a flight risk.
Mark: At least you regret it.
Mickey: Yeah. I got it from both ends.
Mark: Lorna!
Mickey: And Maggie!
Mark: Yeah I would be more afraid of this one.

(Maggie looks at him and laughs.)

Mark: I mean she did like your Tinder profile.

(She looks at him and then looks off as their trying to keep from laughing.)

Mickey: And she did throw her phone at me.
Maggie: You two done now?
Mark: No.
Maggie: Hey.

(Mark puts his hands up in surrender getting her to laugh at him.)

Mark: Anyway.
Maggie: How's Tatum?
Mark: She's are right. But when i saw that prick stuffing her into his truck i did I lost it and slammed the bastard into his truck.

(They both look at him and then to each other.)

Mickey: Where is he?
Mark: GCPD came in and took him down to their station.
Mickey: Okay.

(They stay there for awhile as the kids run by them and Mark grabs RJ who starts laughing as he picks her up and points her at Maggie whose trying to keep from laughing.)

Mark: I have an RJ and I know how to use her.

(They start laughing.)

Mark: She'll kill you with cuteness.
Maggie: Oh really?
Mark: Yeah. Boom.

(She pretends Mark shot her and RJ starts laughing as she falls into Mickey who plays along.)

Mickey: RJ you killed her.
RJ: Uh-oh.
Mark: Oh you better run or Batwoman will come and get you.

(He puts her down so she can go and run but Maggie quickly grabs her and starts tickling her getting her to laugh as Kate and Reagan walk forward and laugh at them. Then she stops and RJ runs over to Reagan

who picks her up laughing as Mark and Mickey help her up and she looks at them.)

Mark: Thank you.
Maggie: Anytime.
Mark: I tried with that Sidney. But she wasn't going for it.
Sidney: Hey.

(He grabs her and hangs onto her getting her to laugh at him.)

Maggie: You two really are good together.
Mark: So we've been told.

(She laughs at him.)

Mark: Hell you and Mickey were good for each other. To bad you're both to stubborn to see it.

(She looks at him and laughs.)

Maggie: We are not.
Mark: Yeah okay.
Sidney: Anyway.

(Then they hear Mickey laughing and they look at him as Reagan looks down at her chest.)

Reagan: Really?
RJ: Mine.

(They start laughing at her face then calm down.)

Mark: Oh I wouldn't be to upset.
Reagan: Why?
Mark: Yeah Mag's why?

(She looks off laughing.)

Mickey: Uh-oh?
Maggie: She grabbed my boob once. And Mark you swore you'd never tell.
Mark: She's grabbed my wife's boobs too.

(Sidney looks at him as he does it and she smacks his hand away.)

Mark: Oh you bad hand. I told you not to do that.

(Sidney laughs at him as he hugs her getting her to smile at him then pulls away from her as he kisses her then pulls away from her.)

Mark: Over twenty years together and she still makes me happy.
Mickey: And it shows.
Mark: Yeah.

(Sidney smiles at him as he kisses her head then pulls away from it as they all walk into the living room to go and talk and spend the rest of the day together before Mickey and Maggie head off to the police station

to go and talk to the officer's there. As their all sitting there talking and joking around the kids continue run around the house until they've gotten worn out and they put them down for a nap once the kids were

down for a nap Mark and Reagan walked back down to the living room to continue to talk and joke around with everyone else as they sat down they talked until Mickey and Maggie got up to go and deal with their

prisoner who at the first chance he got ran and became the one thing his lawyer said he wouldn't be. And became a flight risk and now that they've got him back in custody their both gonna take him back to LA

and have his bail revoked only this time Mickey's gonna have Maggie in charge so he doesn't make the same mistake twice. After they left they were both laughing not really wanting to say anything to anyone until

they were sure they wanted people to know. But hearing what both Mark and Sidney said they left holding hands and headed off back towards their car to head off to go and talk to Jessup.
