Captain Marvelous went to his chair. The captain’s chair. He always felt like he had to earn this chair before a few hours ago. He may have had a crew that thought of him as their captain. But to him, he was always trying to take the role from HIS captain...AkaRed. But he finally felt like he would be pleased with him.
He beat the man that had ruined everything that they had worked so hard for. He had made a crew that was more like family than friends. He gathered all of the keys that he spent months of his life collecting. He even had met the team that he first came to the aid of. It was not him fulfilling the dream of his mentor that drove him to return those keys to their rightful owners.
It was him taking everything that happened and letting it go. Forgiving himself for watching his mentor dying. Forgiving himself for Basco. And moving forward with his eyes forward. Thinking only about his crew, his family. And what would bring them the next big adventure now.
“It looks like there is a massive solar wind coming right at the Earth,” Doc said looking at his scanner. Joe, Ahim, Luka, and Gai looked at the screen or out the windows. Gai was so excited to be traveling with them as a full member now. He may never stop smiling or looking out the portholes into deep space.
“Why worry?” Marvelous said with a smirk. “It’s only a small inconvenience.” Almost on cue, the ship started to lurch and jerk as it was hit by the solar wind. Marvelous just smirked as they flew through the storm created by the solar wind. Flashing lights were surrounding the Gokai Galleon causing Gai to get super excited seeing this for the first time. While everyone just braced for what they thought was going to be a normal plasma hurricane from a solar wind storm.

“So Tsukasa-kun, where do you think we are going?” Natsumi asked with a smile looking at the photo background. This would normally tell them where they were going. But ever since they finished that business with the worlds colliding and bringing Tsukasa back to life. And even partnering with that new Rider, Kamen Rider W, it was showing a long stretching road.
“Obviously, we are going to be hitchhiking,” Tsukasa said, not really caring about it. He had spent so long as the Destroyer of Worlds. It was so good to get back to where he truly felt at home: the Photo Studio. Natsumi’s Ojiisan making coffee or snacks, Yusuke being silly, Natsumi there questioning things, even Kaito was here eyeing the spices again. Tsukasa thought he might tease him some more about that a little later.
“Probably because we tried to get enough gas money to go somewhere using his photos,” Kaito smirked. Tsukasa turned to him as he smirked.
Definitely going to tease him later, he thought. That was when there was shaking around the Photo Studio. They had never felt this before as they traveled. But then again they were traveling with no goal if the backdrop was any indication. And this time they weren’t already there. So was this part of the trip this time? But what nobody noticed as everything shook around them was that the backdrop was changing...to show a red pirate ship flying through a lot of colorful lights.

“Was that normal?” Gai asked as the crew of the Gokaiger picked themselves off the floor. Even Marvelous was shocked by how the ship reacted this time. They had gone through countless solar wind storms. And never were there so many lights or shaking that knocked everyone to the floor.
“What do you mean was that normal?” Kaito asked. “Has the Photo Studio ever tried to turn everything upside down while traveling to a new world before?” he demanded.
“ PHOTO STUDIO ?” Luka asked.
“Wait...” Tsukasa said realizing that the room was different. Even the Gokaiger saw new things in the main cabin. Marvelous’ chair was now over in the corner near one of the doors and across from the stairs. Not overturned just sitting there like that was where it belonged. Marvelous had only fallen out of the chair a few moments before but he was a few feet away from it now. The main pillar was gone. A simple pillar was behind the chair now.
The sofa that Luka and Ahim would fall asleep on in the other corner was next to that. And there was another room off the cabin now. It had a massive table set for 11. And in the corner opposite the captain’s chair were more pillars like behind his chair. It showed the Gallon flying in space.
“I think something went very wrong,” Tsukasa said to the room.
“You bet your ass it did!” Marvelous said, pointing his Gokai Saber at him. “Now who the hell are you? Where the hell did you come from? And what the hell have you done to my ship?” he said as the Gokai brought their weapons.
“Put those away,” Kaito said, pointing his weapon at them.
“Excuse me. We didn’t just appear in your ship now did we?” Luka said with a smirk.
“Ship?” Yusuke asked, looking at the six of them.
“Yes, Yusuke, ship,” Tsukasa said, not taking his eyes off the Captain but nodding his head toward the windows in the dining area as stars drifted by.
“Oh my God,” Ojiisan said, rushing to the window to look outside.
“Are we really in space?” Kiva-la said, flying next to him.
“SKWAK! Of course, you are in space,” Navi said, doing the same thing.
“My my, a talking robot bird,” Ojiisan said, looking at Navi. There was a blast and a spark right next to the old man which made everyone jump. And look at the man who had just shot that bullet.
“I’M THE ONLY ONE THAT GETS TO CALL HER BIRD!” Marvelous said holding his Gokai Gun that was still smoking a little.
“DON’T YOU DARE SHOOT MY OJIISAN!” Natsumi yelled.
“Well, don’t insult a member of our crew,” Joe said coolly.
“It looks like we have a situation. But remember that you brought this on to yourselves,” Tsukasa said, holding up a card. Natsumi grabbed Kiva-la out of the air. Kaito held up his card. And Yusuke put his hands on his waist.
“HENSHIN!” they all yelled. Tsukasa and Kaito inserted cards into Kaito’s gun and Tsukasa’s belt. This confused the Gokaiger. But what confused the gang from the Photo Studio was that nothing happened. “HENSHIN!” they all said again. And again nothing.
“Looks like you are a little...impatient,” Marvelous smirked as the Gokaiger held up their keys.
“GOKAI CHANGE!” they all yelled as Marvelous, Joe, Luka, Doc, and Ahim flipped their keys up and inserted them into their Gokai Mobirates. Gai didn’t flip his key but set it inside of his Gokai Cellular. He pushed the Gokaiger button as the others turned the keys...only to have the same problem that the Decade crew had.
“I guess we are not the only ones,” Tsukasa said with a smirk.
“What the hell is going on?” Marvelous asked.
“Maybe everyone needs to calm down. Maybe have some tea?” Ojiisan asked finding a teapot.
“That sounds lovely,” Ahim said as she put a hand on Marvelous’ shoulder. He seemed to relax a little. Everyone went to the new room and sat down while Ahim and Natsumi’s Ojiisan fixed the tea with smiles.

“So you and your crew travel the multiverse inside a Photo Studio?” Doc asked, really excited.
“I wouldn’t call us a crew. We’re more like a gang,” Yusuke said with a weak smile. The failure to henshin was different for him somehow. His Driver was part of his body...and he couldn’t even summon it.
“That is so amazing,” Gai said as Doc got up and over to the central flying console. He pulled up his notes.
“What is it?” Marvelous asked.
“I think I know what has happened. It is simple space-time science. Traveling through the multiverse takes a lot of energy. There have been studies all over the universe. It takes 12,000 zens in power at least. That’s enough zens to power a small moon. And they could only manage to open a 12-inch portal for a few microseconds. They weren’t even sure they had done it until they reviewed the lab footage and saw a glimmering 12-inch square exactly where they wanted it to open. So the fact that you can just travel with an entire Photo Studio.” he said as he typed away excitedly.
“It must take an energy signature off the scale. So imagine if that energy hit the same spot as the solar plasma storm. And then there are the powers of our key system we use. And these henshins that you Kamen Riders do must take energy also,” Doc turned to face everyone so excited by all this he was smiling from ear to ear...to find only Ojiisan and Yusuke still listening.
Joe was in an arm-wrestling contest with Kaito. Marvelous had dozed off in the chair at the table. Natsumi, Luka, and Ahim were giggling at something the three of them were talking about. Kiva-la was chasing Navi over everyone’s heads. And Gai was pestering Tsukasa to see his cards of other Kamen Riders. He seemed to want to make another encyclopedia but for Kamen Riders now. And Tsukasa just looked bored.
“AH MOU! I am discovering groundbreaking science here. The least you could do is pay attention!” Doc yelled at them. Jerking Marvelous awake. Now more annoyed by the situation. He was having a really nice dream listening to Doc talk.
“I got the gist of it,” Tsukasa said, taking back the cards with some protests from Gai. “All that energy mixed together and then mixed together both the Photo Studio and your Gokai Galleon.”
“Tsukasa, you should let the man talk and listen before you speak,” Yusuke chided.
“Uh...he’s right actually,” Doc said, amazed.
“I am the most brilliant mind you will ever meet,” Tsukasa said smugly.
“Space, the only place bigger than that ego,” Kaito said as he wrapped up his arm-wrestling contest.
“And why can’t we henshin?” Marvelous asked with a yawn.
“Well, my guess is the base energy has been thrown off a little. I might have to do some tests but we should be able to regain the powers of the Gokai Keys,” Doc said looking at his notes.
“A-And our Rider powers?” Yusuke asked.
“Same principle. It has been thrown off...but I have no idea how to fix it,” he said sadly.
“ BUT I DO. ” they all heard. Marvelous pulled up his sword and Kaito brought up his gun. “You don’t have to worry,” there was a square, and out walked what was unmistakably a Kamen Rider. Tsukasa had never seen this one before. And he had a card for every Kamen Rider.
“Who are you?” he asked.
“Call me Henshin Master,” he said smugly.
“Another Kamen Rider, I take it. Are all of you Kamen Riders smug and pompous?” Marvelous asked with a sigh.
“Just the special few...Marvelous,” he said looking at him with a chuckle.
“How do you know who I am?” Marvelous asked.
“He watched my predecessor travel with you for a time,” another flash, and AkaRed stood next to him.
“...A-AkaRed?” Marvelous asked seeing him.
“Yes. Just not the one that you traveled with,” he said kindly. And showed him his belt. It had the roman numerals for 46 on it.
“46?! There are only 35 Sentai!” Marvelous fumed. AkaRed had told him long ago that he changed his belt for every new Sentai.
“In this world,” Henshin Master said smugly again.
“Henshin Master!” AkaRed said sternly.
“You were a companion of my predecessors. Meaning, that he only had 35 Super Sentai that he was powered by. I am powered by Sentai which came after you as well as before,” he said, trying to calm him down.
“There are now 46 Super Sentai teams?” Gai asked, rushing them.
“In the main universe we AkaRed’s watch. There are a few in other universes as well, of course. But every AkaRed, AkaBlue, AkaGreen, AkaYellow, AkaPink, AkaBlack, and AkaWhite are connected to the main universes Sentai more than any others we watch over in the multiverse.” AkaRed said.
“Are all of you color blind or do you all really love the color RED?” Tsukasa asked with a smirk.
“I have often wondered that myself,” Henshin Master said with a smile you could hear.
“Is he basically the same as you but for Riders?” Gai asked, super excited to meet AkaRed finally. And now meeting a Kamen Rider was beyond anything he could have expected.
“Yes, like me he is the power of all main Riders. Henshin Master Nigou is the same for secondary Riders. And Henshin Mistress is for female Riders. And like us they have a main world they watch over too. The main worlds are where every Rider or Sentai idea is born. Seed universes if you will. With branches of those seeds branching out with various changes.
“Both Henshin Master and my team step in when we feel like a Sentai or Rider needs us. Like your AkaRed. Before he died he found a real passion in helping form you Gokaiger in the main universe. So his spirit is reborn again and again in multiple universes all to form Gokaiger after Gokaiger team. Now we both must step in for this situation,” AkaRed said.
“What do you mean?” Tsukasa asked not sure what to make of these two right now.
“Well, you should know this more than anyone Decade. Sentai and Rider don’t normally mix. And when they do it may cause problems for these Sentai members and/or Riders. We have been keeping that in check as best we can in recent years. But something like this might make our jobs worse.” Henshin Master said.
“So we need you to use this,” AkaRed said, pulling out a device. And holding it out for Marvelous who took it, eyeing it like it might go off. He didn’t trust this AkaRed. He wasn’t the one that was his mentor; he could feel that now. And he didn’t like that this man was taking the powers of his mentor.
“What is it?” Doc asked, looking at the device. It resembled in some ways the Gokai Cellular that Gai used. But instead of a bunch of buttons, there was only one.
“There are other Gokaiger teams out there. This device is a copy from one of them. A world where Luka has found two women to fall for her. Causing that team to expand its members.” Henshin Master said to them. Luka was shocked by this.
“Two WOMEN ?” she asked.
“Yes. That version of you is I believe the term is bisexual. Attracted to both men and women. She found a member of a separate team to fall for her. That Washi Pink then found rare Gokaiger Keys only found in a few universes at most. Gokai Killer and Gokai Angel. She and her best friend Chameleon Green were then attached to those keys and then drawn to that team of Gokaiger. They used a device like this to copy Sentai powers. Not take but copy. Like this.” AkaRed said, pushing the button in the device in Marvelous’ hand.
The screen where it would scan the key for Gai to transform glowed and lit up and then it popped open and six new Gokaiger Keys popped out. Marvelous grabbed his key again. Just as they all did.
“These keys are now synced with the energy shift you all went through and you can henshins again,” Henshin Master said. Marvelous looked at his key and then held up his Gokai Mobilates.
“GOKAI CHANGE!” he said and inserted the key into the slot.
“ GOKAIGER !” it sounded as he was turned into Gokai Red.
“Satisfied?” AkaRed asked him as he returned to normal.
“What does any of this have to do with this device?” he asked, eyeing the man.
“There is a greater Great Power. One that will only be found once you gather the powers of every Rider AND Sentai together using this device to make Rider Keys and Ranger Keys. That power might be able to fix this. And allow you both to go on as if this never happened. Doc would just have to modify this device for both types of heroes. And then you’ll be able to travel through the multiverse gathering all the Rider Keys and Ranger Keys.” Henshin Master said.
“And why should we help them?” Marvelous asked.
“One reason. One very important reason,” AkaRed said as he and Henshin Master summoned a portal behind them.
“And what’s that?” he asked them.
“Because you are a member of a Super Sentai,” and they disappeared. Marvelous looked at the spot where they disappeared. Marvelous went to the table and set the device on it. Then turned to walk away.
“Well?” Natsumi asked him before he walked out of the room.
“Well, what?” he asked her, stopping halfway out the door.
“Are you going to help us?” Yusuke asked him.
“I’m not the one you should ask. So do your own work Rider,” he said walking out the door.
“Come on! You-” Natsumi started but Tsukasa stopped her. He smirked as the Gokaiger did the same. Even Kaito understood. He just turned to Doc. He smiled brightly and nodded.
“Why is everyone smiling? He is going to leave us like this.” Yusuke said, looking around at the two groups mixed together.
“That’s not what he said,” Kaito said looking at the door Marvelous had walked out.
“He said he was not the one to ask,” Joe said with a smirk.
“I have to figure out how to make this device work for Riders. And maybe modify your...Drivers, so they can use these Rider Keys and Ranger Keys. So the one to ask is me,” Doc said, still smiling.
“And I did. He is going to help us,” Tsukasa said, looking at them.
“But he is your Captain?” Natsumi asked, looking at him.
“And we’re pirates. We take what we want, we do what we want.” Luka said with a little laugh.
“So if Doc wants to help you, the Captain will not stand in his way. He will let him help you,” Ahim said with a peaceful smile.
“And we stick together so where he goes we go. So while he fixes the device I get to pilot the ship!” Gai said, running to the console.
“OH NO, YOU DON’T!” Luka said, shoving him out of the way. “The day we let you fly the Gokai Galleon is the day we need our heads examined,” she said looking at the screen.
“Would you four follow me to my workshop...I just hope it is still where I left it with this mess,” Doc said walking in the opposite way of Marvelous.
“I’m going to get a little training in,” Joe said, going off to find his workout equipment.
“I’ll have tea and snacks ready in no time,” Ojiisan said with a smile.
“Would you like some help?” Ahim asked him.
“Of course. It will be nice to have a hand,” he said with a smile.
