The days felt like a breeze in the wind to Rena. She and her boyfriend just moved into a new apartment and the days were a bit hectic for her, she still remembers the events 20 years ago in Hinamizawa so vividly like the back of her hand. Recurring nightmares still come back to her to this day, never letting her forget the tragedy, and the actions she did. It felt like a never-ending loop of hell for her that she couldn't escape from. A sudden feeling of warmth stopped her from these thoughts.
“I’m here Rena, don’t be scared anymore.” The encouraging words rang in her ear as her boyfriend continued to hug her tight from behind. “You’re not a flower of hell.” His words felt freeing for her, she let out a long breath as she pressed her hand to his lover’s. It reminded her of Keiichi and her childhood friends from Hinamizawa. She smiled.
“Thanks for being here Haruno.” She held his hand in her own as she let the bad thoughts fly away in her mind. “Come on, I'll go cook dinner.” Haruno nodded as he let her go, and kissed her on the lips, with Rena reciprocating. She prays that every day could be this blissful for her.
