Chapter Text
Going on this mission Obi-wan knew something was wrong, that is no one would listen to him. Not after his stunt with the Rako Hardeen mission. Obi-wan tries to talk to them, he tries to make it up to them. But no one would listen. And they're right, why listen to someone who has lied to you. Someone who broke their trust in you. With this new discovery of what he had broken, shattered Obi-wan in the heart.
Obi-wan started to care less of himself. Hardly eat anything because his troopers need it more than him. Drinking water is selfish because they need it more than him. And sleeping is out of the question because he will start hearing all the screens again. All the screams of people he had failed. Haunting him everywhere he went. Obi-wan had a tiny slim hope that someone, anyone would see him spiraling downward.
But
No one noticed
Why should they care, he hurt them beyond any repairs.
In fact, maybe they were happy now that Obi-wan was surrounded by all his enemies without any backup. He knows they will just forget him. Dooku in front of him with a lightsaber pointing at him. Maul at his left, ventress next to maul, savage also next to maul. And Jango on his right.
" I'm disappointed Kenobi, I thought this was going to be a fight and not a mess."
Obi-wan forces himself to not stumble about," I'm sorry to disappoint you, count, but I'm not feeling the weather right now."
" So Kenobi, where's your backup? I want them to see you fall." Maul growled.
" Sorry but there won't be a backup. No one would care anyway." Obi-wan's voice was sad and cold. Not caring that all the force users could feel the emptiness in Obi-wan.
" What do you mean Kenobi?" Dooku asked.
" I don't think you would have noticed anything, but why would you. I honestly don't care anymore." Eyes going darker by the minute. As they stood there, watching Obi-wan with a critical eye. Obi-wan's body began to sway, his breathing became more laborious. Until his leg collapsed under him, making him slammed on the floor without any care.
They watched him push himself back up with his arms. Seeing the Great General Kenobi on the floor struggling to even stand up .Something in Dooku made him ask," Why would your men not care about you."
Obi-wan musters up all he can to give his enemies a weak smile like nothing's wrong,
" Because I broke something they'll never give back. I fail them time and time again because of who I am. Someone who should have died on Bandomeer. Someone of infinite sadness."
Obi-wan wants his pain to finally end in the most painful way possible because he deserved it. He deserves everything bad happening to him. But all of his enemies stare at him, as if they were in shock. Guess he has to take matters into his own hands.
" If it makes you happy I will try to fight one of you, but I think I'll just disappoint you too." Standing on shaking leg Obi-wan went into his status, Dooku was the one who walked up to Obi-wan. Fitting way to die, by his own grandmaster. Before Obi-wan could think anything, his eyes rolled back and his legs collapsed under him making him fall right into Dooku's arms. Every breath that he took was more of a wheeze. Obi-wan barely feels Dooku gently laying him on the ground.
" I never expected Kenobi to give up like that." Jango Fett the first one to talk after a minute of uncomfortable silence.
" Even at his weakest point he always took up a fight." Ventress added. More silence filled the air, until Maul noticed a sound. He stalks up to the fall Jedi and listens, Hearing a quiet snore. Maul went to Kenobi in the force, feeling how the Jedi is unconscious.
" He is asleep." Everyone, except Jango, reaches into the force. Confirming that, yes the Jedi had passed out, surrounded by his maurel enemies that at first wanted him dead. But now they don't know anymore.
" What do we do now?" Savage asks as he crouches down to try poking at Obi-wan. Dooku slapping his hand away.
" We could use the sith artifact that Ventress found in a temple." She nodded and went back to the ship for the artifact. Coming back with a box holding the artifact. Dooku uses the force to lift up a crystal shaped device device. Carefully placing it on Obi-wan's chest. Suddenly his whole body was engulfed by a bright light. Until it fades and reveals a small child the size of a four, maybe five year old.
" What just happened?" Savage looked around the tiny child. The child was in small Initiate robes. Strangest part was the scarring around Obi-wan's neck. Almost animalistic, like an Akk Dog attacked him by the shape of it.
" Did it de-aged him?" Jango Fett walked up to them. Dooku carefully picked up the tiny child in a bridle style. The child curled into Dooku.
" It de-aged him. Would he still remember anything." Ventress almost pokes the tiny child, but Dooku stops her.
" We need to wait and see." Walking away the other follows. As they walk, Maul looks around.
" For troopers to be at the Jedi beckon call. Kenobi wasn't lying." Everyone got onto the ship with little effort of any attacks. Dooku walked right into a room. Placing the boy on the bed
" Why here? Aren't we supposed to put him in a cell." Savage pondered about this.
" I don't think he can do anything in this size." Dooku takes the tiny child boots and belt off. After that he pulled the blanket over the tiny child.
" Now we need to wait, Jango fett tells the Droids to ready the ships to leave." Jango left without any complaint. With the other staying where the child sleeps. Waiting for him to wake up.

Cody looked around for a sign of anything on where the missing general is. All the clones kept looking until Waxer found something. Obi-wan lightsaber on the floor, but no body. That one good and bad thing. Walking up to Waxer he grabs the lightsaber.
" They took the general." Cody said to the other. All were looking at the floor. This past three weeks was something. Having to grieve about their," dead" general. Then having him alive faking his death. They didn't want to talk to him. Cody wasn't ready to face his General, but that seems to have been a huge mistake on his part.
" Ready the ships, we need to stop them before they leave with the General." He commanded. Running back to his General tent, he noticed that the general has uneaten food and seals water bottles. The bed is untouched and looking at the pads where all the reports finished.
( How long did I not notice this!) He quickly ran to their medic.
" We have a major problem!" Kix turns to him with a raised eyebrow.
" What do you mean Cody!"
" I don't know how long but the general did not eat or drink anything for a long time."
" What." He ran to the general tent. And to his dismay it looked like Cody was right. This is the worst thing that can happen. Not only did they capture the general, but he was malnourished and dehydrated. Thinking back obi-wan did say that he was not feeling the weather, but no one would listen to him.
" Oh force, what have we done to him?" Remember that hurt look that Obi-wan gave him when he started to treat him as if he was one of those senators. And the many times obi-wan tries to talk to someone, anyone but they just turn their back to him. See those once bright eyes turn into dark blank canvas. Cody didn't want to lose their friendships, but that was too late. They destroyed that once kind bright light and turned into an empty shell of his former self.
