Chapter Text
This'll be my first story on this site so apologies if I'm not fully accustomed to things. Netteflix (Annette x Felix) is easily one of the most popular ships for Three Houses and it's definitely my personal favorite. Just to note however, I have only had the time to play through Blue Lions and a very small part of Black Eagles. So, sorry if I kinda misrepresent the characters that I'm less familiar with. I'll try my best lol. All comments, feedback, and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Felix looks blankly at the stone walls of Garreg Mach with annoyance and a slight bit of shame. He is currently slouched against a bench in one of Garreg Mach's many dinning rooms.
Felix and his fellow Blue Lions have just gotten back from the Red Canyon. They'd been assigned to take care of some bandits and they'd done just that. Under the skilled leadership of their new teacher, the Blue Lions had managed to take care of the bandits without much trouble at all. The only ones to sustain any injuries were Ashe and... well... Felix.
Felix truly couldn't bear the shame and was beginning to look more and more lifeless as he lay on the bench. His classmates ate and celebrated just a few feet away while he sat quietly moping with his bruises and bandages.
"It's just a few bruises and a minuscule cut. Is your pride really that damaged?" Annette asks with a judgmental look.
Felix looks to his side before snapping out of his depressed trance and remembering that Annette has been sitting behind him and healing his wounds for the past few minutes.
"Hello? Fodlan to Felix? You still alive?" Annette jokingly asks, raising her voice.
"You almost done?" Felix bluntly asks, having grown tired of Annette's rambling.
"Wha... the nerve! I spend almost half an hour healing you and the first words out of your mouth are to ask how much longer!?" Annette replies annoyedly.
"Sorry, I shouldn't have even made you heal me. I'll sleep it off." Felix replies ashamedly before starting to stand up.
Annette does not allow him to leave, however, and forces Felix back onto the bench before returning to her healing spell.
"What? Now you wanna heal me?" Felix stupidly asks.
"I have been healing you! For the past half hour! So sit tight and let me finish before I get angry and make you leave with a few extra wounds." Annette demands.
Felix moans in annoyance before accepting Annette's healing as his punishment for getting hurt in the first place. Felix feels ashamed by this situation as in his mind it only serves to remind him of his failures on the battlefield.
Felix doesn't dislike Annette herself, though his relationship with her has never been particularly pleasant. For some reason the two always seemed to get into an argument immediately upon opening their mouths. The personalities of both just conflicted to much. In spite of their constant arguing, however, Felix still felt very safe around Annette. Her predictability was comforting to him, almost reminding him of his brother. This semi-sibling relationship may be why Felix doesn't blush in the slightest as Annette graces her soft and gentle hands across his bruised skin.
Annette has gotten quite used to healing her shirtless male classmates ever since coming to Garreg Mach, as she and her close friend Mercedes are some of the only Blue Lions who know how to heal. At first it was slightly embarrassing for the young girl but over time she's reluctantly come to realize that almost every guy in her class is far more interested in Mercedes and couldn’t care less about her. Her fellow redhead, Sylvain, is the only guy who tries to flirt with her, however, after a few creepy comments she and Mercedes had agreed to gag Sylvain whenever they healed him.
Felix was different from the other boys though, at least to Annette. He never seemed interested in romance or even friendship. The only relationships he seemed to ever make were rivalries. Annette liked how seemingly chill Felix was but after a few arguments with him, she began to understand why he had so few friends.
"Alright, I'm finished!" Annette declares annoyedly, still not happy with how unappreciative Felix is being.
"Thanks." Felix quietly replies, not wanting to get into another long and annoying argument with Annette.
Annette immediately gives Felix a slightly encouraging smile to signal that his thanks is appreciated and accepted. Felix, having managed to avoid another argument with Annette, decides not to join his classmates in their partying, instead heading off to the Garreg Mach training grounds to finally get some peace and quiet.
Felix, eventually, manages to exit the dinning room, but not before almost being knocked over by Annette throwing the shirt he'd forgotten into the back of his head. Annette, meanwhile, is already back with her classmates, enjoying the celebration. For a brief second, however, she almost wants to call after Felix, and tell him to stay and enjoy himself for once...
