Polkadot Man unexpectedly survived being stepped over by Starro, to everyone's surprise. They met him on their way out of the island, after speaking with Waller and after a brief confusion on Bloodsport's part, Ratcatcher 2 jumps in to hug him and welcome him back. Because she knows how is real life and she actually has some extra cash from her various robberies (and also she knows how to get the rats to bring her more), she invites him to share a flat. Abner Krill is yet coming to terms with the fact that he is technically and legally dead. There is a certain level of freedom knowing that both your mother and Amanda Waller think you are dead. There is also a certain amount of therapy that Cleo is willing to pay, along with showing him average and cute new things like icecream in the park.
