“Alright listen up you degenerates!” Sirius said glaring accusingly at his four roommates; James, Peter, Remus, and Frank. “Who fucked my brother.”
The four looked at Sirius as if lost his mind.
“What the hell are you on Padfoot.” James ask trying to hide how nervous he actually is.
“Oh nothing just this.” Sirius holding up a Slytherin tie he had found after breakfast, it now being lunch means his been setting on this for longer then he liked. “Would any of you like to explain!”
”Im confused.” Frank said eyeing everyone in the room. “Like i get it’s a Slytherin tie but it doesn’t mean it’s your bother’s.”
“Now Frank i see your point but this tie is different.” Sirius turns the end of the tie around to show initials on the back. “Because as you can see this tie has my brother’s initials on it!”
”Oh, well it’s not me.” Frank shrugged his shoulders looking over to the other three; Remus looked uncomfortable, Peter looked like he was dying on inside, and James looked ready to jump out the window.
“I know Frank, you and Alice are lovely but this happened in our dorm room so you have to be here.” Frank frowned he just wanted to go to lunch. “So my fellow Marauders which one of you assholes betrayed my trust!”
“I only like Women.” Peter said plainly.
“Good to know you would never betray me Wormie.”
“Of course mate.”
“Now James, Remus what do you have to say.” Sirius crossed his arms over his chest like a disappointed parent.
“I like some else.” Remus said while looking at his feet face ablaze.
“Wait what?” Sirius looked taken aback by Remus having a crush on someone. “Who?”
“Oh you didn’t know Remus has been crushing in the same guy since third year.” James said smirking at the both of them, happy to help steer the conversation away from the tie.
“What.” Sirius looked devastated.
“James.” Remus was ready to kill James.
“Yup Pete can back me up.”
”Leave me out of this” Peter shook his head at James a signal to back off.
“Wait.” Frank looked at James with so much confusion and disbelief. “Does that me James fucked regulus?”
The room became quite more quite then ever before.
“James im going to kill you.” Sirius voice broke through the silence with a promise. Sirius started to walk towards James with with murderous intent, which forced James to move backwards.
“Sirius buddy listen i didn’t sleep with your brother.” James chuckled nervously moving farther away from Sirius. “Promise.”
“Really then explain why his tie is ended up in the our dorm room.”
“I don’t know but it’s not because of me.”
“Then why are you nervous.”
“Because You look like you want to kill me.”
Sirius took a deep breath looked at James with hatred on the same level of his hatred for Snape and said. “I’ll give you three seconds to run then your dead.”
James booked it out of the room as fast as he could, Sirius immediately was after him. The two boy’s rushed down into to common room leaving the Gryffindor tower through the painting.
“Should we follow them?” Peter asked
“I don’t care what you two do but I’m going to lunch.” Frank waved at them as he walked away to the great hall.
”Well, James had the map and i have no idea where the two of them are so you just want to go to lunch as well?” Remus looked at Peter tired of today and still reeling from the fact he semi-confessed.
“Yeah sounds good.”
the two go down and catch-up with Frank on the way down from the tower.
“So you think James did it with Regulus?”
“Why do have do have to say it like that Frank?” Remus scrunched his nose in distaste. “Like just say fucked or sex like everyone else.”
”But I’m not everyone I’m me.” Peter snorted and Remus just side-eyed Frank. “And for the record I think they did.”
“I hope for James sake they didn’t.” Remus wonder’s how James and Regulus would even end up together long enough to have sex. “But I really can’t see it happening.”
“Yeah but how did Regulus’s tie end up in our dorm?”
“I don’t know Pete but can you really see James having sex with anyone other then Lily?”
“I mean James hasn’t really been talking about Lily or bothering her like usual lately.” Peter shrugged. “James has also been acting weird lately too.”
“That true.” Remus nodded.
“I think it would be funny if it’s true.”
“Same.” Of course Peter and Frank would think it’s funny but Remus doesn’t feel like going to a funeral anytime soon. “Besides things were getting boring lately so it’s either this or Sirius doing something destructive.”
”I guess that’s true god only knows what Sirius would do if he got to bored.” Frank only laughed as they walked into the great hall and walking over to Gryffindor table. The three all shoot subtle glances over to the Slytherin table we’re Regulus sits with his friends.
“Hey guys.” Lily said looking over to them stopping her conversation with Alice and Marlene. “Were are James and Sirius?”
“Fighting.” Frank said smirking putting his arm around Alice’s waste.
“Oh god.” Lily replied and Marlene just laughed.
”What are those to fighting about?” Alice looked concerned eyebrows scrunched together.
“Oh well wh-“ Peter was interrupted by James running into the hall in clear panic.
”Help me he’s trying to kill me!” James yelled running up to the teachers table and as Sirius came running in after James.
“Get back here Potter!” Sirius yelled at James well James jumped over the the teacher table and cowered behind McGonagall. “Potter get over here so I can kill you!”
“Black no threatening Potter!” McGonagall said raising her voice and turned to look at James “Potter what did you do?”
“Nothing!” The Students were whispering about what James did to anger Sirius this bad.
”He fucked my brother!” The whole hall fell silent in shock, the only thing heard was a glass falling on the Slytherin table.
“Are you insane!” Regulus yelled standing from we’re he was sitting looking at his brother in disbelief. “Why in the world would you think that!”
“Well, Reg I found your tie in our dorm room.” That caused the students to start whispering again and Regulus to shut up.
“Sirius I promise you, me and Regulus didn’t have sex.”
“yeah likely story!”
“okay!” McGonagall yelled standing up from her set startling everyone. “Potter, both blacks come with me and Slughorn now.”
McGonagall giddied James around the table as Slughorn got up looking longingly at his food and Regulus practically ran out of the room. McGonagall grabbed Sirius arm to stop him from hurting James as the the four then left to McGonagall’s office.
When the five were all gone Dumbledore cleared his throat to get everyone’s attention. “students now that is over please focus back to lunch as the heads take care of the matter.”
the hall broke back into loud chatter but this time it’s all about the same topic.
“So that’s what their fighting about then.” Alice said in shock.
“Yup.” Frank said popping the p in ‘yup’ and taking a sip of his drink.
the group said nothing more after that.
