**Tell Me Something**
(TALLY): "So are we just not going to talk about it?"
(ALDER): "Talk about what?"
(TALLY): "Hm.. Oh, I don’t know.. You and me.. And how there’s clearly something going on between us.."
(ALDER): "Are you going to give me a hand? Or, are you going to just keep talking about nonsense?”
(TALLY): "Nonsense? So you’re telling me you don’t think there’s anything going on—
Alder cutting Tally off before she can finish her sentence
(ALDER): "GOT IT!! Ready to leave?"
(TALLY): "Noooo!"
Tally shouts--
(TALLY): "SARAH ALDER I AM NOT LEAVING ANYWHERE UNTIL YOU ANSWER ME!"
(ALDER): "That’s the first time you said my name..”
(TALLY): “Please, I just want to hear you say it..”
(ALDER): "And what is that exactly?”
(TALLY): "That you care about me. That I mean something to you..”
(ALDER): "We don’t have time for this…”
Tally walks closer to Alder
(TALLY): "Don’t close yourself off from me Sarah. Look at me"
Alder has her eyes focused on the wall that’s been fading away over time--
(TALLY): "Look at me…”
Tally says softly. Alder draws her eyes back to Tally--
(ALDER): "It’s not that I don’t want to feel anything for you. It’s just.. I have closed myself off from feeling anything towards anyone for a long time and there’s a reason for that. Back when I was a general it’s was hard to balance relationships. I didn’t date much and that saved me the trouble of heartbreak. If I ever did find any interest in someone I didn’t put any effort into it because I was always afraid of getting hurt. I had focused more on being the general. Then all of a sudden you came along.. You changed something within me..
Tears start falling down the side of Tally’s cheek--
(TALLY): "And you being back now.. It’s a.."
(TALLY/ALDER): “ Miracle…"
(TALLY): "The goddesses have truly blessed me by bringing you back..”
Alder smiles--
(ALDER): "I do care for you Tally. If you only knew how much my heart aches for you. I feel more at ease whenever I am around you, like I can just be myself."
Alder clears her throat--
(ALDER): "Alright.. So you ready to head out and continue on with the mission?"
Tally feels happier that she and Alder had a chance to open up with each other. Now she knows more about how Alder feels--
(TALLY): "I was born ready.."
(ALDER): "If the camarilla shows up, I'll be right by your side to protect you..”
(TALLY): "You mean I'll be the one protecting you.. How many times have I saved you now?”
Tally bursts out laughing--
Alder didn’t mind being saved by Tally. She loved the way Tally looked out for her and took care of her.
(ALDER): "I’m ok with that..”
(TALLY): "Ok with..?"
(ALDER): "You coming to my rescue..”
