Jisung didn't know Lee Know except for the fact that he is the school's Mr. Perfect and a leader of a group Dance Racha. Where his best friend, Hyunjin is a member.
Jisung attended a few competition that the group compete to support his friend. Unbeknowst to Jisung, Lee Know also caught his attention. Because he can't when Jisung was loudly cheering on the crowd.
Displaying the utmost qualities as a leader and a role model. Lee Know wasn't someone Jisung is interested in but he fascinated, to say the least.
Eventually, Jisung and Lee Know had to work together or more like, Jisung is forced to work with him since Han failed a subject and the teacher asked Lee Know if he can tutor Jisung for the finals.
Hyunjin and surprisingly Felix enjoyed teasing Jisung since he finally got the chance to speak with their leader.
Jisung weren't nervous but the fact that he had to cooperate with Lee Know in an embarrassing situation like this didn't help him to soothe his nerves down.
Meeting him was easier than Jisung thought it's because Lee Know recognized him as, 'Hyunjin's friend' which made it easy to discuss with him. They decided to meet at the library right after classes.
"Hey um...I figured you were punctual so I didn't wanna let you down." Jisung murmured.
"Good, so tell me where should we start?" He questioned raising his brows.
"Uh...I think from the first chapter?" Jisung is ashamed to tell Lee Know that he knew only one or two chapters out of thirty.
"Alright then, let's learn the basics and then move towards the advanced topics."
Lee Know started explaining the basics and made Jisung write notes in a way that he is sure to remember for a long time. Jisung didn't know that the topics he struggled with, is this easy and it made him feel confident about acing the test.
"Han, you have to make sure that there are three forms for the double angle formula for cosine. Even though you only need to know one of them, problems containing other forms will still be asked in the exam." Lee Know sighed as he looked at Jisung's pathetic attempts to solve the problem.
Lee Know might not sugarcoat things but he is not judgmental. He just want to be clear to whom he talks with.
He remained calm and collected but when the moment Jisung still messed up after explaining for the sixth time, Lee Know let out a sigh for the first time in a while.

It became their routine, they even had days where Jisung spent time after the tutoring session to solve more problems and wait till Lee Know was done with his dance practice so that he can correct his works if there's wrong in it.
Lee Know got used to Jisung showing up at the dance studio on days he needed extra sessions. Both of them spent a lot of time with each other to the point that his group mates were astonished to see their cold leader interacting so comfortable with a bubbly Jisung.
Hyunjin introduced Jisung to others and soon he's used to go to the studio and watch them practicing, Jisung solve some problems on his own while the crew practice.
Lee Know help Jisung sometimes when he took a break. Jisung also bring extra snacks for him to eat after practice.
The rest of the group complained about how Han have favorites while Hyunjin complained about why he didn't get this special treatment despite being his best friend and Jisung just blushed in response.
Jisung slowly noticed that his grades changed from F to C to A. He was so happy and texted Lee Know every time the results were out and Lee Know replies a 'congrats' text without fail.
Lee Know encouraged Jisung with, 'you just started, so it will take time to get better' or 'there is always next time so hang in there.' At the start when his grades were still in C or B.
After sending a text to Lee Know about how his grade this time is A, Han unknowingly grinned at the emoji Lee Know used. Jisung taught him how to use them.
'Keep up the good work, Jisung ^_^'
Reading the text over and over again made Jisung's face glow that he didn't notice someone peeking at his phone.
"You are in love" Hyunjin whispered nudging him.
"What- NO!" Jisung rested his head on the desk hiding the phone.
"But seriously...Just ask him out!"
"What if he thinks I'm just taking advantage of the closeness between us?"
"It's Lee Know we are talking about. Trust me and just confess." Hyunjin winked at him before going back to study.
Meanwhile, Chan and Changbin noticed the way Lee Know seems to use his phone more often, not that they were complaining because this is not something they get to see every day.
Chan was soon caught off guard when he heard his name getting called.
"Chan hyung... I need to ask you something." Lee Know didn't want to hide around the bush.
"Yes?"
"Um, what does it mean when you feel happy seeing your best friend and feel like you love spending a lot of time with them? Or when you do things you never did before?"
"Huh..." Chan stood amazed, thinking if he misheard Lee Know.
"I'm going to be blunt but please don't kill me for that...You are in love, Know. Though Love is a strong word. You might be having a crush on someone." Lee Know nods
"When you're in love, you would find excuses just to spend time with them or stay with them even if you are not doing anything." Changbin continue explaining to him.
"Oh, so when is the best time to inform them how I feel?" Lee Know was visibly smiling a bit.
"That is up to you. You can wait till you're sure of your feelings or just tell them if you can't bear to hide it anymore." Chan patted his shoulder.
Lee Know only nod. Thinking when he would tell him what he feels.
Lee Know's shoulders slumped down a bit when he entered the library expecting Jisung to wave his hand enthusiastically but didn't find him there. He wandered the entire library to check if he was sitting in another spot but no. So Lee Know sat in the usual place and waited for Jisung while he started doing his work. He didn't know why he was bothered but then the talk with Chan and Changbin played in his mind. Lee Know contemplated texting Jisung but before he could, he saw him speeding towards the table.
"Oh, God...I'm so-"
"What took you so long? Where have you been? I was worried..." His voice trailed off actualizing that he just did something involuntarily.
"I'm sorry... the teacher made us finish the notes way past the bell ring."
Jisung's eyes widened at the unfamiliar expression adorning on Lee Know's face.
"I see... I uh, since its finals, I was a bit concerned that's all."
This wasn't something typical because Jisung always thinks that Lee Know isn't a person to display his emotions easily.
'Maybe he's just uptight about wasting time' Jisung thought groaning in defeat for letting himself think otherwise.
They start to read the book again. Lee Know leaned forward to explain a topic and Jisung's heart paced at the proximity.
It happened out of the blue and even before he could register what was going on, Lee Know's hand swept against his cheekbone as if picking up something and that is when he understood that he pushed few hair strands behind his ear.
Jisung glanced at him to find Lee Know flashing a charming smile in return that made Jisung giggle slightly. They are now walking towards the studio for Lee Know's practice after getting over with the revision.
The practice done early and easy. It was peaceful walk with the evening breeze. They are off to the bus station. Jisung is getting lost in his thoughts but soon got interrupted.
"Hey...This has been troubling me for a while and I think that you should know." Lee Know averted his gaze away from Jisung.
"What is it about?" Jisung questioned raising an eyebrow.
"I like you. I don't know when this all started but all I know is that you are always in my mind, sometimes losing the track of time when I think about you and making me lose concentration." He admitted.
"You make me lose concentration but in a good way." He added quickly.
"I like you too, Lee Know" Jisung let out a soft gasp as he stopped walking and looked at him.
Lee Know didn't waste any time before pulling Jisung into a tight embrace and stroked his hair gently. Jisung pulled back, Lee Know bent down a bit to kiss him on the forehead, then on the tip of your nose which is turning red and lastly on his lips.
All it took was that little peck for him to lose balance and hold onto Lee Know's shoulders firmly. Lee Know knew he was on cloud nine when their lips met and felt warm in his stomach. He pulled back looking at Jisung's dilated eyes which are now sparkling under the twilight.
