The Doctor sees remnants of Rose everywhere they go.
Arrangments of pink and yellow roses. Sitting innocently on a window sill.
A TARDIS blue jacket lying around, forgotten. Want to be worn again.
Rose. Went back just to see her again. The beautiful pink and yellow human
Who was there so long, but who was stolen away.
A tongue-touched smile crosses her mind.
Fighting. The Doctor has never liked violence. But some days he can see Rose in his new companions.
Sees' her in how brave they can be. How quick-witted.
Loving. The Doctor remembers her loving embrace, and how she was willing to give up everything to be with them.
Willing to leave her mother behind, leave her world behind.
Because Rose Tyler loved The Doctor.
And The Doctor loved Rose Tyler.
Gone.
She was gone and he-they-she knew that. But Rose took up their mind.
Beautiful loving Rose. Who would be willing to sacrifice her life to save someone.
Rose Tyler.
A beautiful flower had gone too early.
Who should've never had to leave.
Awkward dancing between them.
Promises of forever.
Daleks and Rose Bad Wolf destroying them.
Because she loved the Doctor.
And didn't wish to see them suffer.
A Wolf who'd protect her Doctor,
A Doctor who'd protect their Rose.
Three hearts, one torn away.
When the Doctor lost Rose it felt as though they had lost a heart.
A heart they didn't realize he had until the heart was gone.
Rose Tyler, Bad Wolf.
One in the same.
Bad Wolf still appears.
As though to say, 'Don't worry my Doctor. For I will always be here.'
Always where he-she-they least expect it.
It heals and breaks their heart every single time.
Time.
They never had enough did they?
