It was 11:01pm, Akutagawa was frankly about to roll over and sleep by himself but he stays awake to see his boyfriend come back home.
Atsushi had said about 11 o’clock, it was past eleven and he was getting a little bit mad.
“He’s not back yet, stupid weretiger” he grumbled, her hears the front door open, his eyes widened before sitting up. Atsushi walks into their room.
He was kicking off his shoes, yawning. He seemed extra tired today. Akutagawa normally finished up at about 10:00 to 10:30 and Atsushi was supposed to get off work 3 hours ago, at 9:00.
Honestly the ADA really should not be working him this hard. Don’t they know he has a needy boyfriend who wants him to come home early.
Atsushi quickly changed into his sleeping clothes climbing into bed with Akutagawa, “You are late again” he says, pouting slightly. Atsushi nodded “I know and I’m sorry, Dazai keeps slacking off and Kunikida is off on a trip, or a forced vacation I’m not really sure”
Akutagawa crossed his arms, glaring at him. Atsushi blinks “Do you want something? We can go on a date tomorrow to make it up to you” Akutagawa stays silent for another moment.
“Do you want a kiss?” Atsushi guesses, Akutagawa simply huffed.
“Make love to me”
“……nah”
“Nah?!” Akutagawa was flabbergasted “What do you mean ‘Nah’?! You zoo animal!”
Atsushi makes himself comfortable in the bed “Just… Nah, I’m tired, not in the mood. You would have more luck fucking marinara sauce”
Akutagawa scowled turning away from Atsushi, the weretiger whines “Oh come on! I said no to making love not cuddles”
“No love, no cuddles, if you touch me I will kill you”
Atsushi groans “Fine! Be pouty and stubborn, once you are ready I’m right here” Akutagawa and Atsushi lay in silence.
After a half hour Atsushi wakes up from his half-asleep state to the sound of Akutagawa shuffling, he feels the mafioso’s arms’ wrap around him. He dare’nt move for Akutagawa might know he’s awake now.
After 10 minutes Atsushi instinctively
cuddles him back.
He loves Ryuunosuke, he really does… but it’s times like these he wished Akutagawa would just tell him what he wants and stop being stubborn about it.
