It was cold in the amphitheater.
So cold, that Bonnie was able to sneak Marceline's shirt under her sweater. Not that she was ashamed of having it, just to not let Marceline she still kept it. Even if Bonnie didn't even know why she still kept it.
Bonnie was sat in the 3rd row, close enough she could see Marceline up stage. Bonnie watched with rosy cheeks as Marceline played flawlessly even in such weather. Bonnie put her mitten hands up to warm up her blood rushed cheeks, only to see that they were already hot. She brushed it off, since she had a beanie on. Beanies tend to help warm up the whole head, right. She repeated the phrase in her brain until she finally snapped out due to Marceline had stopped her singing.
"WHATS UP CANDY KINGDOM!!!"
---the loud speakers rang. Bonnie almost forgot she had set up this special concert for Marceline in the Candy kingdom. Due to Marceline's request, of course. Something on the line of that she had never really played for the Candy kingdom before. Her tone when she let out the sentence convinced Bonnie otherwise, but to help out her friend she did it anyway.
The crowd went wild for Marceline, while Marceline let the edges of her lips turn into a genuine smile.
"Now, this next song is a cover from one of my favorite music artists. Just a special add on for you all!!"
Again the crowd yelled their support, while Bonnie sat confuzzled. She told peppermint butler she would meet him right after the concert. Which was supposed to have ended right at this moment. Though Bonnie wouldn't mind the special add on, she really needed to get to peppermint butler.
Ill just stay a little longer,
--- her mind thought as she settled back down into her (not comfortable) seat.

----as she realized the mishap in the lyric. Marceline is not the type to make a mistake in one of Mitski's songs. Knowing how much she listens to Mitski's music, its technically impossible for her to mess up. Overthinking took over Bonnies thoughts as she zoned out staring at Marceline. The song continued, changed the masculine pronouns into feminine ones. Bonnies eyes lingered on Marceline, she started to look at Marceline differently.
Suddenly the weird change in lyrics caused Bonnie to take in everything about Marceline, kind of like a unknown spell. Bonnie observed the details of her face, her hair, her personality, her style, and her and Bonnie's relationship.
These thoughts made her cheeks hotter than they were, her thoughts went crazy. Even the music stopping, crowds leaving, and Marceline yelling at her could take her out of her trance.
Finally, a slap to the face later, Bonnie and Marceline were sitting together in Bonnies royal chamber.
"Hey, what happened back there?"
