Late at night, the wind blows softly through the leafs and streets of Jump City, the light illuminated the city taking away the dark. Citizens walked calmly with little worries as the moon rised; looks like they don't sleep since the city is still alive.
But out of the city, on a island with a tower shaped in a T, the heroes of Jump City tried to take a rest; that unfortunately, wasn't going as planned, since the favourite couple argued, Robin voice raised as the problem went on and on but Starfire didn't back up, this has been happening since a while.
Almost every day, the couple found a new topic to discuss, but, recently Robin and Starfire only appeared to have one single problem; jealously.
It came mostly from Robin, who was kinda controlling and overprotective, a perk the alien did not like at all.
"FOR GODS SAKE DICK, A FUCKING MIC?, ARE YOU SERIOUS?" Yeah, Robin hided a mic on Kori clothes, and when she finded out she just went rampage, "is for your safety!" Tried Dick to justify his own actions, his voice low and raspy.
"I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, YOU'RE FREAKING CRAZY," the tears that falled without were wiped by her arm, and just sobbing she flied away, Robin tried to follow her but Cyborg hand stopped him, shaking his head no.
"You really screwed it up," that was the only words that came out from his friend.
But he already knew that.
Confident that she would return to him when she cooled off, he went to their room. He knows she's not there, after all, when Star is troubles the tamaranean flies towards Raven. "She's lucky..." Dick thought.
Raven was sitting on her bed reading, at least the argue already stopped, her door opened suddenly, and without taking her eyes from her book letted the redhaired girl do as she wished.
This was normal, Starfire will come angry, talk about their problems with Raven and then leave with a smile.
Once the half demon girl noticed the sobbing coming from her friend, she quickly left aside her lecture and approached Kori, without saying a word she guided her to sit down on the bed.
Usually Star doesn't break down in front of Raven, this was extremely weird and in all honesty, Raven didn't know what to do.
"Star, what's wrong?" She just shook her head, gaining a sigh from the goth, who rested a hand awkwardly on the alien shoulder "How-..." She moved her hand towards the back of her friend rubbing it slowly, trying to get the girl to stop crying.
"This will be a long night," concluded the always stoic girl, worried for her friend.
