Work Text:
You.
The child of a sun.
Shining as though a million stars were glittering off your delicate skin. The rays of what appeared to be raw and uncut beauty glazed over and appearing as nothing more than a mirage.
Envy.
Dangerous.
Alone I would stand. The stars dared not to come in my direction. The rays never shone over here. Instead the darkness embraced me. How could someone made from the same creation be like a goddess?
Was it because of my looks?
My mind?
My emotions?
My inability to let go of the past?
I drowned in my own brain, watching you from afar as my heart threatens to overpower with jealousy.
