You were human. That much is obvious.
There was nothing that made you different from it save for your magic, you had no beast-like features whether it be naturally or in a set space, you were as human as they came.
Your boyfriend however was the opposite, he was gifted with the features of a lion and the attitude of one too.
Clingy is one way to put his attitude near you.
He is never letting you go, ever. Trying to get up to get water or go to the bathroom is like preparing for a marathon and you run to your destination as if it was one too, you have never been more worried of going to the kitchen before dating this man.
And right now is one of those moments.
You were being held captive at Leona’s room after attempting to escape from your own dorm to your club. Sadly, when your boyfriend is 6 feet tall, can run as fast as a natural lion and is as clingy as a loyal dog with its owner, it’s not so easy.
He has had you lying underneath him and threading your fingers through his hair for about an hour or so. He had only let you get up to call Idia, who was definitely locked in his room, that you were not going to show up at the club today, to which he questioned no further and just wished you luck with whatever you had going on.
And what you had going on was Savanaclaw’s housewarden curled up on top of you as he snored quietly and put his whole weight on you.
Your phone was starting to die and you had nothing to do, you weren’t tired. Normally, you would’ve started to get up and gotten your charger but with a whole ass lion on you, it really wasn’t gonna be easy.
Leona shifted slightly and finally woke up, he stared at you for a while before placing his head under your chin and starting to nuzzle you. You sighed and patted his back as he fell asleep once again, or so you thought.
“Herbivore?”, you hummed in response and glanced down at him, “Yeah?”, he moved his head from under your chin to look better at you, “What’s with the thing in your bag?”
You glanced at your bag and saw that he was referring to the laser pointer Yuu had gifted to you saying that it was a gift from Grim and that they were sent as the messenger.
You reached over to your bag and snatched it quickly, “Yuu gave it to me, dunno how it works though”
You pressed randomly until the thing turned on and a red dot randomly appeared where you were pointing it.
“Oh that’s ho-”, before you could finish your sentence, Leona had lunged to the direction of the dot and attempted to grab it, startled; you flinched which made the dot move, Leona’s head darted to the direction of the dot and lunged once again at it.
Confusion overtook you before realizing it.
Trein’s cat often tried to poke people’s magic pens whenever they lit up.
Leona was trying to get the dot.
Lions are basically big cats.
Attempting to not laugh, you pointed the device to the floor to which Leona lunged once more to its direction, you pressed the button again and much to your surprise, multiple dots appeared.
Leona’s eyes widened as he stared at all the dots, testing the pen again, you pressed the same button, however, now it had turned off.
Leona frantically looked everywhere and stood up, looking towards your direction, “Herbivore.”, you smiled at him and hummed again, “I hate you”
He flopped onto you once again causing you to drop the pen, “Just for that, I’m trappin’ ya again”, he sighed and resumed his position from before but this time gripping you tighter.
You groaned and tried to push him off but once again, he was asleep and the bastard had that smug smile on his face as he caged you beneath him again.
