Chapter Text
Mobius first woke up with the warm feeling of the sun on his face before becoming aware of another warmth, Loki's body against his. Warmer than the sun.
Then there were the fragrances of the grass, the flowers, the damp earth.
To which was added this unique scent, recognizable among all, of the man he loved.
Next he felt a gentle spring breeze blowing which sent a little shiver down his spine.
The shiver lingered, this time because of the warm breath of Loki exhaling against his neck.
Mobius heard the tree's leaves rustling and the birds singing in the branches.
All of his sounds were mingled with Loki's soft voice that whispered against his skin, "I know you're awake, my love."
He smiled, but did not open his eyes, letting all his other senses be filled with Loki's presence, his warmth, his scent, his voice.
All of a sudden he felt like little butterflies landing on his face. Loki's lips spread soft and ephemeral kisses, until they landed longer on his lips. When they withdrew, Mobius opened his eyes and gazing into the eyes of Loki above him, he murmured simply, "Again."
The god smiled and answered the prayer.
