It was a peaceful afternoon. Mei was casually sitting on a lounge chair and knitting a small sweater. Sebastian was in the room as well, fixing up the cot for their first born one.
It would've been peaceful; if Ryoma had decided to come out on time. Now, with an extra 4 weeks past and his weight larger than most assume normal, Mei was really hoping he'd come out soon.
Seb : Mei? You okay?
Mei : Mmm? Yeah, just wondering when he'll eventually come.
Seb : He will naturally; just a bit stubborn.
Mei : Well, with his delay, we managed to decorate his room to the point it looks like a king's bedroom.
Seb : Not that we mind.
Mei : Yeah. Pssh, he'll be born with high standards. That's not a good thing.
Seb : So long as he's happy.
Mei : Agree. Oof, I need to use the toilet again.
Sebastian walks over, helps Mei out of her chair and into the toilet.
She gets in, closes the door. Sebastian goes about his usual business.
"KYAAAA-!"
Seb : M-Mei!?
A loud splash was heard.
Seb : Are you okay!?
M : Bad and G-good news.
Seb : Eh?
Mei : He wants to-hngh-see us.
Seb : . . .
Seb : . . . . . .
Seb : Realization
Seb : WHERE'S THE AMBULANCE?!?!
Some other Valkyries exit their houses just in time to see the Ambulance take off from the Raiden Mansion. They collectively broke into cold sweat when they saw Mei.
20 mins later. Kiana and Bronya looked at one another as they sat in front of their porch, the medical facility a little off.
Kiana : She'll be fine, right?
Bronya : I suppose. It's not like childbirth can hurt someone like Mei badly.
A LARGE gale of red lightning suddenly shot out from the roof of the hospital.
Kiana & Bronya : ... collectively looks down at their bump I got a bad feeling about this.
1 day later
Theresa : She's okay. He's large, but with her strength and Sebastian supporting her, Ryoma came out just fine.
Kiana : Phew....that's good to hear.
Rita : But why is Sebastian not back?
Teri : Ehhh, about that. . . He's admitted for a short term stay.
Everyone : ???
T : He... withstood Mei's Herrscher transformation... at point blank range.
Everyone : Looks at each other
Kiana : Now I feel bad.
Bronya : Don't burn him alive.
Kiana : Oh shut up, Bratnya!
