Rye still couldn't get used to living in the castle. She couldn't get used to anything. Chili and her are now together, how she now basically was the queen of a new kingdom. She knew that she could get used to this and her bounty hunting skills would benefit this kingdom very much, so for the sake of her love and her four adopted children, she stepped into the castle.
Chili has been pretty busy between helping Brave decorate the castle, helping Wizards count the treasury, taking Strawberry to her therapy for social anxiety and making sure Custard has a healthy social life. But she was also pretty excited because today is the day that Rye moves in ! She couldn't have guessed that their relationship will end up like this, but I guess some character development and a lot of money from being the founder of a kingdom helps. She snapped out of her thoughts, Rye was just about to arrive. She put on her usual clothes on and thanked blackberry for helping with the breakfast, then went to the huge entrance door. As Rye opened the door. Direct eye contact was made between them, and they drew their weapons, like good old times.
"Well let's see you have softened !" said Rye.
-"Yeah but let's go to the garden, because my son worked hard on these decorations." Chili said trying to sound intimidating and failing as she said the softest thing she ever could.
Rye burst out laughing "I guess you have changed a little bit !" Putting away her weapons
-"Yeah I guess but I mean everybody changes !!" Chili said leaning against the wall and playing with her knife.
-"I guess so. What does normal couples do when they move in ?
-"I don't know and we are not a normal couple ?"
"I'm a bounty hunter and you are a criminal-turned-ruler."
Chili rubbed the back of her head
"Breakfast is ready and the kids haven't woken up would you like to wake them up?" She said while also rubbing the back of her head
-"Yeah that would be good."
-"First let me catch you~ !"
-"We'll see about that !" Said Rye before starting to sprint.
