Danny stared into Sawyer’s gentle eyes as he was happy that the other cat had fallen for him as well. The orange cat had hope in Sawyer would have returned his feelings but he wasn’t so sure, especially with how she coldly treated him in an effort to protect him from getting his feelings hurt. Sawyer was smiling softly at him and Danny couldn’t believe how bright the other cat’s smile was and yet, he was happy that he was making her happy.
Sawyer couldn’t contain her feelings and she found herself not wanting to when it came to Danny.
