It was a seemingly normal day for Amy, she woke up in the morning, her alarm going off next to her bed. She had some time before she needed to get going, so she decided to go about things slowly, well that and her being groggy from just waking up. Her mother was currently preparing breakfast so Amy took the opportunity for a shower.
She stepped into the tub and turned the valve on the device. It was her recent purchase from Fontaine, after first experiencing what a hot shower was like Amy decided to purchase one. Though it did cost a small fortune in mora and Mona had to come in and assist with the installation, Amy did not regret the purchase. With her recent influx of commissions, she did have some mora to spend.
Amy’s mom called her for breakfast just as she was brushing her teeth after the shower. After drying herself off and getting dressed in her casual clothes, Amy went into the dining room for breakfast. Her mother prepared two platters of pancakes, Amy’s plate had a tall glass of milk on the side.
“Mom, can I have a second glass of milk?” asked Amy
“Finish your first glass and I’ll pour you another dear.” replied her mother before sitting down at the table “Your father’s out of town for business today, he’ll be back home tonight. So what are your plans for today Amy?”
“Oh I’m gonna meet with Bennett for today’s commission, there’s some strange things going on near mondstadt and the adventurer’s guild is having us check it out. It’s nothing serious, if it was I would’ve done it yesterday when they told me.”
“The last time you said that you ran into the Sixth Fatui Harbinger, I hope you aren’t underestimating this dear.”
“Mom, I’m not, besides that Harbinger came out of nowhere. I couldn’t anticipate that weird Inazuman boy with the big hat if I could.”
“Well, just come back safe Amy.” At this point Amy’s mom noticed that she finished her milk and got up to pour her another glass “Oh yeah, I’ve noticed you've been asking for more milk recently, any reason why?”
“Oh...honestly, I’ve been getting really worried about my body shape lately. I feel like I’m at that age now.”
“Dear, you don’t need to worry about what other people think about you. Your friends and family love you for what you are.”
“It's not about what other people think mom, it’s just something I’ve been thinking about myself.”
“Even then, dear, it's not worth worrying about, those sorts of things are out of your control. Not use fretting so much over something you can’t do anything about”
Some time after their conversation, Amy finished her pancakes. Just before she got up and went back to her room, she took out a small pill and swallowed it, washing it down with the last of her milk.
In her room, Amy went to her closest and retrieved the dress she uses as Fischl. It took several minutes for her to get ready. When she was done, she summoned Oz with the power of her vision. She is now Fischl, the Prinzessin der Verurteilung. Fischl grabbed her bow and set off towards the meeting place she agreed upon with Bennett.
