"Saving People, Hunting things, the family business".
"Protect your brother Dean, Protect Sammy".
These two statements were all Dean heard since he was a little boy. Sometimes Dean hated his life. He hated always putting everyone's needs before his own. Never having a home, never being able to be happy, always having to stay at the cheapest motel, having to sometimes go hungry so that Sam would have something to end and never being able to just sit back and relax.
After making the deal with the demon for Sam's life and only getting a year to live, Dean decided to finally live his life and try to find some happiness and to finally find something to call his own before his time was up. When he thinks about it everything he owns was never his to begin with. The impala, the jacket he wears and the journal was his dad's. The credit cards he uses are in someone else's name. Even protecting Sammy which was supposed to be their father's job was thrust upon him. He was more of a father to Sam than his brother, and even though he doesn't regret having to always look out for Sam, he misses not being able to have a normal childhood. For the first time in his life he wanted to see what it was like at being a regular guy for the year he had left.
When he told Sam about it, they got into a huge argument. "What the hell Dean, you want to give up hunting, to do what?, be normal?" Sam said.
"No Sam, I'm not giving up hunting, I'm just taking a little break, Dean said. "So what your saying is that you want to abandon all the people who needs us, so that you can try your hand at an apple pie life," Sam yelled at him.
Dean looked down, he was getting sick and tired of Sam's attitude. Why couldn't he be selfish for once in his life?. He always was the perfect soldier for his Dad, the protector, provided and best big brother for Sam and a great hunter for everyone else who needed him. Why did he always have to put everybody else's needs before his?. Why couldn't he get the same opportunity that Sam had gotten when he left for Stanford?.
When Dean finally did look up to meet Sam's eyes he saw a look in his eyes that their dad used to give them. It was a look of disappointment, sadness and a little bit of hatred. Dean didn't know what to do but he was tired. Tired of the arguing and tired of everything. He just wanted a little bit of happiness that was not found at the bottom of a bottle. When he finally answered Sam that is exactly what he told him. But Sam didn't want to hear that, he was too pissed off to listen. So Dean knowing that it would be a waste of time to talk to Sam right now took the keys to the impala and the motel room and walked out the door. He hoped that when he came back that Sam would be in a better mood.
He got into the impala and drove to the local station, because even though him and Sam were fighting, they still had a job to do, and a werewolf to find.
Getting out of the impala he headed into the station. After talking to the receptionist he was led to the person in charge. After knocking on the door he heard a "come in" from inside of the office and then he entered. When he was in front of the sergeant in charge he introduce himself while showing him his badge "Good morning I am FBI agent Clint Renner" Dean said. The sergeant introduce himself as Jeremy Barton. "What can the Chicago PD do for the FBI?" the sergeant inquired. After asking for all the information about the five victims that the werewolf had already killed and getting the files. Dean headed back to the impala. Checking the time on his phone he realized that two hours had pass. Not wanting to head back to motel room as yet, he headed to the park instead. He found an empty bench and began to read through the files to see if there was any connection between each victim, so that he could find out who the werewolf was.
After finding the connection he checked the time and saw that it was already half past one in the afternoon. He finally decided to head back to the motel. On the way to the motel he headed to a diner and bought food for him and Sam. When he arrived back at the motel he open the door and headed inside. As soon he shut the door behind him Sam was already talking. "Dean can we talk?, "look man I'm sorry for being an a** earlier" Sam said "I had no right to judge you for wanting to have a little bit of a normal life" he continued. Dean headed over to the little table and handed Sam his food. They sat down and started eating. After taking a few bites of his burger, Dean finally answered "Sam its ok, I'm glad that you are not still angry with me". "I am not giving up hunting, I'm just taking a little break from it. You know all the driving around we do and I have never been to the Grand Canyon", Dean told him. Sam asked him what he wanted to do then and Dean said that he saw a house in the papers for sale in South Dakota and he wanted to buy it and maybe open up a garage. He would still do the ocassional hunts if someone needed him but he would not be doing it everyday of his life anymore. He didn't want to become obsess like how their father was. Sam asked him if the house was close to uncle Bobby's and Dean said yes. When they were finish eating Dean told him what he had found out about the case and who he suspected was the werewolf. After Sam went over the information he realized that Dean was right. The only thing that the five victims had in common was their doctor. Doctor Murray. After making sure that all their weapons were in top order, they grabbed their duffle bags and headed for the impala. Finding the doctor was easy. Getting rid of him was the hard part. Everytime they tried to shoot him he would move, so they came up with a plan. Sam would distract the doctor by letting him focus on him and Dean would take the shot. It worked like a charm. The doctor was so focus on attacking Sam when he charged at him that he didnt see that Dean was waiting for the right time to take the shot. The bullet pierced the doctor's heart and the werewolf was finally dead. Hearing sirens in the background, Dean and Sam decided to get the hell out of dodge.
Having finally solve the case they left Chicago and headed to South Dakota. After hours of driving and finally reaching thier destination Dean pulled over in front of the house he saw in the papers that was for sale. Getting out of the impala Dean walked up to the house and knocked on the door. After a while the door was opened by an elderly man. After introducing himself to the man whose name was Michael Dinozzo. Dean asked him about the house. Michael was more than happy to talk to him and show him around the property. When Dean was finish exploring the house he fell in love with it even more and wanted it. When he told Michael that he was ready to buy it, Michael went his room to retrieve the papers .He handed to Dean to read through and sign when he was done. After signing all the necessary papers Michael told him that by the end of the week that he would be able to move in. Michael also told that he was selling the house because his wife died a few weeks from old age at the ripe age of eighty two and he was moving to Hawaii to be closer to his family. Dean left the house after shaking Michael's hand and getting thea copy of the house papers. He headed to the impala where Sam was waiting in the passenger seat. He got into the driver's seat and sat there looking at the papers that he had just signed and smiled when he saw his name on as the new owner of the house. He finally had something that was his and he was so happy that he couldn't wait for the end of the week. He was already making plans in his head for when he could finally move in. When he was done reading Dean handed the papers to Sam who couldn't help but smile when he looked at how happy his brother was. He started the car and put on his music as loud as it could go because he was finally happy. He jus new that this first step was the start to finding his happiness. They headed to Bobby's house which was three house down the road.
That was how Dean Winchester became the proud owner of his very first house.

Don't know if to continue or end it right here. I have some ideas. So we'll see what happens in the future.
