“I’m happy to help! Just let me know if you need anything else in the future.” With that as his last words, Thoma finally walked away from the last duty of the morning, a mix bag of work from the Yashiro commission and those who asked personally for help. Even so, still more chores waited for him back at the estate. Thoma breathed out a content sigh. There was a moment of rest before he needed to do anything else. The perfect opportunity to look into a new item. A new drink would be great for not only him, but even Ayaka and Ayato would enjoy the small treat. It had been on his mind all day, now was the time for him to finally get his hands on it.
Walking over to the stall, Thoma greeted the barista. She returned the greeting before asking what he would want to order. “Unfortunately, I have to apologize if you wanted our new green apple tea. It seems it was more popular than expected.” She instead said.
“Oh, I see.” To say Thoma was disappointed was an understatement. One of the times he had passed the shop he did see a large line of people waiting, but he still thought there’d be at least enough for three more drinks when he could finally get them.
The worker tried her best to reassure Thoma. “The next shipment I get I’ll make sure to leave enough for your drink.”
“I’ll be looking forward to it then!” Even with the knowledge that he’d have one later, he still started his walk back to the Kamisato estate with some sadness.

Soon Thoma would start the chores he had saved for the evening. If Ayaka or Ayato were there, he would speak to them for a moment and if not he would just start up his tasks immediately. Cleaning up some of the estate and cooking dinner would be his main priority.
Entering the estate, he was met with Ayaka and Ayato as well as the traveler and Paimon. “What a surprise! Hello traveler and Paimon!” The four turned their attention to Thoma, waving and greeting him back.
“Thoma! We brought you something!” Paimon was the one to shout it first as the traveler nodded their head and held out a drink. The same drink that both the Kamisato siblings held in their hands.
“The traveler and Paimon brought us these drinks. They were going to leave yours with us but now you get to enjoy it with us.” Ayaka didn’t have to say more past that. Thoma happily took the boba drink in his hands. Finally, after a long day he could enjoy the refreshment along with his friends.
“Thank you so much!” Without more words, he took his first sip, savoring the flavors the drink offered. He could see how it got so popular the more he drank, realizing how disappointed he really would have been if he hadn’t gotten the opportunity. Now he could Complete the rest of his chores with a smile on his face.
