It is the night of October 31st. The night every little kid and even some teenagers have been waiting for all year. A night to dress up. A night to pretend. A night to get some free candy and have the most fun anyone has had ever. And that is no different for the Legendary Warriors of Pretty Cure as each team seems to have their own way to celebrate the holiday.
“Nagisa, common! Hikari is waiting!” Honoka cries from the top of the stairs near the Takocafe. As she does Nagisa finally makes it to the top step, the girl obviously looking to be in discomfort in her outfit. “Not my fault..that I dressed like a Werewolf..when it’s so hot tonight.” Nagisa says while breathing heavily as Honoka giggles. “I thought you wanted to dress like that because of what Kiriya told you about Fujipi wearing that same costume.” Honoka says knowingly as Nagisa blushes.
“Argg shut up.” Nagisa says blushing as the two walk to the cafe. “Anyway, why are you dressed as a nurse though? I mean I choose my outfit to match Fujipi but yours doesn’t match Kiriya’s at all.” Nagisa says as Honoka nods in her pink nurse outfit. “True it doesn’t but I have been listening to Karen and the other blue colored cures talk about their own desire to be nurses and doctors so I thought why not try to dress as one for myself.” Honoka says.
“Oh right I forget how many of them wanna be doctors. I wonder if it’s a requirement to be a blue colored cure.” Nagisa comments. “Considering Erika and Hime, I would doubt that statement.” Honoka says as Nagisa nods, giggling at the idea of Erika or Hime as a doctor or nurse and the horrors it would create. “Oh hey Nagisa and Honoka!” The two heard as they saw Akane in her normal clothes as she whips down the tables. “Hey Akane! Where’s Hikari, Hikaru and Kiriya?” Nagisa questions. “We closed a little while ago and I told them they could go off to get dressed for tonight while I do the clean up.” She says as Nagisa nods. “So what will you be doing tonight while Hikari and Hikaru are out trick or treating?” Honoka questions.
“Well I honestly wanna just relax at home and watch the new horror movie that came out recently.” She says as Nagisa shakes her head. “I don’t know how you watch those movies. They are way too scary for me.” Nagisa admits. “It’s all part of growing up..anyway I just noticed you seemed to be sweating a lot. Want some fresh water to cool you down a little?” Akane questions as Nagisa nods. “Yes please, I am so warm, especially climbing those stairs nearby.” Nagisa says as Akane smiles. “Okay one glass of water coming right up. How about you Honoka? Do you want anything?” Akane questions.
“No thank you.” Honoka says with a shake of the head as Akane nods and enters into the kitchen as the two girls sit down. As they do though they hear footsteps and see a boy close to their age walking towards them. He wore a classic vampire costume which coupled with his green hair made him look otherworldly which he actually was but no one else needed to know that. “Hey Kiriya!” Nagisa yells as the boy notices and moves to them. “Hello Nagisa.” He says as he gives her a smile. “And hey Honoka.” He says as the girl stands up. “My my you do look rather dashing in that outfit Kiriya.” Honoka says flirtingly as Kiriya blushes.
“Than..thank you Honoka. You look really nice in your outfit too.” He says as Honoka giggles. “Although Nagisa, aren't you a little warm in that outfit?” Kiriya comments as Nagisa sighs. “Yes but don’t worry Akane is about to give me some cold water so I should be fine.” She says as the woman soon appears and does so, giving her the water as she turns her attention to behind them. “Awe look at those two.” Akane says as the trio looks to see two people walking to them. One was a young boy dressed in a blue knight outfit coupled with a plastic sword as he held the hand of and pulled a girl with blonde hair to them. The girl looked a little older than the boy and was wearing a yellow and pink dress with a crown on her head.
“Nagisa Oneechan! Honoka Oneechan! Kiriya Oneechan!” The boy said as he rushed the two over to meet the trio as he smiled at them. “Aww Hikaru you look great in your outfit!” Nagisa and Honoka said happily as the boy blushed a little as Kiriya ruffled his hair. “Are you ready to protect your sister tonight?” Kiriya questions as the boy nods. “Of course! I won’t let anyone hurt Hikari Oneechan!” He says taking out his sword and moving around with it protectively as Hikari giggles. “Thank you for that Hikaru.” Hikari says sweetly. “Speaking of outfits though Hikari, you look beautiful in your outfit.” Honoka comments as Hikari looks up and blushes at the compliment. “Thank you Honoka. It was Nao and Mui’s idea mostly since they are also dressing up as princesses.” She says. “Huh never thought Nao would dress up as a princess.” Nagisa says.
“Hey don’t say that Nagisa just cause you won’t doesn’t mean your kouhi won’t. Even if you would look very beautiful as one yourself.” Honoka says as Nagisa gets flustered. “Honoka!” Nagisa complains. “Anyway you two we should be heading for the party at Fujimura Sempi’s house.” Kiriya says as the two girls nod. “Okay then bye Hikari and Hikaru! Have fun Trick or Treating!” Nagisa says as the two nod and wave as the trio goes off for their own night of fun.
“Good afternoon!” Mai calls as she enters the Panpaka Pan bakery. The girl is dressed in a cute gray explorer outfit coupled with a gray hat and a pair of binoculars around her neck. As she entered she was greeted by the sight of Saki’s parents huddled around her. “Mom! Dad! I have it, you don’t have to adjust the costume!” Saki says as Mai sees her in a patisserie uniform similar to Kirakira Pretty Cures. As Saki sees Mai she perks up and moves to her. “Hey Mai! You look great in your outfit.” Saki says happily as Mai nods.
“Same to you although I am surprised you went with that outfit and not a baker's uniform.” Mai says. “Well I mean I am always a baker Mai so why not try something new! Besides Erika helped me to get a copy of the Kirakira Patisserie uniforms so I could help but say yes when she offered.” Saki said happily. “That’s great. Anyway, where are Michiru San and Kaoru San?” Mai questions as Saki points to the stairways. “They are getting changed along with Minori. Apparently Minori and Kaoru are wearing some kinda matching outfits.” Saki says as Mai nods as they hear movement on said stairs as Michiru walks down as the two look at her happily. She wears a long white wig with a faded blue dress and her already pale skin looking whiter thanks to makeup.
“Hey you guys. What do you think of my costume?” Michiru questions as Saki jumps up with joy. “It looks so cute on you! You make an adorable ghost Michiru!” Saki says as Mai giggles at her friend's actions but nods. “I agree you look super cute, Michiru San.” Mai says as Michiru smiles but blushes a little at the attention. “Oh Mai Oneechan is here! Yay now common Kaoru Oneechan let’s show off our costumes!” The girls heard as two girls walked down the steps. One was a short girl wearing a red witch outfit with her brown hair poking out of the hat and a matching red and pink wand. The other was an older girl wearing a gray and white dress with her long blue hair flowing from her back and a crown on her head. She also carried a vale in her hands probably for the costume. As they appear Mai and the others smile at them happily. “Wow Kaoru San and Minori Chan! You two look very cute, are you both witches?” Mai questions. “Yep I am a witch apprentice while Kaoru Oneechan is a witch queen!” Minori says as Kaoru blushes. “Aww Kaoru you look great!” Saki says as Kaoru nods. “Thank you, it’s just a little more dressy than I am used to. But I should be fine. Are you ready to go?” Kaoru questions as the girls all nod. “Bye Bye kids, have a fun time trick or treating!” Saki’s Parents said as the girls all waved to them.
As Coco entered Nuts House during this night he soon saw two people at the front. “Oh good evening, are you going off to your concert Urara?” Coco asked as Urara nodded. “Yep! I am going now to try and get some practice done since it’s still early.” Urara says happily. “Well I am sure all will go well.” Coco says as Urara smiles. “Thank you Coco! I just hope that my training to sing in this outfit will pay off!” Urara says as she twirls in her fairy costume as Coco nods. “It should.” He says as Syrup walks to them. “And I am helping her get there and then I will be watching her at the concert.” He says as he approaches in a mail person uniform.
“And I thank you for that.” Urara says cutely as Syrup nods but blushes a little as Coco chuckles as the two leave. As they do Coco hears someone walking down the stairs. “Oh Coco there you are.” Nuts says as he and Komachi enter the downstairs area, both already dressed up. “Ah I see you two are already dressed for your bit tonight.” He says as Nuts sighs as Komachi smiles. The two are dressed in magician and witch uniforms respectively as Komachi giggles. “I think tonight will go off well with our costumes and roles for the kids but are you ready for it Coco?” Komachi questions. “Yep I got the costume right here although it was a lot to carry.” He says showing a bag full of parts to a knight costume. “And I thank you for dressing as our knight while we dress to entertain the kids. I am so excited for tonight’s story time! I wrote it myself.” Komachi says as Coco nods. “How was the story Nuts?” Coco questions as his friend gives a slight smirk.
“It was charming and age appropriate for them. They should enjoy it.” He says as Coco nods. “Sounds great. Anyway I got to get changed soon so we can be ready. Me and Komachi were just going over the story she wants to tell while the kids come.” Nuts says as Coco nods to the two and leaves to the other room to get changed. As he does, Nuts sighs as Komachi smiles. “Aw Nuts don’t be so down. I think you look great in your outfit.” Komachi says as Nuts nods but blushes a little.
“Ahh where are Setsuna and the others!” Love yells annoyed as Miki sighs. “Love common you know they will be here soon. It’s probably just hard to gather that many people to teleport her and the others here.” Miki says as Inori nods. “Fine..but I just wanna see my girlfriend.” Love says as she bites into an orange and black frosted donut. As she does so the group sees a flash of red as suddenly the area they sat at had more people than previous. Most were children in a variety of costumes as three teens stood out among them. “Setsuna!” Love cheers as she rushes over to the girl and kisses her on the lips and hugs her much to her shock and soon embarrassment.
“Love!” Setsuna yells as she blushes profusely as the voices of oohs and awws are heard from the children as well as the small specks of laughter she could hear coming from the two other teens. “Gooday everyone. Thank you again for letting us visit tonight with the children.” Shun says as the others walk towards him. “Hello Shun and no problem. I mean it would be wrong to not let your children from Labyrinth experience Halloween.” Miki says as she looks at his outfit. “Oh by the way you look rather dashing in that vampire outfit.” Miki says as Shun blushes. “I would much rather have gone with my first choice but I do admit I look fine in this outfit. Minus these annoying accessories.” Shun says pointing to the fake fangs he put in as Miki giggled.
“Hey common Shun no one was gonna like you dressing up as some boring Librarian. Now you look a little more halloweenish!” Hayato says as Inori giggles. “I agree with Hayato and I also love your wrestler outfit Hayato.” She says as the taller man blushes. “Thanks Inori! I made it myself! I’ve become kinda addicted to it ever since Setsuna shared her tv codes to let me watch some shows from your world.” He says as Inori smiles. “That’s great. What do you think of our costumes though?” Inori questions as Hayato smiles. “They look great! You guys are all dressed as Trinity right! Although I forget the name of who you are dressed as.” Hayato says while scratching the back of his neck.
“No problem at all Hayato. It’s Reika San. Since she has short hair like me I thought it would be good to dress as her for Halloween. While Miki dressed as Nana San since she has long hair and well, Love dressed as Miyuki San for obvious reasons.” Inori says as Hayato nods as the two look at the couple continuing to bicker. “Just don’t do that again and especially in front of the children Love.” Setsuna says as Love pouts but nods. “Okay Setsy. Anyway I love your Halloween costume! It’s so cute!” Love says as Setsuna blushes a little. The girl wore a black and red styled witch outfit along with a pointy hat but the girl was a little shy about it especially with Love’s enthusiasm. “Well I saw this was a common outfit in your world so I decided to make my own.” Setsuna says as Love smiles. “Umm Cure Peach San.” The two heard as they saw a familiar sight. It was a girl with short pink hair along with a girl with short blonde hair. Both wore familiar outfits as the pink haired girl wore a Cure Peach styled outfit, and the blonde haired girl wore a Cure Passion Styled outfit.
“Oh wow it’s you again how are you! And you, you're the girl who Tart and Azukina were with.” Love said as Setsuna smiled. “Yep, Love these two are some of the first kids who wanted to do this Halloween on Earth Event. Their parents were even in favor of it.” She says as both approach. “Sorry I didn’t tell you my name before but I am Azurai!” The pink haired girl said happily. “And I am Niori!” The blonde haired girl said equally as happily as Love smiles. “Awe, it's great to finally know your names! But if you wanna call me something just call me Love okay, since I am not in my Cure Peach form. Also, are you dressed up as us?” Love questions as the two nod. “Yep! See I thought you looked so beautiful as Cure Peach so I thought I would dress up as you Love San.” Azurai says.
“And I loved Setsuna Sans's outfit as Cure Passion so I thought I'd dress up as her!” Niori says happily as Love smiles. “Awe I am glad you guys dressed up as us cause you look so cute!” Love says. “You really think so even though our hair is unchanged.” They questioned. “Of course!” Love says cheerfully as they shout hooray. “The unfortunate part with helping them with their costumes was that wig making isn’t very common so they went with their normal hair but I think they pulled it off.” Setsuna says as Love perks up. “Oh hey! I have an idea! Why don’t you come with me and I can see if my dad has any spare wigs! He had to make a lot based on our cure forms so he should have some you guys can use!” Love says as the two girls look at her and then at Setsuna who nods as they smile and jump and down. “Okay Love you can take these two and meet us at the beginning of the route. Now then I have to get the others in order.” Setsuna says as Love nods as she and the two girls walk off with her as a fun night was about to unfurl for these girls and other children from Labyrinth.
“Hello President!” A group of students shouted as they walked in line with one another as a girl with shoulder length brown hair waved to them and wrote down who she saw in the sign up category. As she did, a person approached her. “President, everything seems to be in order for the movie night!” One of the student council announced while playing with the glasses as Itsuki nodded happily. “Understood thank you.” She says as they leave. Soon though she heard a familiar voice as she turned to see two of the older high school girls approaching her. One looks happy while the other has a neutral but also slightly flustered expression. “Ahh Yuri and Momoka San! How are you today?” Itsuki questions as the first girl smiles.
“I am good today Itsuki! I love your costume.” Mamoka says as Itsuki blushes. “Thank you..I kinda always wanted to wear a cute princess dress like this and Erika really wanted me to so she helped me with. I’m glad you think it looks good. What do you think?” She questions as she twirls in her yellow dress as Mamoka claps with joy. “I think it’s amazing. You look so beautiful!” She cheers as Itsuki blushes but smiles. “Thank you Mamoka San. I love your outfit as well. Although I can’t believe you based it on Yuri’s Cure Moonlight form.” Itsuki says as Mamoka smiles and poses with her outfit which looks like a blue version of Cure Moonlight’s outfit.
“Neither can I but after Erika and Yuri explained everything to me after your final battle I have just been so in love with how Yuri looks in this form. I think I pulled it off well, don't you think Yuri?” Mamoka says winking as Yuri blushes. “Well you do look nice but you shouldn’t be so open about knowing our identities..” Yuri says as Mamoka sighs but gives an understanding smile. “I guess you're right, sorry.” Mamoka says as Itsuki smiles. “It’s okay. Anyway, Yuri, who are you dressed as exactly?” Itsuki questions as Yuri only had a white lab coat on. “Oh well I am not one for dressing up on Halloween but since Mamoka wanted to go here tonight I just dressed up as a botanist like Kouroko San.” Yuri says as Itsuki nods. “Oh I gotcha, that makes sense. Well, enjoy tonight too.” Itsuki says as Yuri nods. “Same to you.” Yuri says, walking in as Mamoka stands with Itsuki. “I see she’s still kinda shy about the whole dating thing.” Itsuki says as Mamoka sighs. “Honestly I don’t blame her. I am the first person she has started to date. So she isn’t used to it but I am sure in time she’ll get used to it. Just like with everything else going on with her.” Mamoka says as she frowns a little as Itsuki smiles. “Don’t worry about that. We're all trying to help make her path to healing easier and you're definitely doing your part.” Itsuki says as Mamoka smiles. “Thank you Itsuki anyway I better catch up with Yuri! Have a nice night! Mamoka says waving goodbye as she tries to catch up with her girlfriend as Itsuki smiles.
“Okay guys, ready to have fun!” Hibiki questions as Kanade and Ako nod as they exit out of the Lucky Spoon happily. Hibiki wore a nice looking cat costume similar to Ellen the year before. Kanade wore a princess costume like Ako from the year before. And finally Ako wore a pirate costume like Hibiki before. “Well I do say we look rather good this year.” Ako says as the girls nod. “The costume swap was a great idea, Hibiki.” Kanade says as Hibiki smiles. “Yeah definitely although I do think it’s weird you choose the princess costume first. Why is that?” Hibiki questions as Kanade blushes. “Umm no reason haha.” She says. “I believe if I remember what I was told from my grandfather, this year Ouji San will be performing in the band dressed as a prince. I don’t believe that had anything to do with it, right Kanade.” Ako says with a knowing look as Kanade blushes. “Ahh no that’s not true I just wanted to dress up and look cute is all.” Kanade blushes. “Hey speaking of the costume swap, where are Ellen and Hummy?” Hibiki questions as the two look around. “I am not too sure Ellen said she’d be out soon but I wonder what’s keeping her.” Kanade says as Ako nods. “Speaking of that, have you seen Pi Chan?” Ako questions as the girls once again looked around confused.
“Okay Siren remember everything will be okay. So are you ready?” Hummy asked as Ellen nodded. “I am Hummy. It’s just that I am a little worried. I don’t wanna embarrass myself again like I did at the festival this year.” Ellen says as Hummy nods. “Yeah you did freak out a lot but I am sure the others will make sure you're not scared.” Hummy says cheering her up as Ellen nods. “Your right and besides maybe dressing up as a witch like Kanade last year will help give me some confidence.” Ellen says as Hummy nods. “Yeah no one's gonna scare Ellen the Witch this year! So says, Hummy the Lion Cat!” Hummy cheers as she does a fake roar in her lion costume as Ellen giggles. “Thank you for that Hummy I really needed that.” Ellen says as the two start to walk out of the store when suddenly Ellen feels a presence behind her and when she turns she is greeted by a ghostly sheet.
“AHH! GHost..wait no that can’t be a ghost..it’s probably one of the Fairy Tones trying to scare me.” Ellen says as Hummy looks. “Umm it looks bigger than any of them besides they are back in Major Land with Crescendo Tone.” Hummy says worriedly. “So you mean to tell me that that is really a..” Ellen says as she turns as the creature flies closer to her as it makes a hissing noise. “AHHHHHHHH!!!” Both Ellen and Hummy freak out as they run out of the store as the ghost follows behind before stopping as the girls look at it while out of the corner of the room a boy appears in a ninja outfit as the ghost takes off its clock revealing a small circular bird. “Ha I knew we could get Ellen this year Pi.” Souta says as Pi chirps happily. “Souta! Pi Chan!” The two heard as Ako gave them a stern look. “What did I tell you about pranking Ellen!” Ako yells mad as both boys looked worried as Hibiki and Kanade went to check on their scaredy “cat” friend.
“Welcome to Marchinland’s Castle, Ayumi!” Miyuki cheers as the group arrives at the castle. “Oh wow it’s so pretty!” Ayumi says happily as the others in the group Akane and Nao nod. “Ah my friends, so you have come for the party.” The girls hear as a familiar orange fairy appears to greet them. “Hey Pop!” Miyuki says as the others say something to that effect. “Thanks again for inviting us to this party.” Nao says as Pop nods. “Of course. Candy wanted to invite you personally.” He says as soon as they hear a familiar voice as a yellow and white fairy appears and hugs Miyuki. “Miyuki save me!” Candy yells as Miyuki and the others go on high alert. “What happened Candy! Did someone attack the party?” Miyuki questions. “No, I just don’t wanna be standing up on stage all night!” Candy yells as the girls are confused before Pop elaborates. “Candy you must stay up on stage so that everyone can see their future ruler. This is all a part of your role as future queen.” Pop says as Candy pouts.
“Aww sorry Candy but maybe we talk at the front stage with you and keep you company?” Miyuki questions as Candy looks and nods. “Okay..” She says sadly as the group starts walking as they do Pop smiles at the group. “I must say girls, your costumes tonight look wonderful.” Pop says. “Thank you Pop! We all decided to go with a theme this year!” Miyuki says as Nao sighs. “One that you went with.” Nao says as she is annoyed at her all green outfit with green hat. “Hey don’t complain you get to be the heroic Peter Pan!” Miyuki says. “Well yeah but still I am a girl not a boy.” Nao says. “Hey I am dressed as a boy too.” Akane says as she shows off her Ruffio outfit as Nao sighs. “If you want we can trade outfits Nao. I wouldn’t mind not being Wendy.” Ayumi says as Miyuki frowns. “Awe but you make such a good Wendy, Ayumi since you're so pretty! And Nao you make a good Peter Pan cause you're so strong and cool!” Miyuki says as Ayumi blushes and Nao sighs. “Fine, fine whatever you say.” Nao says as the group giggles a little including Candy and Pop.
“Trick or Treat!” Two teens say as the owner of a house opens the door for them. “Aww you two look so cute in your costumes. I love your Nurse outfit Rikka San. You look just like your mother.” The older lady says as Rikka blushes a little. “And you, young man, look adorable as her assistant. I am sure once you grow up you will be able to be a good assistant with your big sister.” She says as she gives a little pinch to the boys Ira cheeks much to his annoyance but he accepts it anyway as she gives the two candy. Once she closes the door though, Rikka starts to giggle. “Oi knock it off!” Ira says annoyed. “Sorry it’s just funny cause that was the third house we’ve been to where you not only mistaken me as younger than me but also my brother.” Rikka says as Ira blushes. “Shut up okay. Trust me when I hit my growth spurt soon they will stop thinking I am a little kid.” Ira says as Rikka giggles.
“Sure sure whatever you say. To be honest I think you look good already without having to grow taller.” Rikka says as she messes with his hair causing the boy annoyance. “Must you be so loud Ira.” The two heard as three girls approached them, one being Makoto dressed as a witch while the others were Alice dressed in her martial arts gil while the girl who voiced her annoyance Aguri is dressed as a princess. “Well excuse me princess, for being mad when I am being mistaken for a kid despite being the same age as Rikka.” Ira says. “Well maybe you wouldn’t be if you were acting like a teen instead of a brat. Also if you actually were the normal height of the others.” She says. “Hey just cause I don’t grow taller and older because of a magic transformation doesn’t mean that you get to make fun of my height too!” Ira yells as Aguri and him get into a fight while the others just sigh at their childish behavior.
“Okay everyone ready for the trick or treaters?” Yukko, who was dressed as a beekeeper, asked her friends within the Blue Sky Embassy. “Yep Yuyu!” Megumi responds happily in her magician outfit she got from Hime. “Yeah!” Hime and Iona say as they are dressed up as a ninja and martial artist respectively. “It should be a lovely night.” Blue says with Mirage nodding as both were dressed in a familiar attire as Blue is dressed in his godly robes as Mirage is dressed in her old shrine maiden garb. “Yeah..” A voice says not nearly as enthused as the group looks at Seji in his cat costume. “Seji, why are you not as excited?” Megumi asked as Seji sighed. “Because I still don’t know why you had me dress up as a cat.” He says. “Well because if I am a magician then shouldn’t I have a familiar? And who better than you to dress up as that for me.” Megumi says as Seji sighs. “Megumi, have you seen anyone from Riko’s world with a familiar?” Seji questions as Megumi pasues. “Well Hime told me she did when she was there with Regina, June, Kay, and Emily.” Megumi said as Iona glared at Hime who was snickering. “Hime..” Iona says threateningly at Hime as she looked worried. “Umm yes Iona..” She says. “Did you lie to get Seji to dress up as a cat?” Iona questions as Hime looks worried as Iona glares at her as she sighs. “Okay I did. Megumi they don’t actually have familiars in the Magical World with Mirai and Riko. I made it up because I thought Seji dressing as a cat would be funny.” Hime says as Megumi looks shocked as Iona rolls her eyes. “Okay then Seji come with me I have a copy of Hime’s scans of the uniforms from the academy. I have a male one you can wear to match Megumi.” Iona says as Seji nods as Hime signs. “I thought it was funny.” Hime says as Yukko giggles slightly at her friend while Megumi, Mirage, and Blue sigh at the bluenettes actions.
“Common Towa Chi!” Kirara said as she and Towa ran to the entrance of the Halloween Party at Nobel Academy with the others. The brown haired girl was currently wearing a black outfit meant to represent a demon with a cute tail coming off her dress while Towa was dressed in a witch outfit with a red dress and witches hat. As they got to the entrance they were greeted by Haruka, and Yui who waved to them. “Good to see you're not late.” Yui says as Kirara smiles. “Yeah we almost were because Towa Chi kept trying to choose a good hat between black and red.” Kirara says as the fire princess blushes. “I am terribly sorry everyone.” Towa says as Haruaka smiles. “No need to worry Towa! Besides, I think your costume is worth the wait! You look so cute!” Haruka says as the fire princess blushes at the compliment. “Thank you Haruka. Your outfit is cute as well.” Towa says as Haruak giggles happily. “Yeah Haruharu I gotta admit your outfit is super cute. Can’t believe you made it by hand though.” Kirara says as Haruka smiles with pride. “Of course it’s the flower princess! I always wanted to make a costume for it and since last year I learned when making my dress for the party, I wanted to finally do it this year.” Haruka says as Yui giggles. “I think your outfits are way better than mine though. I just wore a normal Librarian outfit I found from the store.” Yui says as Haruka smiles. “Don’t worry Yui Chan! Your outfit is cute too!” Haruka says happily as Yui smiles at her friend. “Oh everyone you're here.” Minami says as she enters the party wearing a mermaid costume with a dress behind it. “Yep, so are you ready to have fun with the party?” Kirara questions as the group nods as they enter into the party.
“And the pumpkin begins to fly!” The announcer says as a variety of Magicians of all ages fly around on their brooms to try and capture the magical pumpkin to get a special reward that only a few knew of. “Cure Up Rapapa, Heart Lock!” A certain magician calls as she uses her magic to try and trap the pumpkin only for it to fly out of her trap. “Drat. But I will get you!” She says with determination as she continues to move after it regardless. Meanwhile, down below a man with red hair watches as he smirks at his girlfriend's attitude. “Good luck Solcière!” He cheers somewhat uncharacteristically for him as a trio of magicians watch. “Does Solcière Sensei know what the prize is?” June questions as her friends shake their heads. “I never told her, although given her eagerness we probably should have.” Kay says as Emily nods.
Yes it seems like everyone is getting ready for tonight but none more so importantly than the shop of Ciel Horikoshi in Strawberry Hills. The normally colorful bakery is now colored head to toe in an orange and black Halloween ascetic with giant pumpkins in front as inside it’s just as much of a party mode. Several girls were all across the building setting up different areas. “Okay common just a little more.” A girl with brown hair says as she stands on the top of the ladder before a pair of hands grab her decoration and reach higher than her to set it and tie it. As they did the girl looks and sees another girl. “There you go. Sorry I was worried you wouldn’t be able to reach without falling Homari.” Akira says as she smiles as the brown haired girl frowns. “Oh okay I guess you should probably do the decorating because you're so tall.” She says as Akira smiles. “Yeah. Why don’t you help with Aoi? I think she was asking for you before.” Akira says as Homari nods and runs off to Aoi. As she does a purple haired girl appears from the outside. “How’d the set up go, Yukari?” Akira questions as she finishes hanging up the side she was working on. “It went well.” She says as she gives Akira a smile. Meanwhile, in the kitchen the room is chock full of all kinds of sweets made for tonight as four people work on it. “Bibury, hand the bowl you were mixing.” Ciel says as the green haired woman nods as she gives it to her as another two grab food out of the oven.
“Looks good Ichika. Do you have any ideas of what kinda design they will have?” Rio questions as Ichika hums before smiling. “Oh I have a flash! Here let’s make them cats!” Ichika says as Rio nods as the two begin to decorate. As they do Ciel checks the clock. “We're making good time tonight. Although you all should get cleaned up soon before the others visit.” Ciel says as Ichika nods. “Yeah Ichika, Ciel, Bibury, I can handle the rest from here. We only have one bowl of cupcakes left to make anyway.” Rio says as Bibury sighs. “Yeah, get going to do your Cure thing.” She says as Ichika smiles and hugs Rio. “Thank you guys! I’ll come by later once we finish the contest!” Ichika says as Ciel nods as Rio smiles but blushes as the girl leaves. “Ugh, when are you guys gonna date already?” Bibury says annoyed as Rio grows. “I don’t like Ichika that way. Besides, she's that affectionate with everyone.” Rio says as Bibury rolls her eyes. “You don’t gotta be so moody just cause you don’t get to play that game.” Rio says as Bibury smirks.
“Yeah cause I totally want to dress up as another cure and have a contest based on how pretty the outfit I made is, and how good my impression is of the cure.” Bibury says sarcastically as Rio rolls his eyes but Ciel doesn't seem to notice the sarcasm. “Aww cheer up once we’re done we can start our costume dress up!” Ciel says as Bibury sighs as Rio chuckles. “Shut up!” She yells annoyed. “Sorry it’s just weird to think of you not wearing your black outfit and instead wearing Ciel’s colorful outfit.” Rio says as Bibury sighs. “Well it’s better than wearing one of those pink cure outfits. I wouldn’t be caught dead in a pink cure outfit.” She said as Rio nodded as Bibury wouldn't look right in one of those. “I think you will look adorable, Bibury.” Ciel says as Bibury sighs. “Oh wait!” Ciel says as the two look at her. “Ichika and the others forgot the cakes!” Ciel says as Rio sighs. “Doesn’t surprise me. Here let me take them to the others. It would take me too long.” Rio says as Ciel nods. Once he left Ciel and Bibury continued working till eventually they completed the prep work. “Okay then now that those are done let’s get to our costumes!” Ciel says happily as Bibury sighs but nods as the two head for their rooms.
As their friends finished up the last bit of Prep work for Halloween Night, the 6 girls all happily walked to their destination location. A small clearing in the center of the Strawberry Hills mountain. As they get there they see the set up looks great with hanging decorations and the spotlight of the Kiripati shining brightly on the mountain lighting it up. As they entered their shop they saw many people already there along with an adult man in a purple suit with white hair. As he sees them enter he smiles. “Hello girls. It’s good you finally showed up. The others were worried you got caught up with something.” Their dandy manager says as the girls smiled. “Sorry about that Chourou, we were trying to help Ciel’s shop get decorated and got kinda busy with the food.” Ichika says as he smiles. “It’s no problem but you should probably change into your costume so the contest can begin soon enough.” He says as the six girls nod and go off to the dressing rooms they added to the shop for this night. Soon though the six exited as they viewed each other's costumes.
“Wow Yukari, you did a great job with my outfit!” Ichika says happily as Yukari smirks in her Cure Whip outfit. “Why thank you Ichika. I studied your outfit quite closely to make it, so I would hope it looks good. What do you think about it, Akira?” Yukari questions as she looks at the team's red member. “I think it looks good. Kinda better than mine. I wasn’t sure how to get Erika’s Cure Marine outfit to look good on me.” She says honestly as the outfit did look odd given the taller frame she had as opposed to Erikas. “I think it looks nice on you Akira San. What do you guys think of my Cure Heart outfit?” Homari says with a shy smile as she faces the girls in the outfit of the Doki Doki leader. As they do, Aoi gives her a smile. “I think you look cute, Homari. You should get good points on the Pretty Category!” Aoi says with a thumbs up as Homari smiles but blushes a little. “Thank you Aoi san..I like your outfit as well.” Homari says kidly as Aoi blushes while giving a smile.
“Thanks I will admit I didn’t think I'd look good in Yayoi’s Cure Peace costume but I think I pulled it off. Although in terms of effort I gotta give it to you Ichika.” She says as the girls look at the girl who wore a rather new outfit. “Oh thanks guys but it’s not too special. Tanomi might not have been Cure Hope for a while but she did show me enough references to work with it.” She said happily. “I’d say, you look so cute Ichika!” They heard as Nozomi walked over to them with a great big smile on her face and Tanomi, Rin, and Kurumi also walked up to them. “I agree with Nozomi, you really did a good job with it.” Tanomi says as Ichika smiles. “Aww thanks everyone! I love your outfits too.” Ichika says happily as the girls all smile. Nozomi is wearing a cosplay of Kurumi’s Milky Rose form while she is wearing a cosplay of Nozomi’s Cure Dream form. Tanomi wears a cosplay of Reika’s Cure Beauty form and finally Rin wears a cosplay of Tsubomi’s Cure Blossom outfit. “Yeah it was a lot of work making these. Unlike some people who have actual future fashion designers helping them.” Rin says annoyed as the group looks to the two Heart Catch Pretty Cures. Tsubomi wears a cosplay of Akira’s Cure Chocolate form while Erika wears a cosplay of Homari’s Cure Custard form. Both look very well made as the two twirl around.
“Yeah but that’s why the design is only one of the two categories. The others look like they have a shot to win those equally.” Akira says as the group looks to see other cures like Yayoi in her admittedly decent attempt at making a Cure Macaron Outfit for her size as well as Reika’s better looking Cure Rouge Outfit which Rin smiles at. “It’s really anyone’s guess at who wins given everyone did so well.” Rin says as the others nod. Finally though the door opens revealing the last of the girls for the contest as Mana walks in with her cosplay of Aoi’s Cure Galette outfit along with a guest in the form of Regina. As they entered Aoi and Harmari walked to them. “Oh wow Mana, you look really good in my outfit.” Aoi compliments as Mana smiles. “Thank you Aoi!” Mana says happily as she then looks as Homari as she smiles.
“Wow you look so good in my Cure Heart Outfit Homari!” Mana says as Homari smiles. “Thank you Mana. I was a little worried it didn’t look great but I am glad to hear you say that.” She says. “But I did want to ask why Regina is here?” Aoi says as Regina gives her a nod. “Oh well I wanted to root for Mana during the contest and then go out with her down in Strawberry Hills to celebrate halloween. Also because I need to say hi to Bibury since I haven’t been able to talk to her much.” Regina says as the two girls nod. “Make sense. Right now she’s with Ciel and Rio with making the prep for her big halloween night. Once she’s done though I think they should be coming to watch.” Homari says as Regina nods. “Okay then I’ll wait here and cheer for Mana to win.” Regina says happily as she hugs Mana as she accepts as the duo smiles. “Okay I think that’s everyone for the contest except for Mirai and Riko.” Akira mentions as the girls start to wonder where the magicians are.
“Common Mirai!” Riko yells as the two magicians run up the hills of Strawberry Hills to get to Kiripati. As she yells her blonde hair friend is also running as well along with two others, Kotoha and Mofarun. “Sorry Riko, I was helping Kotoha. She keeps tripping on her mouse costume!” Mirai says as Kotoha sighs. “Sorry guys the tail is hard to keep out of the way when running.” Kotoha says as Riko sighs. “That’s fine, just move a little faster then. We will go on ahead!” Riko says as she and Mirai keep moving but a little slower paced. “Wasn’t that a little mean Riko?” Mirai questions as Riko sighs. “Sorry if it was harsh it’s just we gotta get there in time. I don’t wish to be late especially in front of our Kouhai’s…again.” Riko says as Mirai giggles a little before the purple haired magician gives her an annoyed look before the blonde laughs more as her friend sighs.
“Sorry it’s just funny seeing you as a Cure Miracle making that face.” Mirari says as Riko sighs. “Well it’s not too fun to see Cure Magical making your face when laughing either.” Riko says as Mirai smiles. “I guess so. Still it’s weird we got each other for our costumes. Guess the contest is in our favor.” Mirai says as Riko sighs as they continue walking. “Honestly it’s not that weird considering Nozomi and Kurumi had the same thing going on.” Riko says as Mirai nods as the two continue and eventually make their way to Kiripati. As they opened the doors though something was happening back with their two other friends that was gonna effect this night for sure.
Mofurun and Kotoha were walking up the hills now at a slower pace as Kotoha sighed. “Sorry I kept falling over Mofurun. Do you think Riko is mad at me?” Kotoha questions as Mofurun smiles at her. “No way! Riko isn’t very mad at you. I think she’s more worried, Mofu!” Mofurun says cheerfully as Kotoha smiles at her. “Thank you Mofurun!” Kotoha says as she hugs the bear. “Although why did you choose to wear the mouse costume, Mofu?” Mofurun questions as Kotoha giggles. “I remembered the costume I wore while in the Cinderella story and thought it would be fun to wear it again. Isn’t that why you are dressed as Cure Mofurun?” Kotoha questions as Mofurun smiles. “Of course! Although it sucks I wasn’t able to turn human to do it. I have been practicing though with the other fairies so some day I could again, Mofu!” Mofurun says as Kotoha smiles. “That’s right and hey maybe I can help!” Kotoha says as she places Mofurun on a stump. “Huh what are you gonna do, Mofu?” Mofurun questions as Kotoha smiles.
“Well I figured I could use magic to turn you human so your costume would be perfect!” She says as Mofurun smiles. “You think you can do it, Mofu?” Mofurun questions as Kotoha nods. “Okay here we go! Cure Up Rapapa! Make her costume real!” Kotoha says as she waves her wand around before it falls from her fingers due to her stepping on her tail. “Oh no!” Kotoha says as she flips and falls on her back as her wand comes down onto the ground as the entire mountain soon glows with a white aura before a flash goes off. Once it did, Mofurun opened her eyes only to see her field of view was much higher than before. “Kotoha? What happened?” Mofurun questions as she looks around before seeing her hands which now looked like normal human hands instead of her plush hands. “Huh? HUH?” Mofurun says as she looks around herself and sees she’s once again human and her outfit matches her new body perfectly. “Wow..you did it Kotoha!” Mofurun says happily as she looks around but can’t find her. “Kotoha? KOTOHA?!” Mofurun questions as she looks around as she soon sees something on the ground. “Hey, wait, that's Kotoha’s wand. But if it’s here, where'd she go?” Mofurun says as she grabs it. “Oh no I gotta find Mirai and Riko!” She says as she soon takes off as fast as her new legs could let her to the Kiripati. Unfortunately her desired target of Kotoha was actually there just not in the form she knew as a now small mouse with pink hair was on the ground dizzy from the fall.
Meanwhile inside the restaurant the wave of light hit just as Mirai and Riko entered. “Hello everyone! Sorry for our lateness!” Mirai yells worriedly as the girls look at the two new figures as they smile. “No problem at all Mirai! You're not late! We weren’t gonna start until you guys came, right Chourou?” A voice said affectionately to the dandy manager as he looked confused. “Tanomi San, when did you get over there?” He questions as Tanomi looks confused. “Yeah wait, why are you with Ichika, Erika, Yayoi, and Mana, Tanomi? You were right here just a minute ago.” Tsubomi says with a questioning look on her face. “Huh but I am right here. Although why are you right next to me Tsubomi San?” Reika comments as Tsubomi looks at her confused. “Tsubomi..wait what the heck why am I over there?” Tsubomi comments as she points to Rin who equally looks confused at Reika.
As they did so various girls were in different spots than before but as they looked around several noticed something odd. “Huh why am I seeing myself?!” Various girls yelled such as Tanomi to Ichika, Yukari to Yayoi, and so on and so forth as Mirai and Riko looked puzzled. “What’s going on with everyone?” Riko questions as Mirai sighs. “Honestly Mirai with them it’s pretty normal..” Mirai says before looking to the right and seeing Riko? “Huh why am I seeing myself?” Mirai questions as Riko looks and is shocked as well. “Huh, why do you look like me? Where’s Riko?” Riko questions as Mirai gasps. “Wait Mirai is that you?” She questions as Riko nods as she is clued into it. “Wait then your Riko?” Riko questions as Mirai sighed. “Oh no I know what happened. Everyone!” Mirai yelled to get their attention. “I am not Mirai just like I believe all of you are not who you look like. I have encountered this before.. it appears we have all switched bodies.” Mirai or more accurately Riko comments as everyone in the room looks shocked and confused as they look at each other pointing to various people who point at them.
Meanwhile in the same spot that Mofurun and Kotoha once were, a small mouse with pink hair wakes up as she looks around. “Huh why am I so sm..oh no am I a mouse?” Kotoha questions. “Mirai? Riko? MOFURUN!” She yelled but no replies came as she looked very worried as she began looking around in hopes of finding her friend.
