It was late in the evening on a random island. The sun was almost gone, and you could see stars in the sky.
The Straw hats went out to get supplies and that left the cook with the responsibility to watch their childish captain.
They were currently in a bar. Sanji occupied himself with two beautiful ladies, one on each side and Luffy was making friends with the cook and of cause eating the food he made for him.
That's when a young man walked over to him. He was eyeing him for a long time. Sanji kept an eye on Luffy, noticing the man's approach but deciding not to interfere.
He was beginning to talk to Luffy making small talk with him, making him laugh and soon after he ordered Luffy and himself a drink.
Another young man approached the two and began to talk to Luffy too. Making him unaware of the other man's action.
A little pill made its way from the strangers hand in Luffys drink without his and Sanji awareness.
To celebration of meeting so 'nice' strangers Luffy took a big sip out of his drink. Almost drinking it whole.
The strangers only laughed, taking a sip from their own drinks. Their plan had succeeded.
After some time, Luffys vision was getting strange. His body felt hot, and it was difficult to stay awake.
He only wanted to rip his clothes of himself and take a cold bath.
The air felt really dry, and he couldn't think right. Maybe Sanji could help he thought.
But before he could go to him, the two men were already by his sight, guiding him to the bars exit.
Meanwhile Sanji had an amazing conversation with one of the two women and the possibility to spend a lovely night with her was getting bigger and bigger, but that changed when Sanjis eyes wandered to the stool Luffy was once seated on.
Sanji sighted 'That idiot' he thought and excused himself from the two Lady's.
He began to look for him, but he didn't needed to look long than he saw the familiar straw hat leaving through the exit.
But he wasn't alone, he saw the two strangers, one of them one each site carrying the drugged boy through the door.
Rage and panic set in and Sanji couldn't control his legs anymore. Who were these men and what are they doing with his captain. He sprinted to the exit, pushing men and women on the way.
Sanji knew his captain was too oblivious and too trusting to notice any kind of danger but that is why he is there. To protect him from this kind of danger.
Those strangers could turn out to be enemies, after all Luffy has a high bounty on his head.
Sanji slammed the door wide open, his eyes scanning the area, searching the familiar straw hat.
That was when his ears picked up on something. He followed the noise that led to an alley near the bar.
The two strangers had an argument about who should go first, and his captain was leaned on a wall, fighting to keep his balance.
Sanji quickly puzzled the pieces with the picture he was seeing bevor him together and he became aware of what their intention really was.
Sanji felt disgusted. He couldn't believe that this sort of people was still walking around and now even wanting to try his captain.
In that moment Sanji felt so much rage and he began to act on instinct.
Beating those guys black and blue and probably breaking some bones but he didn't care.
Protecting the innocence of his captain was more important than two stray punks.
A noise got him back to his senses and he turned around to look where it came from.
His captain had collapsed to the ground, his eyes drowsy and he was panting for air.
Sanji kneeled down to his level and laid his hand on Luffy forehead, measuring his temperature.
His eyes began to widen, and he gritted his teeth. Luffy was practically burning.
'What have those filthy pigs done to you' Sanji thought. His hand caressing Luffys cheek before letting the boy go.
He checked Luffy for any injuries before walking to one of the now in blood and bruises covered strangers and picking him up by his collar.
"What have you done to him" Sanji shouted him dangerously in the face.
The stranger winced before answering:
"We-we only wanted to have a little fun. We-we didn't know that he was already in relationship." The stranger wailed.
Sanji tightens his grip on the collar.
"That wasn't my question! What did you do" Sanji yelled, he had to be careful not to kill this man right then and there.
"We-we gave him a drug to make him feel needy and to set the mood. But-but I swear it wasn't my idea" The stranger wailed.
Sanji gritted his teeth.
'Disgusting' Sanji thought.
"When does it wear off" Sanji asked still with anger in his voice.
"Probably in two days but it's going to be painful unless..." The stranger whispered.
"Unless what" Sanji shouted serious.
"Unless you know.... when he comes" the stranger gulped.
Sanji clenched his teeth together, now he really had to be careful not to kill this man. He just wanted to punch a wall.
How could that happen, two hours everything was alright. Luffy was happily eating his food and chatting with some people and he had two gorgeous women by his site.
But now... Now Luffy had to endure a lot of pain or......
The stranger noticed the dark aura coming from Sanji.
"Please I'm sorry we promise we will never do something like this again... just let us live" The stranger begged.
Sanji let go of him and walked over to Luffy.
"Thank you, thank you so much" The stranger bowed before he limped to his unconscious friend to pick him up by his site and to leave.
Sanji kneeled down to Luffy again. He noticed that the boy was quivering.
"How are you feeling captain" Sanji asked concern and took off his jacket to cover Luffy with it.
The freezing boy opened his eyes to look up at him.
"Sanji..." Luffy whispered and closed his eyes again.
Sanji sighed. This was not a place to rest, and the ship was too far away. 'Maybe we could spend a night in a hotel.' Sanji thought.
"Now captain, we should get you somewhere warm" Sanji said and picked Luffy bride style up.
Once they arrived in their rented room, Sanji laid Luffy on the bed. Luffy, who was now burning up again, began to sweat and pant really hard.
Sanji seated himself besides him.
"What should we do now" Sanji asked and looked up at the ceiling.
He knew he wasn't getting an answer, but it still frustrated him. What should he do? Should he leave Luffy alone and get Chopper? But what if somethings happens to Luffy while he's gone?
A weak grip on his shirt bought him back to reality and he turned around to see Luffy, looking with helpless and lustful eyes up at him.
"It... hurts" Luffy whined quietly.
He was now laying on his side, his eyes half opened and looked like he was about to cry, his cheeks tainted with a dark red blush, his hair was sticking to his skin because of the sweat and his lips were quivering too.
Seeing Luffy so weak, so helpless, so lustful felt so illegal so wrong but at the same time so right. It did something to Sanji, he could feel it in his heart.
A little blush began to spread on Sanjis cheeks, but he quickly turned around, avoiding the danger of it spreading any further.
Sanji began to think. There was a way to help Luffy but this way would taint his innocence and Sanji wouldn't like being the one who took that from him.
Sanji could feel the weak grip on his shirt tighten.
"It hurts" Luffy cried out, tears were forming in his chocolate brown eyes.
Sanji turned around to look at him again. His heart couldn't take seeing that usual smiling and laughing face in such a desperate and pained expression.
Sanji bit his bottom lip. He could help Luffy but wouldn't that be taking advantage of him?
"Help...Sanji...It hurts" Luffy choked out.
But it would help him. Sanji closed his eyes and started to think again.
He could help him. The shitty pig said that he only has to...
Sanjis cheeks turned red.
'NO! I'm not going to have sex with Luffy' Sanji shook his head.
Suddenly an idea came to Sanji.

That was when Sanji's eyes wandered down Luffy's back until they were meet with Luffy's ass.
Sanji closed his eyes and turned around. A light blush on his cheeks.

Sanji realised that he doesn't need to search for his true love anymore cause he already found. He looked the boy under him in the eyes. So, Sanji broke his own words on not touching.

Luffys eyes widen for a short moment, but he started kissing back none the less.

"No, Luffy you should have done this with someone you love, with someone you would spent the rest of your life with and not with someone you see as a friend." Sanji said. He felt like a monster right now. Worse than the strangers in the bar. He took Luffys innocence and trust and tainted it for his own selfish reasons.
He looked Luffy in the eyes. He furrowed his eyebrows together and looked at Sanji questionably.
"But I want to spend the rest of my life with you" Luffy said serious.
"Luffy" Sanji said. He wanted to cup his cheek, but he felt like he didn't even deserve to be near him, so he didn't.
"Don't you understand there's a difference in how friends like each other and how lovers like each other."
"Huh-" Luffy said confused.
Sanji sighed. He really needed a cigarette right now.
"You know how I always been about Nami and Robin" Sanji asked.
Luffy nodded.
"Yeah, that's because I loved them. I wanted more than a friendship with them." Sanji tried to explain.
"But you're like this with every woman" Luffy said still not understanding the point.
Sanji sighed again. He really needed a cigarette.
"But that's because I wanted more than a friendship. You can be friends with a lot of people, but you can only fall in love with one person"
"But I'm in love with you" Luffy said serious.
"Then explain your feelings." Sanji said.
He knew this was going to hurt but he really wanted Luffy to understand that there was a difference and that he really should have done something like this with lover.
Luffy began to blush a little and he avoided eye contact.
"I really like spending time with you or to touch you and I think you're very pretty. You're different then Zoro or Ace and the others. I mean you don't feel like a brother or friend to me, you feel like something more.... Oh, and I like your food." Luffy mumbled and smiled at the last sentence.
If Sanji had a cigarette in his mouth, it would have probably fallen out. His mouth was hanging wide open, he couldn't believe what Luffy just said.
"But Luffy I did this to you without asking how could you-"
"You helped me Sanji and it felt really good!" Luffy yelled and pouted. He began to blush to.
Sanji now blushed too and looked the other way.
It was silence for a few seconds before Luffy asked:
"So, what do you think of me"
Sanji turned around and looked at him. Luffy was now looking down, but you could still see the blush on his cheeks.
"I did realize I love you too" Sanji said with a blush on his face.
Luffy began to look at him, his eyes are big and he has a wide smile on his face.
"So that means were partners now" Luffy asked excitedly.
Sanji chuckled at Luffys childish behaviour before saying:
"Yes that means were partners now"
"I'm so happy, I can't wait to tell Ace" Luffy said with stars in his eyes.
"Wait what-" Sanji tried to protest but was interrupted from a kiss on the lips.
"Good night Sanji" Luffy whispered before falling fast asleep on Sanjis side.
Sanji stared at him with a shocked expression before chuckling a little.
"Good night captain" Sanji said and kissed him on the forehead and pulled him closer.
The next morning Sanji was awakened from a poke to his cheek. He slowly opened his eyes to look who his annoying him so early in the morning only to be greeted by a bright smile.
"Sanji I'm hungry!" Luffy said with a closed eye smile.
Sanji began to laugh. Some things never change. He slowly made his way out of the bed, noticing that there still naked and covered in last night fluids.
Sanji saw how Luffy was about to jump out of bed, so he wanted to warn him. Even if he was made out of rubber losing your virginity can still leave his effects.
"Luffy wa-" Sanji yelled but it was too late.
Luffy landed on his legs and as soon as they hit the ground Luffy could feel pain in his back, and he fell to the ground. Sanji was immediately by his side.
Luffy looked up at him confused.
"Are you okay" Sanji asked concern.
" My legs won't go and my back hurts" Luffy pouted.
"Don't worry it will go away" Sanji said now looking at Luffys still naked and in marks covered body, having a small nosebleed because of it.
"But I'm rubber" Luffy mumbled and crossing his arms.
"Luffy" Sanji said with a blush on his face.
Luffy looked at him confused.
"You're leaking" Sanji said and pointed to his ass where Sanjis cum from last night was running down his legs.

He tried to get up, but his legs were wobbly and shaking.

They were currently going back to the ship. Sanji was carrying Luffy on his back and as they arrive, they were greeted by a worried crew.
"Where have you idiots been" Nami asked furious.
"We've been looking for you" Usopp said.
"Luffy are you okay" Chopper asked worried.
"Yeah, what happened to you? You look like an animal had attacked you" Nami asked with a raised brow.
"Actually, me and Sanji-" Luffy wanted to answer but was interrupted by Sanji.
"Who wants dinner" Sanji asked with a blush on his face.
"Me, me, me" Luffy yelled and both of them disappeared in the kitchen.
"Idiots" Nami sighed.
Nami looked at Robin who was smiling and chuckling at the scene.
"What is it" Nami asked.
"I think they both finally realized something" Robin said before following both in the kitchen.
Nami looked after her dumbfounded.
"What"
