Ash couldn’t say he ever hated Gary. He does dislike when the boy’s accomplishments would go to his head but Ash understood why Gary would act like that. Gary was awesome and he wanted everyone to know it. However, Ash wished that Gary would be more willing to hang out with him, knowing that he was only feeling lonely because they had confessed to each other just a few weeks ago.
However, once Gary realized what he had been missing, Ash found himself in the taller boy’s arms tightly, with Gary promising him that they would always stay together forever.
