Sunday, beautiful day outside, and Kei is locked down in the office of his home, working.
He blame Tetsurou for this, but you cannot be married with Tetsurou for years without some of his ideas to stick in him.
So yeah, he blames his husbands.
All the work Tetsurou puts in daily into making volleyball more accessible to the younger generation made him start thinking if something similar could be done with his work in the museum.
He always loved the museum when he was a child, so being able to share his love for his work with kids and awakening that love for it in them is something he wants to do.
So yeah, he definitely blames Tetsurou for this.
Here he is, on this beautiful Sunday day, working on something that is not even part of his work.
After a few hours he is a happy with his work, and decided to end for the day. He can still take another look tomorrow morning. While he stand up he starts wondering where his family is, he can't stop hearing the tv playing a few hours ago, or he didn't hear footsteps upstairs.
He leaves the office and that's when he heard it.
Mitsuki's laugh.
And it's coming from outside.
Without thinking, he grabs his camera on the way out, and goes outside, to the back patio where the noises are coming from.
The first thing he sees is Mitsuki, his daughter, sitting on the grass close to the edge of the pond laughing while Oni playfully splashes water her. It looks like he is splashing more water each time Mitsuki laughs.
Mitsuki and Tetsurou are really the only ones in the house that can truly keep up with Onigiri, the dog.
Then, he suppress a laugh when he sees Tetsuro. His husband is sleeping on the bench, on top of him, Dango is sleeping. It looks like they are sleeping on the same position
Tsukihiko is behind the bench, it looks like he is taking a picture of his dad and his cat.
Tsukihiko has a whole album of pictures of his cat in his phone. Hiko found Dango when he was a little kitten, and rescue, even since that day Hiko adore Dango, so even if is technically the cat of the family and everybody loves him, he is truly more Hiko's than the rest.
Now it looks like Hiko is doing on of his favorite things, taking a picture of Dango and his dad acting the same. He is probably sending the picture to his uncle, Bokuto, in this instant.
At seeing this whole scene playing out, Kei snap a quick picture of the whole scene.
He sees his family and he feels happy. He feels so much happiness that cannot put into words. It's a like warm soft feeling.
He is so lucky that he and Tetsurou found each other all those years ago. He is so lucky that they feel in love, feel in love so deeply that they just never stopped. And that love grows with each day, each month, each year they know each other.
He feels so lucky that they found the twins, their kids, as it was destiny.
And Oni and Dango, dog and cat. He cannot imagine their life without their pets.
They all found each other. All the pieces fitting together to make a family.
Serene.
He is looking at his family, at this wild scene that is so them, and he can help but smile feeling serene.
