It was no surprise as he was lying in bed, yes the greatest Racer Romeo Hopper was here thinking as he looked down at the bundle in the crib as his wife was once again out drinking with some friends since she was too “tired” for now. ‘
Bullshit’
He thought to himself as he got up once he heard his little flyer whimper in fear as he held her close looking at the little girl who looked just like him, soon another cry was heard as he sighed softly going into another room to reveal a young 1 year olds room but his wings were different, he has green wings and tan skin with green hair and amber eyes nothing like Romeo or Mariah’s. Just different. It wasn’t a mystery at all since he looked nothing like his father this child was the first of Mariah before he got married to such a woman and who did she deal with? That’s right the Slingers. A well known enemy to the Hoopers and it is something that Romeo will take offense to but for this child he’ll put it on hold as he sighed gently picking up the child in his other arm
“Looks like you both really don’t feel like sleeping today huh?”
He joked gently as in response the children babbled curiously as Romeo chuckled carrying them both to his room to rest for now since it was still naptime for them! He smiled softly as he sat on the bed holding the newborn close and the one year old on his side as he sang a gentle lullaby
*oh where the wind may blow don’t you fret
*be still my darlings everythings alright
*ride the winds, the waves, the sailing seas,
*and all the magic there is to offer
*sleep now my children
*time to rest your head
*be quiet now,
*as the clouds carry you to sleep*
He smiled softly as he watched his children fall asleep in comfort as the first words from Rip shocked Romeo but took it with pride
“Good nigh’ papa”
Romeo held in a cry of joy as he smiled at Rip and at his daughter who has yet to be named. He thought about it as he wanted this girl's life to be pleasant and sweet, not something where she has to watch this unstable family unfold but he took a deep breath as he looked at Rip and the baby and smiled thinking, she has a Destiny she must fulfill in her life she can only access.
‘Destiny?’
Romeo thought to himself and smiled softly, it fit perfectly with her, Destiny Crophopper it was perfect as he smiled at the baby
“my little Racer Destiny Crophopper”
he smiled at the fusion names of her and gently set the two children into their own rooms and beds and smiled going to sleep himself not even the shouts of his angry drunken wife could bug him as he knew that his two children would have amazing lives to have in the future.

Destiny woke up with a groan as she sat up from her old bed back at Propwash junction, she was there for the festival as she had to go as a famous racer there. She stretched a good one and started her day with the simple ruffling her wings a bit and putting on a messy bun. her jean shorts and hoodie were put on as she walked outside and smiled brightly at the sun and the smell of the plants around her and the fresh air but it wasn't the same ever since she lived in Piston Peak for her training, she did miss the mountain air but was happy to know in a few days she would be returning to her new home as she walked away to her usual dinning place to eat breakfast, but a familiar sound caught her ears as she heard the shouts of a few people she knew would be awake already
"LOOK OUT! LOOK OUT!"
"BREAKS BREAKS CABERON!"
"DIOS MIOS STOP!"
Destiny looked and was pulled out of the way just in time to see the smoke jumpers crash land as she sighed rolling her eyes and smiled lovingly at the person who saved her
"thanks Blade"
She smiled at the chief and her mentor and did she forget to say boyfriend? Blade Ranger as he nodded
"anytime love but next time for the love of god dodge or maybe even run away from all that please? I was worried"
he said gently as he held her hands gently as she nodded
"Don't worry i will"
She smiled at her boyfriend being worried and kissed his head gently
"now come on i'm starving and i need food"
she said happily and headed towards the diner but was suddenly stopped by Chug who was out of breath from running with Sparky a note in his hands
"Dusty Dusty! come check this out guess who this is from!"
He said worried as he handed her the letter, she gave a confused look and began to read with Blade who read behind her shoulder
*Dear Destiny,
Hey it's me Rip, it's been awhile since you visited the Motel but i wanted to say hello and see how you're doing but for now this is important you gotta see. So i visited my home for a few days with my grandma who convinced my parents to stay and i looked through the attic and guess what i found, my birth certificate but here's where it gets more shocking....my dad is my real dad but my mom isn't and guess who it really is-"
the birth certificate was attached to the note as she read it curiously in wonder where this was going and froze......The name was Mariah Crop, her mothers name.
"It's Mariah you're mother! I couldn't believe it and when i asked why this was around dad got furious explaining it was a mistake to sleep with your mom and this was before she met your dad! And i found photos of him and me with you when we were babies so you could tell where this is going....I'm your Brother, well half brother but you get the idea! i'm gonna be visiting soon to figure it out more and i would love a reply back to know where i should be going
your brother apparently, Rip"
Destiny and Blade could only stare as finally after the silence she managed a shout
"WHAT!?"
