Chapter Text
The first time they make out, they're side by side on a couch. The second time, Lúcio's pretty much trying to climb Genji like a tree — and then topple him like a tree and then maybe the tree metaphor sucks because Lúcio has definitely never crawled on top of and dry humped a tree. Anyway. It's not until the third time that he actually notices, and when he does it just. Falls out of his mouth.
"You're like freakishly heavy."
Genji pulls back to stare at him. It's cute. For a guy who aims for that expressionless thing, his eyebrows sure do a lot of work.
His mouth on the other hand doesn't really give much away. "I do have metal body parts."
"Right, I get that. And I have noticed the muscles — they're great, by the way — so even if you didn't you'd still be sort of... dense."
"Dense." Lúcio's not sure how someone (who isn't Cassidy) draws out a single-syllable word for so long, but Genji manages.
He doesn't sound mad, but Lúcio still tries to correct course. "Substantial?" One of those eyebrows twitches. "Solid." Genji still looks wholly unimpressed, which probably would scare most people, but Lúcio's only scared of not-getting-laid. "Stacked?"
It's Genji's mouth that twitches this time. "I suppose that's a recovery."
"Not a great one, though, huh?"
"No." Genji says it pretty firmly. Lúcio is certain he's about to get kicked out, and that seems fair, really. Except what Genji says next is, "You could make it up to me."
There's something about the smirk that sparks a little hope that Lúcio hasn't ruined the whole evening. "And what's that?"
"Put your mouth to better use."
Lúcio laughs and does just that, but he makes sure to get Genji under him first, because he really is, like, freakishly heavy.
