There should be a list of people's names in a system, and at random, their names are taken, and they have to do something like a community service and work as an actor or something.
No training for this.
They should just do their best.
An average joe is selected to be a hero? Welp, now they gotta be a hero until a new name is drawn.
What's this? They've been picked as the villain? I don't know what to tell you. They're a villain now.
Until a new name gets selected, I hope they're a great villain and not one of those bad guys that get easily caught.
They get chosen to be a sidekick? Oh gosh, um, I hope they survive long enough that a new name gets chosen?
They're the president? I uh hope their randomly selected group of advisers helps them figure out how to lead.
No training.
Just at random.
And no choice in the situation.
