It was late at night but Kokoro was still awake reading, she had tried to sleep but couldn't so she just decided. Usually she would've been working but Emma had been constantly telling her off about working so much. She could hear Emma whimpering next to her and wonder what was wrong so she looked over and saw that she was still asleep so she figured she must've been having a nightmare. Kokoro noticed Emma reaching out to where she was and Kokoro grabbed Emma's hand and Emma squeezed her hand. Kokoro sat like that for a bit but it didn't help. Emma was still whimpering from her dream. Kokoro decided only one thing could help at this point. "Whenever your tears won't dry I'll be there" Kokoro began singing a song she remembered from when she was little and still lived at an orphanage. "Whenever you need my light I'll be there. My dear, my dear, my dear. If only you knew the love we shared, if only you knew how much I cared. My dear, my dear, my dear, my dearest Emma. Whenever you call my name, I'll be there, wherever you be I know I'll be there. My dear, my dearest Emma, my love". Once Kokoro had stopped singing she looked at Emma and saw that she now had a peaceful expression and had stopped whimpering. Kokoro smiled and continued reading. A while later Emma started whimpering again so Kokoro sang. Once Kokoro had finished she went back to reading and if Emma started whimpering again she would sing again. This happened again and again until morning when Emma woke up "Good morning Kokoro, up already?" Emma asked "Actually I didn't sleep at all" Kokoro replied "Kokoro! You need to take better care of yourself!" Emma said angrily "Actually I stayed up for you" Kokoro said "Huh?" Emma said "Well I was reading and heard you whimpering and I thought you were having a nightmare so I sang for you and it made you stop. When you started whimpering again I sang more and I just repeated that cycle until it ended up being morning" Kokoro said "Oh... Kokoro you did that for me?" Emma asked "Of course, you are my wife after all" Kokoro replied smiling. "Well just lay in bed for now, I'll take care of you now" Emma said before she gave Kokoro a quick kiss
