Jake POV
I awoke to the sound of my alarm going off the small rings of it giving me a light headache. I shook myself awake and turned my alarm off climbing out of bed."first concert". I mumbled as I turned on the shower.After I got out the shower ,I'd finally fully woken up .I put on fishnets putting black jeans over them before putting on a white button up ,a midnight blue sweater layered on top of it .With me being in a good mood I decided to accessorize a little bit as I put on a lock and key necklace.I looked in the mirror with excitement in my eyes looking up at my clock briefly."...AH what am I doing Im going to be late!!!"I screamed running back to my room grabbing my bag and rushing to the kitchen ."ill get food on the way there"I grabbed my phone shoving it into my pocket before rushing out the door .
(4 hours later @ the concert hall)
Lia greeted jake as he opened the door to his dressing room .The black haired girl was dressed in pastel khaki pants ,a white button up,an off white suit jacket, a black belt with a gold buckle, and a black cross body purse with a gold chain tying it all together." Lia,hey ".
"hello Mr.Sterling you had nice day I presume ."Lia smiled fixing her hair.
" Lia , I told you to stop calling me that ,we've known eachother since high school,Jake is fine " I said correcting her .
"But sir , we agreed to keeping this strictly professional, I'm your personal assistant not just your friend " Lia said hesitantly ."that was when you still had a small crush on me.we're good now ."I said reassuringly ."fine then...Jake .now get over here the concert starts in an hour" lia pulled jake into a chair set in front of a mirror. "not too much make up this time please " I said worried
"ugh, fine your no fun "Lia reached into her make up bag and pulled out blush ,eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara.
"Uh oh." I thought.Lia turned me towards her as I shut my eyes instinctively.about 10 minutes later she said "open your eyes dork"I opened them .She did a simple bella hadid eyeliner filling the framed space with a dark blue eyeshadow ,simple black mascara small stars at the corner of my eyes,and lastly she put a bit of blush on my nose to finish the makeup off."Thank you ,Lia" I said standing up to go reherce before the concert .

"hello Rosemary Fields!!!" the crowd cheers in response as I scan over it with my eyes."how are my favorite people doing this fine evening?!" the crowd cheers again. "ok ok calm down,as celebration for my first official concert i decided to tell you all about my journey throughout high school through music of course." I said pausing "the first song is called ...I hear a symphony"
"its one of my more comforting songs so I hope you all enjoy it"
I sat down at my keyboard sighing in contentment as iI adjusted the microphone.
"... I used to hear a simple song"I sang looking back a Lia who was peaking through the curtain "that was until you came along,now in its place is something new I hear it when I look at you."I began pressing keys on my piano letting my emotions flow into the music"with simple songs I wanted more, perfection is so quick to bore..you are most by far,our flaws are who we really are.."my voice was smooth by my thoughts scrambled in many different directions I continued the song without a single thought in my head, that was until i was snapped back into reality by tears threating at the corners of my hazel eyes.". and now I hear a sym-pho-ny"
