- haaaa, finally lunch break. I really couldn't concentrate in class on an empty stomach...- sighed the sophomore as he opened his lunch box.
- 'kasa senpaaii ~ ! -
- oh? - he looked up and smiled openly at the sight of his favorite kōhai (after Toya, of course) - ah ! Akito, over here ! - he extended his hand in a sign of greeting.
Akito approached his boyfriend and took a seat next to him. He took his head with one of his hands and moving closer left a small kiss on his forehead. It was Tsukasa's little giggle that made Akito's heart give a little flip in his chest, he really loved him a lot.
- How have your classes been going? - asked the red-haired boy while stealing some of the older boy's cheesecake dessert.
- excellent ! there is no subject in which a Star like me can't excel ! ✩ - the blond said loudly with enthusiasm as he posed.
- aha - snorted the younger one with a hint of disbelief at his partner's words.
- fufu, how about you, sweetie? - mused Tsukasa as he munched on a piece of fruit from his luncheon. - how are you doing lately? -
Akito's brain short-circuited, Tsukasa had called him "sweetie" as an affectionate nickname and he was fine, just fine! After all they were a couple of six months already, but to hear Tsukasa say "sweetie" in an unusually soft voice with a hint of honey in it-.
Akito was getting silly.
- Akito? - He heard his boyfriend's voice in the distance as his eyes were still glued on nothingness, still with the nickname consuming his thoughts- Akito!!!? - Tsukasa repeated in a worried voice.
- Huh? Ah- no- I mean- yes yes, I've been doing well, sorry - he shook his head slightly to see if he could get rid of the train of thought he was having.
- Are you all right, do you feel sick, do you need to go to the infirmary? - he touched the younger boy's forehead with one of his free hands, looking for a fever.
- no, I just got lost in my head for a moment... – he took the hand on his forehead and brought it to his lips, kissing his palm. - you make my brain stop working... - he murmured snuggling into the blond's hand.
- !! - the blood soon rushed to his cheeks, painting them a vibrant red. He was at a loss for words, he opened and closed his mouth like a fish out of water looking for what to say but decided in the end to just keep silent and avert his gaze.
- fufufu, did I take you by surprise, senpai, are you embarrassed? - he smiled mischievously as he took Tsukasa's hand with one of his own and intertwined their fingers, leaving them in his lap while with his free hand he took the older one by the chin and made him look at him. - I like it when you blush, you look cute... - he whispered inches away from the blond's lips, closing the small distance between them he kissed Tsukasa, swallowing a noise of surprise from the elder.
He moved his hand from his chin to one of his boyfriend's cheeks, caressing with his thumb on the spot as he moved his lips in a soft, slow rhythm. Enjoying the fruity taste the older one had. He left a chaste kiss as they parted and laughed lightly at his boyfriend's blushing face. Akito felt like one of the luckiest people in the world when he spent time by Tsukasa's side.
- How about we finish lunch before class and go on a little date together on the way home? - he spoke in a calm manner as he gently brushed a strand of hair away from the other’s face.
- Sure, I'd love to - he answered with a warm smile full of love, that Akito feared he would go blind when he saw how much the older one was glowing.
Tsukasa passed him a pair of chopsticks and they both continued eating in a comfortable silence for the rest of the break until the bell rang and Akito went to leave Tsukasa in his classroom, both walking holding hands.
