Work Text:

Breathing heavily, he stared, with nothing but their breathing sounds filling Eren’s bedroom. The alpha peered down at the panting, wide-eyed omega.

Eren was unsure of what to say next; his plan had succeeded. But he hadn’t thought that far into the future. He welcomed the warm weight of his alpha, his putridness clearing like the morning mist with the orange hues painting the sky as the sun rose up in the sky.

“Much better?” Levi whispered softly, fingers moving up to trace the neatly shaped hazel brows. Eren closed his eyes, exhaling sharply as his alpha observed him.

He nodded his head, pressing up against the warm palm that was pushing and cushioning his cheeks. He let out a small, tentative purr, his worries about the future dissolving as he inhaled the now-familiar spicy scent his alpha produced for him.

“Will you be getting in trouble because of this?” Eren whimpered softly when he felt the soft, wet lips licking his freshly marked neck. Levi had never given him an answer before. He wanted to know, but he was rash and bratty. But he wouldn’t want his alpha to get in trouble with his management. Although the thought of Levi fighting for them because of their bond caused a flurry of butterflies in his stomach, wanton desires swirled along with the fluttery sensation.

He referred to the mark bonding them together for life. As much as he enjoyed having his alpha and idol all to himself, he wanted his alpha to want him. What if rejects him? What if he realises it was a heated moment’s mistake?

More sour milky scent bubbled and spread. Levi bit down harder, and Eren yelped at the sudden pain erupting from his tender, sensitive, newly marked neck. He understood it was his alpha's way of calming him when he was distressed—pulling away, dark grey eyes with tiny blue splashes in them stared into endless green eyes.

“What’s upsetting you, young one?”

His deep, raspy voice made Eren’s toe curl—a desperate need that filled him up to the brim—but that could wait. His alpha can now fuck him whenever he wants. They had all the time in the world. They had more pressing matters to talk about. Eren shook his head, his lower lips wobbling. He tugged Levi by his nape, pulling him closer; he hid his face in the crook of his neck, scenting the alpha, sniffing the bond mark, seeking reassurances. It was there; the mark was red, sour, and sensitive, but it remained there, just as he had left it.

“Do you despise me for tricking you into claiming me?” Eren asked after a while, as they lay in each other’s arms. He heard Levi shuffling and pulling away.

With his heartbeat racing and his heart pounding, anxiety curled inside him like a viper, ready to strike him when his alpha rejected him and hurt him.

Levi cupped his face in his palms, fixing him with a piercing look. Eren gulped and stared back, unable to look away, cowering away from the penetrating gaze as it searched for something within him. Eren’s heart ached for him, yearning to drown him like an old sailor with a broken ship.

And just like that, as if Levi had found what he had been looking for, he smiled. Eren’s eyes went wide. He has seen Levi smirk before; his stage persona was sexy. He has seen him offer his fans a professional smile. But this. This was something else. Something tender and fragile, albeit beautiful, had him in awe.

“I lost control, not because you tricked me. It takes more than a sweet smell to bring me down. I lost control because of you, Eren. There was something about you, the way you were confident and domineering.” when Eren continued to stare at him with barely concealed admiration. He sighed contentedly. And continued.

“A rare feat in an omega.” Levi’s eyes flashed with pride. “I want my omega to be brave, but also to depend on me when it's necessary.” Eren closed his eyes, a small smile tracing his lips, his omega prancing with joy at making its alpha proud.

“We belong to each other.” Levi finished, his lips pressing against Eren's, eliciting a soft gasp. They lay still, Eren under Levi, while his alpha spent hours tracing every inch of his face he could find, peppering him with kisses and scenting him every now and then. Levi was a possessive alpha, and Eren accepted that.

“What about you?” Levi hummed; he was on his side now, spooning Eren from behind him. Eren’s chestnut hair sprawled on the pillow. His face hidden away from his alpha, he frowned at the question.

“What about me?”

“Did you want me just because of my celebrity status?”

Eren’s heart dropped at that. He had wanted him at first because he was his idol. But now, after lying in his arms for hours, he realised something else. He wanted Levi. This warm, kind, smiling raven was not the sexy idol he saw dancing sensually, because no-name-Levi was someone millions knew and cherished. But in the confines of their bedroom, only Eren gets to see this side of his idol, and he wants to see this side of him all to himself.

Wiggling around, he turned to face the dark-haired man. He shook his head. “I prefer this gentle smile of yours to the sexy smirks and smugness,” he said, moving his fingers to caress the soft skin, “Your bare face and dark eyes.”, he rambled, taking a deep breath, “not the bandaged, brooding stage persona.”

He seemed to have said the right thing, but the next thing he knew, he was on his back, Levi towering over him, a hungry look on his face. “Fuck, you and your delicious body and scent.”

As the growling alpha devoured him, their lips moved against each other, sending a sharp tingling drop down his spine. Eren felt his body heat up, his omega giving itself up to its alpha, offering everything it had. Levi bit down on his lip, drawing blood as he deepened the kiss. They kissed and cuddled the whole day, without food. Eren’s stomach let out a loud rumble. Chuckling, Levi offered to cook for them both. Eren nodded and stared outside the window.

As the sun set, the sky darkened, the blue faded into nothingness, and pink and orange hues replaced it. He felt happy.
