Callum:
Callum gives me Merlin vibes, but in a good way. He became quite handsome.
His messy hair fits him so well. It looks like it has been ruffled by the wind. Way to show his connection to the sky primal.
He no longer has a sluggish body structure, his stance and posture seem more confident.
He wears Viren's high mage uniform which is one of the clues that indicate he is going on the same path as Viren did. Putting that detail aside, this uniform looks so good on him.
He is taller than Rayla now. What a change! He grew up so much!
He definitely had a glow-up.
Rayla:
When I first saw her before season 4 dropped, I thought 'Wow! She looks like a warrior!" (Let's ignore the fact that I literally fell on the floor after seeing her in the trailer). But after watching the season something has changed. Rayla is always so beautiful, but this season she looks a little off at times, especially at the beginning. The shape of her face has changed, her lips too and her eyes have more of a pinkish tint now. She seems more like herself from the side.
Her new clothes fit her so well! Her boots are no longer knee high and the colour scheme has changed. Instead of green, now they are a mix of dark grey, blue and purple, which matches her eyes. She has squared hearts printed on her sleeves. It may represent the love in her heart (mostly for Callum).
I saw that fans compared her new hair style to Sarai's. It's not the first time those two women parallel each other. For example, at S2 Ep9, when Callum got sick after using dark magic, he dreamed that his mother was speaking to him and hugging him while in reality, it was Rayla. These two are the most important women in Callum's life. His drawings of them are both hung in front of his desk in his office. Even when they are not there with him, they are still important to him. They give him strength. We also see more of Rayla's motherly side after seeing her taking care of Stella and loving her unconditionally. I wrote a fanfic before that mentioned how Rayla and Sarai are similar through Callum's eyes. Both are fine warriors, protectors, they are caring, strong and easy going.
Stella:
They say that pets look like their owners. Rayla and Stella have the same colour scheme. They even have a similar eye colour. She looks a little like her cuddle-mama.
Honestly, I didn't like her design at first. She looked more like a creepy doll. Her eyes are too big and her nose is so swollen. But after giving her a chance, she started to look cute somehow. Her little paws, puffy tail, tiny belly and little chirps had something to do with that.
After the Trailer, many fans started saying she is evil. I didn't think so at that time and after season 4, we saw how she cares about Rayla. That is a lesson, don't judge a book by its cover.
Ezran:
Ezraaan! I don't care that you are the king. You are still my baby!!! You grew up so well!
Ezran is now wearing a crown that is made out of his father's sword. It's a gesture of memorialization and of carrying his father's wisdom with him.

Don't get me wrong, he still looks good, but the hair makes him... uhhh... how do I put this? Extravagant? Gives me Flynn Rider vibes (from Tangled).
His new uniform looks good. The colour red suits him. His pyjamas on the other hand... Oh my... the flowers... I do agree with him that it saves time, but I'm not sure this is the common Katolian style of pyjamas. That doesn’t matter, it's okay to be different. Wear whatever makes you comfortable, Soren!
Corvus:

Amaya:
I gotta say, honestly I liked the former hairstyle better, but if she likes it then who am I to judge? One question though. How her hair doesn't get in her eyes?
Janai:

Those clothes look so good on you! Especially the brighter ones. And your new hairstyle takes it all. Her bun with the two strands of hair that falls on her shoulders make her beautiful facial features stand out.

Gren:
Other than the slight difference in the animation, he's still the same strawberry boy we know. He deserves more screen time as an individual and not just as Amaya's interpreter.
Karim:
Karim's design is so good! He is so handsome. Although, there is not much resemblance between him and Janai. One thing that is missing is the facial marks, but it would be too much for him with the facial hair and his "crown". I would have liked to see marks maybe on his upper arms, just to show that he's part of their nation. Other than that, nothing else to complain about.
Claudia:
She hasn't changed a bit in appearance. Only her hair changed. Her braid looks so good on her so I don't mind. I guess you don't have time to find new clothes when you're trying to bring your dad back from the dead.
Viren:
Has Claudia been trimming his hair and beard for all that time? Anyway, still the same old look we know just with purple wounds.
Dark Viren:
Uhhh.... why? What is the meaning of this? What caused him to look like that again at the end of the season all of a sudden? Is it his staff? AMERICA EXPLAIN!
Aaravos:

Terry:
Finally! I saved the best for last.
Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, showstopper, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before.
Other than our beautiful and adorable elf boy, Terry's magic form is so gorgeous. He looks so cool!
