"Adam!" Jonan says, calling at Adam who was walking to the front door, he turns around to look at Jonah. Adam was fucking seething for some reason that he wouldn't tell Jonah about but Jonah didn't let it go, he need to find out what bothering him this day. "What." Adam says in a tone full of angryness, a shiver runs down Jonah's spine. Jonah was always scared when Adam was angry, more so since he has a short temper. He couldn't get used to Adam's short temper even though they've been friends for years now, maybe because it's so unexpected sometimes? Adam would sometimes burst into anger when Jonah didn't see it coming and it always startled Jonah, Maybe.
But that doesn't matter right now he need to find out why the fuck Adam is so angry about.
"Is something bothering you right now? You been angry for no reason this morning. You can tell me about it dude." Jonah says to Adam with genuine concern.
This might be another episode where Adam is still grieving for his deceased mother since sometime his episode will be random emotion that burst open when you least expected it, and while the episode is going Adam need to at least have a person with him since if you take your eyes off of him for a second he might be gone to nowhere and that nowhere is dangerous. Jonah almost have a panic attack when he couldn't find Adam for 6 fucking hours before he found him on a edge of a fucking cliff. That day Adam was timeout by Jonah when his episode was done.
"I already told you, nothing is bothering me." Adam say to Jonah, looking directly at his eyes, towering Jonah
"Don't lie to me! I can tell when your angry Adam" Jonah look back at Adam eyes
Adam looks at Jonah, hesitating at what to say before stepping back, seeming to lose the staring contest, his back facing the door. He let out a huff "You're not letting this go, aren't you?" Adam looking at Jonah
"No, I'm not going to." Jonah replied
Adam sighs, looking to his side "It's something that you probably already know."
"Are you grieving about your deceased mother?" Jonah question
"Yeah.." Adam is still looking at his side, feeling ashamed to still be grieving his dead mother.
Jonah sights and gives Adam a small smile. He walks up to Adam and hugs him wrapping his arm around Adam, Adam hugs back nuzzling his head in Jonah two dyed hair closing his eyes.
"You know that you can tell me anything, right?" Jonah question him
"I know.. I just.. I just feel embarrassed for still grieving my mother.." Adam hug Jonah tighter
"It's not embarrassing, there's people who grieve for their loved ones for years.." Jonah place his hand in Adam hair and starting combing it, comforting Adam
"But they have known that loved one for years and i.. i never met her.. or even remember her face.." Adam starting crying silently, sniffling a bit
"That's no difference! She is probably happy right now seeing that you still love her even tho you never met her." Wiping Adam tears
Adam sighs, feeling sleepy "I don't know.."
"Let's go to sleep, It's dark outside." Jonah says seperating from the hug but grabbing Adam wrist, dragging Adam with him. Adam hums in response
They walk to the bedroom, Jonah opening the door and getting inside, Adam following after. Jonah walks to the closet while Adam sits on the side of the bed waiting for Jonah. While Jonah get his hoodie off he looks at Adam
"Are you going to sleep with your hoodie tonight?" Jonah question Adam
"Yeah.." Adam respond
Once Jonah puts his hoodie off he walks to the switch inside the room and turns it off then walks to the bed and plops on it beside Adam, his hand stretching out to him. Adam turns off the lamp beside him and lays on the bed beside Jonah and hugs him, nuzzling again on his hair and closing his eyes, wrapping his hand around Jonah's waist. Jonah continues to comb Adam's hair while humming something Adam doesn't know but it still comforts him.
"Goodnight, Jonah" Adam whisper
"Goodnight, Adam" Jonah whisper back
Adam slowly drifts off to sleep, thinking of some of his memories with Jonah in his head. Completely forgetting what he was grieving about.
