-Is there really a store just for nesting-
-Of course there is Kacchan. Every omega and a large amount of betas nest, which is an important part of their health. Nests are different for each person and theirs been so many new inventions and innovations in the last 2 decades. It makes sense to have a store fully dedicated to it.-
-What kinda stuff even is there?- someone asked
They walked into the shop and were all a bit amazed. In the back left was an area with coverings and padding for floors and walls, next to that was furniture, in the back right was things like canopies and tents, in front of that were many aisles. They contained pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, stuffed animals, cushions, supports, comfy clothing, and several other things. Most of the products were extra soft and smell absorbing, perfect for scenting and heats. The group split up, everyone spread around looking at something different.
-Whoa what do you think this is for?- Kaminari stared at a giant basket, woven of huge strands of soft material. -it's a nest base. There's lots of types, some are like dens, burrows, caves, some are more like a closet or a cubicle- Midoriya pointed to the one next to it -this one's a perch- the slimmer boy stepped closer to it -oh I thought it was a loft bed-
-Yeah, the idea is pretty similar, but see how the sides are higher so that you and your stuff don't fall out? The sides also aren't completely solid so you can keep watch.- the electric blonde slung an arm around his neck -wow Mido how do you know so much about this stuff?- the other blushes a little, still not used to the close contact and casual scenting.
Their class had only fully honed as a pack about a month ago. Previous to this his only human touch was from his mom and friend group... also sometimes Toshinori, Aizawa and by extension Yamada, as they had mutually claimed and bonded with each other. It was shocking for the once lonely beta to now not only have a large pack, but to have another dam and 2 sires. He didn't grow up with even 1 dad and now he had 2 of each type of parent.
-Haha, ah it's one of my special interests- they walked up to it and he watched as Kaminari climbs up the steps, stopping to sit at the edge of the top. -I like hearing you talk about your knowledgy things. So what kinda animal type would use this?- the greenette smiled up at him before starting his spiel.
-This would probably be used by bird types, tho some other animals like panthers, snakes, tree frogs, mountain goats, really any creature that likes to be up high... I bet someone makes ones that mimic a hole in a tree-

Aizawa stood, first inspecting the floor samples that had been hung from the ceiling or one of the displays, feeling the fabric, then he'd switch to checking the label.
Each label gave information ex: blackout, smell blocking, thermal regulation, double layer, light weight, modular, with door. Each barrier product had various attached options so you can drape, tie, snap, button, zip, or magnet it on. That way you could affix it over the top, side, or entry of your nest, use it as a door, or keep it partially open.
More towards the front of the store, along the same wall was the lights display. Jirou was affixed by the glow of a few of the really pretty ones. When she snapped out of it she browsed the options. String lights, strip lights, LED's, fiber optics, novelty shapes, light projectors, night lights, Bluetooth controlled lights, and more.
There were so many options. Her dark purple hair swished back and forth as she ran her eyes over each one. After finally being able to tear her eyes away, she grabbed one of the product books. Each had a small picture of one of the lights, color squares if it came in multiple options, a product code, and the price.

Iida searched through the small area of organizers. He had a pack member who always lost things, especially when in heat. It worried him that they didn't have easy access to necessities during such a helpless time.
He picked up each prospect, turning it in his hands and thinking of its possible functionality. He considered areas for food, water, medication, and toys.. the thought made him blush a bit.

In the next aisle over, Hagakure held different hoodies up in front of herself as she peered in the mirror. Yaoyarozu picked up one with music notes around the cuffs and on the hood.
-I like the blush pink color of this one, but this is so cute with the little hearts on it...- the black haired girl turned to look at her. -Both would suit you, but you tend to get gold, especially in your preheats. So maybe this one- she said pointing to the thicker of the two -its one of the nice pullover types that you can bundled up in-
-Oh that's true. How do you remember all this stuff about all of us?- she asked, putting back the other item. -well I'm the top female alpha. And because I care about my pack.- the omega came back and hugged her with the soft hoodie between them, as the alpha returned the hug continuing to explain.
-Iida is our leader, we look to him to keep us on track, to plan, and make sure we're doing things right, also to keep us in line. When we bonded, I felt that. I know we all voted to appoint positions. I'm glad Aizawa suggested it when we asked for help. He's right that a pack as big as ours would devolve into chaos without some sort of structure and boundaries.- as she spoke her body grew a bit warm in response to the omega nuzzling and scenting her.
-But when it was set in place it's like my inner alpha grew to understand its purpose. I'm meant to monitor our members, make sure they're okay, help them, and sometimes deal with issues within the pack.- she put her hand on the shorter's head, loving to feel the soft hair.
-Honey we're in public. Maybe you limit your scenting.- the other girl stopped and buried her head in the taller's chest. -Sorry you're just such a good alpha, 'm tryin not to go iridescent- she mumbled into the others shirt.

Yamada ran his hands over the selection of sweaters he'd picked out. Black, Grey, Yellow, and a few multi colored pieces sat on the shelf. He stood with his hand on his chin in thought for a long time while switching which he was feeling. He didn't notice any of the other shoppers walking by or even reaching past him to grab things.

-Which color is right?- Ashido asked, looking at the 2 shades of little purple shirts she had laid on one of the viewing tables. Kirishima looked between them and said -aren't they the same color?-
-No.- -Does it matter? Dads said that we had to pick out a big shirt for each person. That way they could be scented and exchanged, or claimed. Not that it had to be perfect.- he asked the other alpha.
-When it comes to Aoyama. Yes, it does matter.- she had a point so he waited quietly for her to finish.

Uraraka walked up and down the bedding aisle trying to figure out which to buy. She liked cotton strips, and they had nice silk here, perfect for the inner layer. But she was so tempted by some of the fuzzier fabrics. They looked so warm, and her hide would be so soft with a bag or 2 mixed in.

Shinsou checked out the small snack section by the registers. They mostly had things geared towards hydration and nutrition, since a lot of people have issues with eating or drinking enough during heats. A number of flavors of powders and liquids to add to drinks, said to be filled with vitamins, minerals, protein, and or electrolytes. There were meal replacement bars and shakes lined up next to some candy and quick things to eat. He decided to try something he hadn't before.

-Are you telling me you've never properly nested, snowflake?- Bakugou growled. He's trying to come up with non offensive nicknames now they'd all joined together. -I have, it mostly consists of sheets, my blanket, my futon, and some clothes.- the blonde grumble picking out some pillows and blankets as the dual haired boy followed confusedly along, holding everything he was given.

-This one is cute, but it would really help if you told us who you're shopping for Sensei.- Uraraka said petting the plush armadillo. -All right but I want it to be a surprise so don't tell anyone. I'm looking to get one for young Bakugou and one for young Midoriya. As uhm my sire gift to them now that they're officially my boys.- Yagi answered in a hushed tone.
-Aww that's adorable. Well then this bunny or this All Might plushy would be perfect for Deku.- she replied. -She's right, kero. I think Bakugou would like the hedgehog you're holding. But he might take offense cause some of the pack teases him and calls him that.- Tsu explained hugging a frog stuffed animal close to her chest.

Sero bounced around the shop. Todoroki had tasked him with picking a gift for each pack member. Apparently he'd be paying with his father's cards. The beta had no problem with it. They all had suspicions about how deep the abuse their mate had suffered was. Originally both boys were going to do it together, but Bakugou had taken hold of the dual quirk user, so he was on his own. He saw pretty much everyone he'd come with as he gathered the things. He didn't choose anything for himself, but Todoroki didn't forget to.
Yagi - handkerchief for his coughing
Yamada - sleep headphones
Aizawa - a big infinity scarf with hidden pockets
Tsu - the frog plushie she was unknowingly clinging to
Iida - Ingenium planner
Midoriya - paw pad gloves
Todoroki - All Might hot and cold water bottle
Uraraka - a bag of minky bedding
Shinsou - trash can shaped storage bin
Yaoyorozu - fuzzy robe
Jirou - hand sized moon shaped light
Mina - fluffy boa
Kirishima - dragon feet slippers
Sero - yoga swing
Bakugou - padding mat
Kaminari - mouse ear beanie
Tokoyami - reading light
Shouji - sleep mask
Satou - sakura candy
Ojiro - sweatpants w/ a tail hole
Hagakure - rose bath bomb
Kouda - scent eliminating candle
Aoyama - shiny food tray

When they got back to the dorms it was suddenly a gift giving event. Several people had bought things for themselves, a few people had gone for presents.
Yagi gave the stuffed bunny to Midoriya. And the hedgehog to Bakugou. Yamada gave his husband a pale agrey sweater with little bits of yellow and purple throughout.
Iida presented Kaminari with a nestside organizer. Yaoyarozu gave Jirou a hoodie. Bakugou shoved a blanket with a picture of cold soba into Todoroki's arms, muttering something and walking off.
-Everyone, we'd like you to wait a second.- Aizawa announced -We've bought you each something as a token of our place as your pack parents.- Yamada said, tearing up a bit. Ashido and Kirishima started passing out the solid color T-shirts.
-You'll notice that they may be larger than your typical size. This is because these are scenting shirts. Each person gets a specific color and wears the shirt, making sure to scent it well.- Aizawa explained and Yamada picked up where he left off.
-After they're scented you can give or exchange them with your pack mates. If you see a person who owns it wearing it you can claim it. But if someone is nesting or experiencing heat symptoms and they claim it, it's theirs until they return it. As with all things taken for nesting.- the blonde finished, looking out at the room of people with shirts in a large array of colors. They burst out in various forms of thanks.
-I also have something for each of you.- Todoroki spoke up. - although I'm fairly certain that typically people don't engage in this tradition anymore. But when I was younger, my mother taught me that you gift something to each member when joining or forming a pack, as a sign of gratitude and respect. The size and price isn't important, it's the consideration for the individual.- he said as Sero handed them out. At the end Todoroki gave Sero his gift which was met with a big smile and a hug.
