"Suletta? Suletta?! SULETTA!!!
The Mercurian girl was sitting in a chair with a tablet in her hands. She was so engrossed in her reading that she didn't hear Miorine until she yelled at her. The scream was so unexpected and startled Suletta so much that she threw the tablet. Luckily, Miorine was used in dealing with the chaos that was having Suletta around and was able to catch the tablet in mid-air before it crashed against the wall.
"What are you reading so focused?" asked Miorine and turned her gaze to the tablet screen. "You better be studying."
"I-I-I am s-s-studying!" protested Suletta and reached out her arms trying to take the tablet from Miorine.
Too late.
Miorine glanced at the text and arched her eyebrows.
"'Adrian's muscular, pale arms encircled Trevor's waist, and his hands, playful, loving, demanding, began to explore the human's sweaty, burly body in a heretical caress that promised tenderness and warmth. His right hand began to descend to the powerful extremity that was erected with the force of a battering ram and which threatened to explode in a torrent of love every second their bodies were in contact'." Miorine read aloud and couldn't help but blush slightly. "You call this 'studying'? What the hell is this?"
Suletta snatched the tablet from Miorine's hands. Her face was almost as red as her mane.
"It's 'Fangs of Night Desire,' Casanova Boy's latest fic in Asticassia's Own Archive!" replied Suletta indignantly. "I'm studying his style to learn how to diversify my stories so I can grow as an author!"
"You want to write a smutty fic."
"IT'S NOT A SMUTTY FIC, IT'S YAOI!!! IT'S NOT THE SAME!!!"
Miorine regretted talking to Suletta like this. Although she had changed since the day she had met Suletta, sometimes she still reacted the way she used to. It was only recently that they had both acknowledged how they felt about each other and Miorine didn't want to hurt Suletta. Or worse, to let the Mercurian girl think she didn't care about anything she did or liked.
"I've been a prick." Miorine walked over to Suletta, who was still seated, and stood behind her. She rested her arms on Suletta's shoulders, wrapping them around her neck, and rested her chin on the crown of her hair. "Forgive me, Suletta. It won't happen again."
Suletta leaned her head on Miorine and closed her eyes. To be able to share such close moments with her after wishing for so long was a dream come true. She crossed her hands over her chest and clasped Miorine's hands.
"It's okay. I know you're under a lot of pressure. And we are still adjusting to the changes around us. I'm not angry, Mio-Mio. I could never be angry with you."
Miorine rounded the chair and sat on Suletta's lap.
"I have a girlfriend I don't deserve," Miorine said. She brushed aside a lock of Suletta's hair and kissed her on the forehead.
Suletta opened her eyes and smiled.
"I'm the one who doesn't deserve her girlfriend," Suletta said. She embraced Miorine around her waist, pulled her body to her and kissed her as Miorine wrapped her arms around her neck.
"If you have any doubts..." *kiss* "about how..." *kiss* "to describe a kiss..." *kiss* "just tell me..." *kiss* "and I'll help you." *kiss*
"As absent-minded as I am..." *kiss* "I'm going to need..." *kiss* "as much practice as possible." *kiss* "Thank you, Mio-Mio." *kiss*
"Don't mention it." *kiss* "Maybe we can diversify..." *kiss* "so you can grow as an author." Miorine lightly bit Suletta's bottom lip.
"That would be wonderful," Suletta said and slipped her tongue between Miorine's lips.
She would have time later to write the fic.
First she had to finish the research for her story.
