Summary
Kagengetsu Sesshōmaru, CEO and co-founder of Taishō-Kagengetsu Incorporated, unwittingly engages in a heated but casual year long affair with a sultry intern named Asano Sara. Everything changes when he meets Higurashi Kagome, prompting him to end his relationship with Sara - a relationship that she was far more invested in than he was. Sara becomes unstable, her behavior escalating from aggressive pursuit to obsessive stalking.
Sesshōmaru has thoroughly underestimated the attachment the young woman has formed to him… and what she’s capable of when properly motivated.(I feel the need to mention the intentional ~borrowing~ of language from Fatal Attraction's movie description here. A lot of the plot to this story ended up very much inspired by it after I had described Sara's character in this universe to my husband as a "bunny boiler" and he had no idea what the phrase was. After defining it for him and discovering he'd never heard of fatal attraction, we ended up watching it and here we are with poor Sess being stalked by his very own bunny boiler.)
