People had gone missing for weeks. They had just simply... disappeared. And after one of your brother's friends died and he was fine a few days later, you started to really question the odd things that had been happening lately. And after your boyfriend Steve started to question those things too... you decided to take action and find out what was happening.
It wasn't easy, but after a while Jonathan and Nancy opened up to you two, telling about the strange things happening and how Jonathan didn't fully believe his brother was really dead, even when his body had been found. Their mother hadn't believed in his death for one second, claiming the body was fake, and they claimed to have seen a strange, monster-like figure hovering over Barb just before she disappeared in a picture Jonathan had taken of Barb. Barb had been the first, the starting point from where everything started to roll forward.
Nancy had seen that same figure in the woods, and Jonathan's mom had seen it too - so it was definitely something you had to look into.
You had to figure this out - maybe, just maybe, Barb and Will would still be alive.
