Summary
This is the 4 Minute Window Advent calendar for 2081 AD--no, wait, sorry, it's only 2022. But yes, here we are! As always, my goal is to write a bit of story every day between the Immaculate Conception and Christmas, but nobody freak out if it's late or the next day or whatever: life has caught up to me, but I'll get this done, I promise. Explicit eventually, the rest as it comes.
I have a pretty good idea of where we're going, but if there's something you really want to see happen, tell me in comments and I'll work it in if I can. (In fact, actually, after this year's advent is finished, I'm thinking of opening up future advents to whoever wants to play in this universe. There are a million stories in the naked city, etc., and it's actually incredibly low pressure, narratively speaking: this year's installment, for instance, features such exciting scenes such as Steve Rogers Waxes Poetic About Pickles.) I am also hopeful that we'll see new work from some of the usual suspects and regular collaborators to 4MW. Thanks as always to my betas, all mistakes are mine, I'll fix typos as I catch them.
