It's almost time for a competition against the rival group
Team was very nervous and had barely slept. When he sleeps in the same bed as Win he sleeps better, but he hasn't done that the past few days.
A part of Team thinks Win is avoiding him because of what happened in the swimming pool last week, Another part of him thinks that Win is tired of him.
He saw a guy flirting with Win yesterday which made him sad. Although they were not in a relationship, it still hurt Team.
He had started to have serious feelings for Win and he was kinda sure Win felt the same. But was not so sure anymore when he realized that Win was avoiding him.
The swimming club was gathered outside, Manaow and Pharm were also there.
The rival team approached them and the president of that club along with the vice president started to talk with Dean and Win.
It didn't seem friendly to Team. He tried to ignore them but he couldn't help but to eavesdrop.
That's when a member of the rival club approached Team who was talking with Manaow and Pharm. He kinda seemed familiar but Team wasn't sure where he had seen him before.
"Do you blame yourself?"
That question towards Team shocked everyone, it made them also confused
"What?"
"Well it's quite common in this situation for someone to feel a kind of guilt"
"What situation?"
Team was also confused, having no idea about what the guy was talking about. It also made him panic a little but he decided to remain calm as possible
"The accident"
That's when he started to feel a little more panic. Starting to think about his brother.
"What accident?"
The question came from A who was standing behind Team. Bee and Sea gave him a small punch in the arm, thinking he shouldn't have asked that.
"I see you haven't told them about your older brother."
Win was a little shocked hearing Team had a brother but he could see the sadness and guilt in Team´s eyes when the guy mentioned his brother. He could also see that Manaow and Pharm were shocked hearing Team had a brother
Win decided it was time to step in
"I think it's time you stop"
Win looked at the guy annoyed
"Your brother's death? It was an accident, right?"
That question made Win even more annoyed and angry at the guy
Team´s phone starts ringing and he answer it and walks away
"Saved by the bell"
Win almost punched the guy but Dean stopped him
The two club separated from each other
"Why did you stop me from punching the guy?"
"He's not worth it"
Win nods a little but still wants to punch the guy
"Maybe I should go and check up Team"
"I think it's better if Manaow and I goes and checks up on Team"
This time it was the boyfriend who stopped him but Win just nodded, thinking Pharm was right.
Pharm and Manaow left to find Team and to see how their friend was holding up. Both were worried about him
Pharm and Dean was texting each other later that night
Dean: How did it go with Team?
Pharm: He said he was fine and didn't really wanna talk about what happened earlier today. Since he didn't want to talk about it we didn't mention it anymore. Team is spending the night at my place. He fell asleep while we studied.
Dean was worried about Team, He was going to compete against the annoying guy soon
The next day Team heard a knock at the door and went to open it. He had been attending his classes today and acted like yesterday never happened.
When he opened the door he saw Win holding up a bag full with snacks.
"I was wondering if you wanted to see a movie"
Team was first thinking about turning Win down, not being in the mood and still sad over that some guy flirted with Win two days ago. Even if he didn't stay to see how it went.
But then how could he possibly turn down all that snacks when Team is out of snacks, besides he was craving snacks just before Win shoved up.
Team agreed and they watched a comedy movie.
"When I opened the door and saw you, I thought you came here to ask about the accident"
Win was a little shocked about the question and saw Team looking at a photo of two boys. He assumed the boy who was standing next to Team was his brother.
"I told you that you could tell me when you're ready, but only if you want to"
Hearing that made Team glad but decided it was time.
"P´Ton died saving me "
Team continues to tell Win about how he convinced his brother to swim some more in the empty pool and how stupid the idea was. How he got cramp and started drowning, How his brother drowned instead while trying to help Team. And lastly how his brother sadly couldn't be brought back to life.
Win felt sorry. He couldn't imagine losing Waan or View. He kept telling Team how it´s not his fault.
"Your nightmares... Is it about the accident?"
"I think so"
He's not 100% sure since he can´t remember but he thinks so.
"Does Pharm and Manaow know about the accident?"
Team shakes his head.
"I met them almost 2 years after it happened"
Win and Team decided to spend the night together
