   Summary

   Listen, Waternoose should have been the real culprit. They just didnt want the bad guy to be big business man because they're cowards. I wrote a one-off right after the movie came out and now I'm going to do a quick 'n dirty rewrite my kid-brain couldn't. I can do what I want, son! This is a dead fandom! Taste the rainbow! Randall's a sweet potato!

   Randall can no longer give testimony for himself or testify against Waternoose during his pending trial. The judge decides to go ahead and hold a trial regardless. Randall's trial is deciding whether he is truly incompetent, unable to understand the concept of law/past actions, and to send him to a mental institution indefinitely... or prove his innocence/guilt.

   It turns out "pre-illegal-banishment-Randall" was already trying to take down Waternoose with Fungus. The evidence is pretty damning and there is a ton of red tap with scare corporations, scream laundering, blackmail, and manipulation.
