Day’s at the gas station

Summary:

When your father passed away and ends up you being in charge of the gas station alone. Well not for long....you meet a slightly broken animatronic who threatens you to fix them..

Chapter 1: The eclipse

Chapter Text

You have been working at a gas station for quite awhile now.. a couple of years actually, ever since your dad has passed away. It's been quite lonely, except for the people who come in to buy stuff or get gas.

It was closing time, time to clean. You started to clean the place, you sweep, dust, and finally to take out the trash you took the trash and hummed satisfied. Suddenly you were pinned to the wall. A slim animatronic that was slight orange with sun rays, probably stood about 6 feet tall.

"You will stay silent about me. Hide me and help me. Or else." You froze staring at the animatronic in pure shock. "You need help?.."

Chapter 2: Kindness

Summary:

after meeting an odd animatronic both of you start to slowly bond, yet eclipse is still a bitch. But eclipse starts showing softness towards you and its quite lovely

Chapter Text

You sat there at your computer looking at the animatronic parts, with an robot slightly pressed against you watching still being upset. "you know i still need my personal space right?.." you said slightly concerned. the robot let out a groan and moved away, you slightly shook your head and looked the prices. "yeesh, these are expensive.." "well i need them." "so whos paying?" "you are" you turned around to look at the robot, "I am not paying, you are getting them yourself. you start working tomorrow alright?" the robot looked like they wanted to hit something out of anger, then let out a sigh, "fine." "what's your name?" "...eclipse."

So far it has been well with us, eclipse has been a big help around the gas station, but they just always put up a fight like always. But its fine I guess.

Of course it was one of those hot summer day, eclipse didn’t even care since he is a robot. Sadly enough your air conditioner had broke just as soon the summer air hit. Eclipse had been staring you for over half an hour, he went over to you and put his hand on your forehead and let out a sigh then held you close. Suddenly you start to feel cold but not that cold, you leaned more into eclipse loving the coolness of it. Eclipse was a bit flustered but of course he wasn’t gonna show it.

After that whole thing eclipse kept a close eye on you and kept scanning you from time to time.
Of course there some people who came into the gas station to flirt with you but you were oblivious about it. But eclipse wasn’t, of course he was upset. People flirting with the person that took him in? Eclipse was not having it what so ever. He just throws them out and bans them from the gas station. Which you scolded him for doing.

Eclipse snuggled up to you like a cat that wanted attention, it was one of those rare times you could actually be close to him and touch wherever you wanted. “Such a soft human..” Eclipse mumbled. You slightly smile happily and pulled eclipse closer.

Chapter 3: Sweet Memories

Summary:

Eclipse starts to remember a certain animatronic he met before you and before he got out of suns body, he starts missing that sweet anglerfish animatronic he met in parts and service.

I have no idea what I’m doing, this just a small chapter(like always) about nekoJAF eclipse. Again, the actual au is by nekoJAF on tumblr and the fan fiction is by me. THIS IS NOT CANON

Chapter Text

Eclipse had been staring at a small star sticker he found for half an hour, he didn’t know why just something about it made him feel sad. “Whatcha looking at?” You looked at eclipse confused. He jumped and hid the sicker and looked at you. He hesitated for a moment but then answered, “nothing important..” and walked away and left it at that.

 

One month ago.

 

Eclipse sighed deciding trying to figure out how to apologize to Lunar. He walked around and ended up going to parts and services to thinking what to do. Then he heard scraping on the floor. Eclipse turned to what it was. A grayish animatronic with parts of cyan on the body and sky blue eyes. The animatronic was moving away from eclipse. Eclipse walked towards the animatronic and kneeled down in front of them, “please don’t hurt me..” the animatronic said in a quiet tone, eclipse chuckled a little. “Don’t worry I won’t harm you.” The animatronic relaxed a little and smiled softly. “My name is Starshine”

Eclipse started hanging out with Starshine more and more since that day.

Starshine placed a star sticker on eclipses chest plate and giggled, “promise you won’t take it off?” Eclipse chuckled quietly, “and what if I do?” Starshine face turned from a sweet smile into sadness. Eclipse sighed, “Alright alright, I won’t take it off.” Starshine smiled once again and hugged Eclipse tightly. Eclipse froze and slowly hugged back, a small smile then formed.

“Hey eclipse?” Eclipse looked at Starshine confused, “yes?” Starshine looked down with a sad look. “Will you ever leave me alone here?” She glanced at him. Eclipse sighed and patted Starshine. “I promise I won’t leave you alone, don’t worry, I’ll be here” Starshine leaned onto eclipse and closed her eyes and powered off going to sleep. And eclipse pulled her close and stayed there until she turned back on.

 

Oil runs down eclipses eyes. He put his hand on his cheek and looked at his hand. “Am I…crying?…” Eclipse wiped his eyes and sighed, “I’m sorry star, I broke the promise..” Eclipse put the sticker on his chest plate and went back to work.

Chapter 4: Soft conversation

Summary:

You finally convince Eclipse to share what he was feeling when seeing that sticker that he now loves the most.

Chapter Text

Eclipse was more distant than normal, he just kept ignoring you. He usually listens to you talk, but this time..he’s just been thinking to himself. You knew something was wrong when Eclipse started fiddling with his hands. He usually does that when he’s upset, usually mad, but he didn’t looked mad. Not at all. You walked towards Eclipse and held his hand, “wanna talk about it?” You asked with a soft smile. Eclipse looked at you surprised. “Sure..I guess..” he then looked away from you.

“I miss an..old friend.” You looked at eclipse who had a sad look on him, that is something you have never seen from the animatronic. Not at all. You pulled eclipse into a hug, “it’s gonna be alright, I promise, maybe you will be able to meet them again..”

You felt eclipse lay his face in your shoulder and retracting some of his rays so they wouldn’t poke you. You felt you’re shoulder become wet. Was eclipse crying? You looked over at eclipse who was trembling. He held onto you tighter like he was afraid of you leaving and never coming back.

“Shh..it’s alright I promise..I’m not going anywhere” Eclipse lifted his head to look at you, he looked helpless. Sadness in his eyes. It hurts to see such a jerky animatronic look so upset..

You put your hands on eclipses face and pulled his face in front of you and gave eclipse a soft kiss on his forehead. Eclipse made a grunt and stared at you.

“What am I gonna do with you?” You said with a soft smile. Eclipse chuckled and shrugged.

 

Eclipse was back to his bitchy mood dealing with a Karen. While a girl with curly hair with a turtle neck shirt recording the whole thing while their friend was trying to make their friend stop. “But nekooo…..it’s a Karen and an animatronic.” Neko sighed, “I give up with you Sam” you chuckled and looked at eclipse. “Clipsy” you said, Eclipse froze and groaned and walked away.

You couldn’t help but smile at him.
