"Imagine if I could use the force." Luz said to Amity, talking to her about Star Wars. She and Amity were off in a park. A dog and an orange cat with a lightning bolt streaking across it were seen running pass them. It was Krypto the Superdog(who wasn't in his Superdog appearance) and Streaky the cat.
"I don't know. Seems like you can do more with magic than you can with the force." Amity said, not too familiar with Star Wars. Luz just introduced her to it a day ago.
"Batata I have so much to teach you about the ways of the force." Luz said before standing up off the bench they were on.
"It takes so much training, concentration, and a strong mind to wield the force." Luz said, eyes closed acting as if she was using it herself.
"The force is all around you. You just have to-" Luz started before Amity got her attention.
"Luz!" Amity said.
"Focus. Concentrate." Luz said, breathing.
"Luz you're actually doing it!" Amity said.
Luz opened her eyes suddenly. "I am? I am!" Luz said, surprised. As she moved her hand, the object, which was a bag with a burger and fries inside it, moved with her.
Then, the bag started to do strange movements. Moving up, down, left, right and side to side.
"Uh Luz?" Amity said, wondering what exactly she was doing.
"Maybe the force is a bit off here?" Luz said, confused herself.
Just then, the food was sent higher in the air before descending again, only to be stopped mid-air.
Seconds later, a boy with brown hair and a red and white shirt with a ghost in the middle ran to where Luz and Amity were. This was Spencer Wright, an aspiring movie director who lives in the Cobra Mansion, owned by famous artist Billy Joe Cobra, who also happened to be his cousin, which was how he and his family were able to live in the Mansion after Billy died.
"Really Billy?" He said, hands on his hips.
"Dude, you were supposed to be gone for five minutes before coming back so we can continue working on the movie." Spencer added, saying this to seemingly no one.
"Who are you talking to?" Luz asked.
Spencer looked at the two girls before saying, "Uh-" Before he could say more, the bag hit him in the face multiple times.
Amity looked at Luz. "That's not me I swear." Luz said.
"Cut it out!" Spencer said. He then realized that the source of the bag, Billy Joe Cobra, who was ghost, had headphones on, and was dancing to the music.
Spencer jumped up in thin air and got the headphones off.
The headphones were a special pair of Billy Joe Cobra headphones. They accidentally got on Luz's head and she suddenly saw a ghost!
"Oops." Spencer said.
"Now don't freak, it's not what you think. It's just some special effects. Some really good special effects." Spencer said.
"That's not special effects. That's a ghost." Luz said, arms folded, not buying his statement.
"A ghost?" Spencer said, before laughing as if he was dismissing what she said. "Come on! Ghost. There's no ghost here!"
"I've been in a realm full of witches, lived in a house with a talking owl, and fought with talking turtles. I think a ghost is probably the most believable thing out of every weird thing I've seen so far." Luz said.
Spencer sighs. "Alright. Yes. He's a ghost."
"Sup." Billy said to Luz.
"Luz, there's no ghost." Amity said.
"Why can't Amity see him?"
"Well, where we're from ghost logic is used differently. You gotta be wearing some of that ghost's personal stuff to see them." Spencer explained. "Put the headphones on your friend."
Luz tries to put them on Amity.
"What are you doing?" Amity asked.
"To be honest, I don't know yet." Luz said.
Amity takes them, and then sees the ghost.
"Yo!" Billy said.
Luz looked and saw that she, well, couldn't see Billy anymore.
"You're right." Luz said. "Kind of a weird rule to be honest. Why not just be like any other ghost?" Luz wondered.
Spencer shrugs. "I don't make the ghost rules. I just follow 'em."
"But, they have been in my favor a few times. Being friends with an invisible ghost that only my friends and I can see does come with benefits. Such as easy special effects for the movies I make!"
The bag goes in multiple directions again to show what Spencer means.
"Movies that I'm gonna keep making now that Billy's back. Come on!" Spencer said to Billy.
"But I didn't even enjoy my burger. " Billy said.
"Come on, your break expired a long time ago buddy." Spencer said.
"Guess I'm not a user of the force after all." Luz said.
"Nope! But that does give me an idea for another movie I'm gonna make! Thanks!" Spencer said before dashing off with Spencer.
"You may not be a user of the force. But you're still an awesome magic user." Amity said, trying to comfort her.
"Thanks." Luz said, grinning. "Pizza?"
"Pizza." Amity said, agreeing with Luz and accepting her offer of them getting pizza.
