"Hi Mrs Bourgeois!" Lila said to the woman at the Grand Paris Hotel, "I'm here to see Chloe."
"Do I know you?"
"I'm a model for Mr Agreste. He's spoken about your good fashion sense many times."
"Of course he does; we're the best fashion designers in the world. Jean-Claude! Take this girl to Clara!"
"Do you mean Mademoiselle Chloe?" the butler said.
"Whatever."
"Thank God you're here!" Chloe said. Lila was pulled into the room and the door shut loudly. "I know we agreed to take down the baker girl, but I also want your help taking down my father-stealing half of a sister Zoe."
"That is so sad. If there's anyone who also knows what it's like to have a busy mother and a father who dotes on half-siblings instead of you, it's me."
"You have siblings?"
"Yes. Don't tell anyone, but my parents got divorced when I was a baby and my father remarried."
That was a lie that Chloe was going to tell everyone, and she is going to use it as a sob story to get sympathy. She was actually left at an orphanage as a baby because her mother was a mistress to a married man who didn't want his wife and children to know about his bastard. He's going to regret that when she becomes wealthy and powerful.
"You and I have been disappointed by our families," Lila said, "but that's where other people can come in. You once told me that you and Felix Fathom use to be close."
"I know what you're trying to do. You want Felix to use the Peacock miraculous against Ladybug again, but he's changed his mind since the Diamond Dance. Looking back I think my parents wanted me to marry him, and I'm glad they've dropped that. He's not worthy of me, he's an inferior version of Adrien. Rumor is that Gabriel and Tomoe want an arranged marriage between Adrien and Kagami."
Lila wasn't surprised. At the park Gabriel hinted that she should seduce Felix to get him away from Kagami. It didn't matter to her, if she has to be with Felix instead of Adrien to get into High Society, so be it. Right now her focus was to use Kagami to stop Adrien and Marinette from being together. Marinette Dupain-Cheng deserves to be alone.
"I have a plan for getting rid of the father-stealer," Chloe said. "We convince her that the hotel is haunted. She'll appear so crazy and Mother will HAVE to send her away to avoid embarrassment."
"That's a great idea." Chloe really knows how to get people akumatized.
