As the Lifeboat landed back where it had started in 1887, Garcia took a moment to let both his stomach and head settle, then unfastened his safety belt and went for the door.
The second it opened, Lucy's face was there, her arms reaching for him as she gabbled a mile a minute, glad he was okay, angry he had ever left, seemingly desperate to hug him.
Without hesitation, her hugged her back, revelling in the beautiful moment for as long as he could, the situation only made all the better when he looked over Lucy's shoulder and saw Rufus, alive again - thank God, it had all been worth it!
