Felix took his charger and plugged his phone. He only had 20% left in it and he needed to survive the rest of the night. He also needed to have the phone on at all times so he couldn't let the battery run out that fast, but it wasn't easy. He had been listening to music while ordering food online and that was what drained most of his battery.
He sighted and sat in their backstage room with the members, managers and staff. The room was loud full of people for it to be new years eve. They just finished their part in the new years show so some of his group mates were relaxing. They were also filming content for their vlog in YouTube. Multi tasking at its best.
He looked back at his phone. He just got 2 new notifications. One a text from one of their managers it simply said "done" and the other was the food app. His donuts were here.
Felix got up and went to tell one of their assistants. In minutes she was walking towards him with 4 boxes full of donuts. He grabbed one of them and told her the rest was for the staff. She thanked him and took the reminding of the boxes with her to be shared. He placed his box in the table by the sofa where Jisung was singing. The movement got his attention in seconds, so Felix payed full attention to his band mate.

One by one they returned to the backstage yelling "Happy New Year" at the camaras. They just finished their new year's eve schedule, so everyone was full of energy and drained at the same time.
Chan signaled everyone while pulling out his phone. "Let's call Changbin-ah" everyone agreed and they gathered arround Chans phone. In minutes they had Changbin on a video call.
Felix looked at Changbin and smiled. He missed him so much. But seeing he was resting made his heart warm.
It looked like Changbin just woke up. He had his hair all curly and soft pushed back, his cheeks where soft and his eyes were warm. Which was great, it means he was resting. The older man was sick so Chan made him stayed home and recover. Changbin didn't even want to hear the word but Chan had gone ahead and told the managers he will be out for today's schedule. He needed to recover and so he did.
All of them took turns in greeting Changbin, and wishing him happy new year, and he wished them back.
The backroom got loud so fast, everyone was laughting and screaming and Felix was sure they would be kicked out any time soon. But he couldn't stop looking at the phone and greening. He missed him so much.
Eventually they said their goodbyes, even Han kissed Chan's phone in an attempt to send kisses to Changbin, and Chan ended the call.
The next 30 minutes went fast. They changed clothes, packed up everything and left the studio towards the dorms.

Seugmin opened the door and they followed him. Well some of them. Since Minho and I.N were going to stay at the other dorm, and Hyunjin was staying with them.
"Thank you for letting me stay over, I just know my dorm room is going to be loud tomorrow, also, if I have to eat one more time their protein rich breakfasts I will flip on them" Hyunjin said while flopping on the sofa.
"No problem" Seugmin said, "You can stay here in the sofa, or Minho said you can even go to his room. And for breakfast we can order something"
"It's OK, I will just stay here. Just give me a hoddie, some sweatpants a blanket and I will be fine"
"Sure" Seugmin replied and sat next to Hyunjin while looking at Felix "are you staying or..."
Felix looked at them and smiled "I am out, I will just go shower first. So..." he didn't even finished that, he sprinted to the bathroom before they could get there first. He needed to go fast he couldn't wait to see his smile and play eith those curls.
20 minutes later he was showered, makeup free, changed in his pjs, his hair was almost dry, and he had his glasses on.
He took his phone, keys and put on his jacket. He wasn't going far, hell it was in the same building but 3 floors up.
That elevator ride felt like hell. It was so slow.
Finally Felix made it. He went straight to the door and as quietly as he could he opened the door and peered thru it.
Great the living room was empty. The lights were off butthe Hallwayloghts were on. Shit. Ok no worries. He got this.
As quietly as possible he removed his shoes and he padded across the room towards the first door on his right. Slowly he opened the door and went inside the room closing the door behind him.
Felix looked arround the room. The lights were off, and the only source of light was the TV which was re-playing the show they just performed at.
Felix smiled and looked at the bed. He could tell someone was there under the mountain of blakets.
Slowly he approached the desk, he removed his glasses and placed them on it. He removed his jacked and drop it on an empty chair nearby.
Then he went to the bed, lifted the blankets and got inside. The body next to him was warm and the cocoon of blankets made it al cozy.
Felix looked at Changbin. God he missed him today. The older man was on his stomach sleeping. A little snore could be heard and it was the cutes thing ever. Everytime Felix would hear those tiny snores made him happy. Because it ment his man was resting and sleeping. He stroked the hair out of his sleepy beauty, and checked if he still had a fever. Nope. No fever. Great.
Felix relaxed and looked at the bowl of takeout next to the bedside table. Empty. Nice. Then looked at the blister of meds. Meds taken. Felix turned arround and started to stroke his Binnie's hair.
"Good job Binnie" he whispered.
"So, you are not going to wake me up?"
Felix laughed "no, you are so cute when you are sleeping"
That made his sleepy beauty pout. The younger man leaned over and kissed his cheek. "Are you feeling better?"
"Yes I am, thank you for the food, it was just what I needed" Changbing said moving and cuddling next to Felix.
"You are welcome, glad you liked it"
The younger man welcomed the cuddle sliding down and settling next to Changbing.
Changbing took that opportunity to lay his head on Felix's chest and kissed right in the middle and Felix hugged him back, stroking his back and arm.
They stayed like that for so long listening to each others heartbeats and breathing that the show on the TV changed.
"I missed you Yongbok, happy new year babe"
"I missed you, too my love. Happy New Year"
