Memory was always lonely, even whenever she talked to her father in the library, or talked to some of the other survivors, she felt alone. Though she had always noticed a girl sitting a corner alone. She didn't look to be super old, but she didn't look to be super young. What if she was super old? is that weird? Memory was worried with all these questions so she never talked to her. The girl always seemed to have an evil spirit around her. That was another reason why she had never tried to talk to the soft spoken girl. But if there was a chance that she was the same age as Memory... even if it was small, it could be a friendship that she was looking for. Memory toke a deep breath and walked up to her.
"hello!" Memory said with a bright smile, the girl looked up
"May i sit here?" Memory asked, the girl nodded, and she sat down
"Whats your name?" Memory looked at the girl worriedly when she didn't respond.
"My names... yima" She spoke quietly
"Hmm... its nice to meet you!" Memory rambled on about books she enjoyed and stories of manor games many of the other survivors talked about in their spare time. Yima only nodded and smiled a little at the funny parts.
"I have to go now..." Yima sighed and walked off.
Memory only had one question, where could she be off to in such a hurry?
It was a morning when Memory did not have a match, so she could spend time running around the manor doing normal things for a child. Yima was already sitting in the library, reading a book that Memory had told her about.
"Good morning Yima!" Memory yawned as she sat down at the table. "Do you have a match this morning?" Memory asked bluntly
"No i had mine yesterday, matches are so tough..." Yima would sigh. "I agree..." Memory went along with the conversation
"Whenever i'm hunting survivo-" Memory gasped when even the word survivors left her mouth.
"What do you mean "hunting survivors?" Memory asked panicking.
"Well... I'm not really the one hunting the survivors, thats... uhm..." Yima stopped the sentence.
"Oh... is that why it seemed so ominous around you yesterday?
"You could feel that?" Yima shivered.
"Could you?" Memory asked. her thoughts all over the place, other survivors started staring
"I'm not aloud to say, i'm sorry..." Yima stated. "The book you suggested is really good!" Yima quickly changed the conversation
"Yes i love that one!" Memory had finally found someone who understood her favorite book, it was a really odd book but it was still her favorite. They talked about the adventures and tales of the main character, Memory even showed Yima her drawings.
"Your drawings are really pretty" Yima stared in awe. "Thank you, would you like to try?" Memory handed her a pen. Yima started sketching then turning the pencil up and down. She lifted the pencil up to sketch the eyes of the little rabbit, then the suit. "Wow!" Memory couldn't stop staring, it almost looked like a masterpiece compared to hers. "Is it good?"
"its beyond good!" Memory tried to draw the little rabbit again but she couldn't seem to. "I like your drawings better, they look whole-hearted and cute" Yima smiled a little. "I love rabbits, its hard to remember why but i just know that they are cute creatures, and i love picking up a pencil... just moving it in different positions makes me happy" Memory also smiled.
"well then, lets draw"
