Jisoo sighed as he rubbed his four month tummy, he's been bored as he waited for his husband to come back from work. "Shua, he's just working for the extra money for you and your baby." Jeonghan his best friend said trying to calm down the younger. "I know, but he's been so busy and I can't sleep comfortably without him." Jisoo said as he pouted before being sat down.
"How come you haven't told him then?" Jeonghan asked as he sat beside his best friend from stressing out any further. "Because I don't want to put anymore stress onto him, he's already overworking with his job because I'm carrying his child." The older sighed before hearing the door unlock and showing Seokmin entering while putting his bag down.
Jeonghan got up and went to Seokmin who seemed tired, "Wash up and take your husband to sleep." He told the other as he started putting on his shoes to leave. "Shua I'm leaving." Jeonghan said before fully leaving the Lee household. Seokmin sighed as he walked to the living room to find his husband rubbing his tummy.
"How's he doing?" Seokmin asked walking up to Jisoo who smiled brightly. "Very good, though I couldn't take my nap today because I couldn't get comfortable." Jisoo said as he got up with the help of his husband, "Let me shower and we'll sleep okay?" The shorter nodded as he waddled to their room making Seokmin smile.
When Seokmin had finished showering, he immediately changed into his pajamas and laid on the bed. "Minnie..." Jisoo called out making his husband hum, "Can you rub my belly?" The taller chuckled before moving his hand to rub his husband's fourth month tummy. "I have the day off tomorrow." Seokmin said as he felt a small kick from his husband's stomach.
"He's excited." Jisoo giggled as he slowly started falling asleep with his husband's hands on his stomach. "Goodnight my love." Seokmin mumbled as he also fell asleep and cuddling up to his husband.

Morning had came by and Jisoo had woken up to the smell of breakfast being made. He smiled before waddling down the stairs, seeing his husband making pancakes and eggs for the both of them. "Morning Love." Seokmin said as he grabbed two plates and set them down to put the food on it. "Morning." Jisoo said as he sat down on the chair.
"Do you want to do anything today?" Seokmin asked as he set the plate in front of his husband. "I don't know...do we have enough clothes and diapers for Seojun?" Jisoo asked as he softly rubbed his stomach making Seokmin smile at the sight. "I think we do, but we can go buy some other stuff." The taller said as he kissed his husband's head before sitting across from him.
As they started eating, Seokmin's phone rang making him stop and pick it up. "Hello?" He said as he answered while looking at his husband who was still eating. "But todays my day off..." Seokmin trailed off getting Jisoo's attention as he said those words. "Fine." The taller said before ending the call and groaning in frustration.
"You have to go to work?" Jisoo quietly asked as he played with his food. "Yeah..." Seokmin responded before watching his husband get up and walk away from the table. "Love, where are you going?" He asked before getting up and following Jisoo.
"Go away!" The shorter said shutting the door to their bedroom. "Baby." Seokmin said as he softly knocked on the door, "No!" Jisoo yelled out making the taller groan softly as he sat in front of the door and waited for it to open. He didn't care if he would be late to work now, he just wanted to know why Jisoo had walked out the dining room like that.
An hour had passed by and the door finally opened showing Jisoo in one of Seokmin's biggest shirts. "A-Aren't you late for work?" He asked, fumbling with the hem of the shirt. "I am, but baby I want to know why you walked out like that." Seokmin responded as he got up and held his husband close to him.
"I-It's just..." Jisoo huffed as he thought how to put these thoughts into words. "You work so often that I miss you, and I know it's because we need the money for our baby, but I don't want you overworking so much to the point you're not checking your health." He explained making Seokmin sigh as he nodded. "I know, I work hard but I'm trying to spend time with you." Jisoo shook his head as he sighed.
"That's the thing, you always promise me." Seokmin sighed as he then looked over at his husband. "Stop overworking so much please, and just spend time with me before Seojun is born." Jisoo pleaded as he held onto Seokmin's shirt. "I will baby, I will." The taller said before giving the shorter a sweet kiss.
When they separated, Seokmin picked up his husband and took the both of them to their bed. "We should take a nap." Jisoo giggled as he nodded softly before wrapping one of Seokmin's hands around his waist. "I'm sorry for overworking a lot baby." Seokmin said as he gently rubbed the shorter's tummy.
"I'll try to work less, so that we can spend time together." Jisoo nodded as he slowly started falling asleep since he was pretty tired. A few hours had passed and Jisoo had woken up to someone talking downstairs. He slowly got up and waddled his way to see who was here talking to his husband.
Jisoo saw Jeonghan and sighed as he watched Seokmin getting ready to leave. "I'll only be back in like an hour, I just need to tell my boss I need a whole break." The older chuckled before nodding and looking around, his eyes then fell on Jisoo who was standing there. Seokmin followed his line of sight and smiled softly.
"I'll be back baby, I just need to talk to my boss okay?" Jisoo nodded as he then giggled when he was given a kiss. Once Seokmin left, Jisoo looked at his best friend, "Why are you here?" He asked making the older gape a little as he huffed and sat on the couch. "Well one, Cheol is busy today and two, I bought you some new baby clothes and clothes for you." Jeonghan said as he pulled out new clothes from his backpack.
The younger smiled a little, before walking up to the older and looking at the clothes. "You bought a dinosaur onesie." Jisoo said, giggling a little as he continued to look through the clothes. A few hours had passed by and Jisoo sighed as it was pass twelve in the morning.
The door opened showing Seokmin who seemed tired. "You said you'd only be there for an hour." Jisoo said as he watched his husband put his stuff down, "Baby I don't want to hear it right now." Seokmin said as he sat beside the shorter who sighed as he got up. "Jisoo..." The taller called out to his husband who ignored him completely.
"No! I'm sick and tired that you're overworking so much! I want to spend time with you but I can't, Seokmin I know I'm only four months into my pregnancy but I need you here because what if my water randomly breaks?" The shorter asked as he snapped at Seokmin for working so much. "And I get it, you need to provide for us but that doesn't mean you have to overwork the point I once got a call that you passed out!"
Seokmin sighed as Jisoo walked out of living room and slammed their bedroom door. He got up and knocked on the door, "Love, I'm sorry..." He apologized as he slowly opened the door to only find Jisoo sitting on the bed rubbing his stomach. "I'm sorry for overworking and worrying you so badly. I just wanted us to have enough once Seojun is born." Jisoo sighed as he looked at his husband with tears in his eyes.
"I-It's just when you work, I'm worried one day you won't come home." Seokmin chuckled as he went to Jisoo and wiped his tears, "That's why, I told my boss that I will be working from home. To take care of you and our baby." Jisoo looked up in hope as he laughed when Seokmin gently tackled him down on the bed.
"I promise to not overwork again and will be here for you throughout the pregnancy." Jisoo nodded as he softly giggled over the kisses that Seokmin was giving him. "I love you." He mumbled as he played with the shorter's hair. "Love you too." Jisoo mumbled falling asleep slowly. It wasn't the best day but it turned out alright.
